Chapter 108

“Sun, if you can hear me, please get well. I am sorry if you got hurt, but I know you really wanted to save Marga. I wish I had the courage that you had, so instead of you getting hurt, I would gladly take your place." 

There was no response, he was just lying in bed. I looked at the clock and it's past one in the morning. I wonder how the kids were doing?

Miko went out of the restroom and was busy changing. 

“Where’s Lena?” Miko asked. 

“She already left. I told her to rest and we will handle the rest here.” I said, slouching on the chair. I can feel the weight of my body shifting with the gravity. I was getting sleepy but I wanted to look after Sun. 

“I think you should rest too.” Miko suggested,

“Well, you were telling me that, but you should look at yourself first. You were the same as me. How about the kids? Did they get home safely?” I asked. 

“Yes, they did and don’t worry too much. You will be the one ending up sick with what you are doing. As for the slide, the police checked and there was a part there that was protruding inside, as it was still in construction. That part was the one where Sun got hit, and because of the speed of their fall, that’s why he had that wound. I think he also protected Marga from being hit.” Miko said. 

“I see, as you can expect from Sun. During the time that I got lost at the mountainside near the farm, he also took care of me so much, not prioritizing himself.” I sighed, and looked at Sun. 

“I think he really has that nature, and I wish we could help him as soon as possible recover his memory. I think that;s the best that we can do about him.:” Miko said and sat down on the couch next to us. 

“Yes, I also sent and investigator to look for information about Mr. Hernandez’s son, but until now he didn’t give me any response. I think that will give us more clues.” I said, 

“How about visiting them and asking them about it?”

“I planned that before, but I don’t want to make a fuss. I know sending an investigator is rude, but this is what we can do for now.” I said,
