Chapter 142

I am still not sure what her intentions are but there is nothing wrong in believing what she is telling me now. She is my family after all. After getting away from them, I am still craving for the love and attention from a family member.Everyone at the farm is considered as my family, also for those people who were close to me but it still hits differently when you are with your own family.

“Are you ready?” Rosalia asked. 

“Yes, let’s go.” I said, and closed the door of the room. 

As soon as we got out, I don’t know why but my heart felt giddy on what I saw. I was so excited and dashed towards the person who was waiting for us. I hugged him tightly as soon as I saw him. 

“What are you doing here?” I asked, moving a step back and wiped my tears away. I looked at my sister and she just smiled at us. What’s happening here now? What’s our old butler doing here?

“I missed you so much, Ray.” Rodolfo said. Rodolfo was one of our family butlers and he is the one that was closest to me. Every time that I felt alone, he was the one who acted like a father and was like a real family to me. 

“I really missed you too. But why are you here? I thought you went back to your province already and retired.” I said,

Before Rodolfo answered, he looked in the direction of my sister. “Your sister invited me here. She told me that she was going to visit you, and that’s why I agreed.”

Again, what my sister is doing now was not really expected. But why is she doing all of this. While we were talking, the trio from the food hall was heading back towards the direction where we are. I felt that someone would be surprised too as soon as he saw Rodolfo, and I was right. 

Miko dashed towards us and headed to where Rodolfo was. “Oh my goodness, Rodolfo! What are you doing here?” 

“I came here to visit young master Ray. I am happy to see that all of you are healthy.” Rodolfo said, wiping his tears. 

“We are really happy to see you too, Rodolfo. We missed you so much.” Miko said, hugging Rodolfo. I looked at Sun and Lena, and both of them looked confused.
