0166 - iyan ang numero na nakadikit sa kamay ko which means I've killed 167 demons in total. Masyadong malayo sina Hex and Hugo kaya hindi ko gaano sila nakikita but all I know is that they kept on fighting. I'm not sure if ours is higher than them pero hindi na importante iyon. We just have to hold these demons off until the professionals will arrive.

I swayed the sword that Nieve handed to me at nakapatay ulit ako. These demons attacked in any kind of direction kaya I have to be careful. I jump away for a little time to glance at Gin and Tempest. Yes, they are holding off pero sugatan na sila. The S-Class demon is actually flexible and it uses its hair to attack. Its hair will turn into anything- from being an elastic matter to a metal- lahat na ata. I even saw a huge wound on Gin's waist but he was moving really fine.

A flare lighted up and this time malapit na ang professionals. I have tp help them- or at least heal some of their wounds.

"Kailani, Cygnus!" Kali called kaya napatingin kami sa kanya. "Do you mind helping our captain?" he asked at napatingin kami nina Gin na kayang-kaya pa ang pakiipaglaban but they are slowing down maybe because of their wounds.

"Roger that!" sigaw ko.

"Go, we'll hold them off," Kali said and I nodded. I glanced at Hex and Hugo and they nodded as they continue fighting so we have no choice.

We jumped away para puntahan sina Gin. I don't know if they noticed us but we're backing them up. We have to wrap this up. The demon slammed his hair on the ground and it suddenly changed into metal causing the ground to c***k. I was able to jump but it caught the others off-guard so I had to summon my vines and grabbed the tree of them up the sky. While I was floating with them, si Kailani lang ang binitawan ko and I activated my healing magic on Gin and Tempest kaya napatingin sila sa akin.

"Give me 3 minutes," sabi ko.

"The boss," Tempest said.

"Just give me 3 minutes," I said and I jumped down to where Kailani was standing.

Another flare lighted up and this time they're really close. Why do they keep lighting up flares? Is it because they want to light us too?

"Kailani!" I shouted at hindi ko na kailangang magsalita pa. He breathed fire pataas that served as the flare.

"That should do it," he said and I nodded.

"Let's handle this for two minutes," sabi ko and the demon walked calmly towards us so we remained cautious.

"A-Class Spirit Casters?" he asked with a smile. Yes, he. His hair returned to him and he stood up like a human. He was wearing a white suit with red tie. His hair was blonde and to be honest, he really looked like a model. His manly features is attractive at kung titingnan siya ng maagi, he doesn't look like a demon at all. He's like a human. He's demonic aura is even wearing off so most probably tinatago niya ito. "And students pa talaga? It brings back memories huh?" sabi niya and he glanced at Beathan's rotten body. Kumunot ang noo ko at parang gusto ko talagang putolin ang ulo niya. "Sino na naman kaya ang mamamatay sa inyo?" he asked and he started laughing.

"Who knows," Kailani answered with a cold voice and he suddenly smirked. "Maybe you?" he added and he chuckled. The demon's laugh faded at napatitig siya sa amin.

"Studyante pa lang kayo, ang yayabang niyo na. You better stop that, baka matulad kayo sa taong yun," he said as he pointed at Beathan. I saw Gin and Tempest's rage as their aura started to be overwhelming. Ramdam na ramdam ko iyon talaga.

"I doubt about that," I replied coldly but seriously, my knees are trembling. "It will be the other way around," I added with a frown and the demon smirked.

"We'll see about that," he replied and just like that.

Unexpected things started to happen.

I felt enormous aura na palapit sa amin but it doesn't belong to one person- kung hindi marami ang parating. I guess it's the reinforcements and they're really close now. 3 minutes away I guess- we'll have to hold this off and let them handle the rest.

"Put us down," Gin ordered at bago pa man ako makapag react. My vines turned into stone kabilang na ang vine na nakahawak kay Tempest and they landed on the ground. "Thanks for that healing but we're fine, let us handle this," he added.

"We'll help," Kailani insisted and Gin sighed.

"First years are really something else," Tempest said. "How about we'll let them experience this?" Tempest asked.

"Fine then, reinforcements are close so I guess having them for a couple of minutes isn't that bad," Gin answered and we smirked.

Our eyes widened when Hex, Hugo, Argo, Lor, Kali, and Nieve landed beside us.

"How about we'll help?" Kali asked at lumingon kaming apat. O-Okay- wala nang natirang demonyo.

"Guess we won," Hex and Hugo said in chorus showing their hands having a number of 1266 from Hex's hand and 1298 from Hugo's. Ha- ang layo lang nang sa amin.

"And you think you can defeat me? Mga studyante lang kayo," singit ng demon.

"Do you know what's the rule number 1 in battle, Mr. S-Class Demon?" Nieve asked and he started floating in the air. Nagulat nalang kaming lahat nang may biglang tumubo na yelo sa aming katawan. It later turned into an ice armor. I heard Gin chuckled at napatingin siya kay Nieve.

"First years," he said with a smirk, "are really scary," he added at napatingin ulit siya sa demon. The demon seemed confused about Nieve's question and his hair started to move.

"What rule? There is no such thing as rule. Whoever dies, dies," the demon replied to Nieve. Nieve smirked and it gave me chills. Sa lahat talagang tao na nakilala ko- it's always Nieve who usually gave me chills kahit smirk lang ipapakita niya. His lone smirk is deadly, you know.

"Never underestimate your enemy, Mr. S-Class Demon," he said with a smile. That smile again. I can't believe he still addresses a demon with respect just as how he addresses us.

"Team," Gin said and his aura began to spike kaya nagulat ako. "We'll wrap this up," he added and I smirked.

"Roger that, Captain," I replied.

And just like that, every single one of us activated our aura. To be honest, para kaming naka Super Saiyan nito. We all have different colors which makes us look cool kung nakatingin ako. The demon smiled nervously at napagtanto ko na S-Class nga siya but he's close to A-Class which means our magic molecules are closer to him. It seems like bago lang ata siya ang evolve. Now, I'm confident.

"You filthy humans!!" he shouted and his hair started to spread out. His hair divided into many strands at umattake sa amin. I unleashed my vines and held them all. His eyes widened at napatingin sa akin.

"Hindi lang ikaw ang may kaya ng ganito," I said confidently.

Kali and Kailani both ran with smiles on their faces. Kailani's fist was filled with flames while Kali's whole arm shined brightly. The demon jumped backward. A huge explosion were suddenly heard dahil nasuntok nina Kali ang sira-sira nang sahig. The next thing I knew, Hex and Hugo unleashed their weapons while floating in the sky because of Nieve's ice plate. They both attacked simultaneously and the demon started moving faster so he was able to evade it but the ground was shaking hard dahil sa attake nilang dalawa. The demon's hair vanished at nawala ang hinawakan ko.

Gin and Tempest ran in chorus with blank expression and to be honest, they looked so cool. They were running and jumping around while evading the demon's hair like they were playing dodgeball. Napahawak ako sa dibdib ko habang nakangiti.

"Exciting, right?" Argo asked at napatingin ako sa kanya. My eyes widened when he was smiling as he watched the others fighting. I've never seen him smile like this- like he's having fun. He always wears this expression like a bored human being but right now, he seemed hyped up.

"Hell yeah," sagot ko.

Bigla nalang siyang nawala kaya napatingin ako sa demon. Argo appeared in front of him and it caught him off-guard. He clenched his fist and punched the demon. The demon was able to block it with his hand but the next thing we knew, there was a late pressure at his punch causing his arm to break into pieces.

A flare lighted up and they're really close now kaya napangiti ako.

"Nieve, Lor," I called and they glanced at me. "Let's go," I said with a smile and they nodded.

Argo, Kali, and Kailani kept attacking the demon in close range while Hex and Hugo was , moving around the sky to get an opportunity to attack in long range. Sumisingit rin sina Gin at Tempest sa pag-attake at umabot na sa punto na sumuka na ng dugo ang demonyo. Even if he has an ultraspeed recovery, being attacked with multiple A-Class Spirit Casters at dalawang S-Class is too much to handle.

I glanced at the side and I saw the reinforcements. I even saw a couple of professional Spirit Casters pero napatigil sila. THey were stunned to see the demons corpses around us and how we are fighting with the boss right now.

"T-T-These are students?" I heard a spirit caster asked.

"CYGNUS!!" I heard Kailani shouted at napatingin ako sa itaas. They all jumped back because of a demon attack.

"Lor!! Nieve!!" I shouted and I summoned my vines para hawakan ang sin Kailani sa itaas at may dalawa namang papunta sa demon kung saan tumatakbo sina Lor at Nieve.

"T-T-T-That's not an attacking type of spirit right, but-" another spirit caster said and I smirked. You thought so.

I ran towards the demon at nagulat na lang ako nang biglang tumibok ng malakas ang puso ko. This excitement is controlling me- I wanna destroy that demon so bad. Nieve and Lor attacked it in different direction kaya nagamit ng demon ang dalawa niyang kamay which leaves him open. His eyes widened when he saw me in front of him. I deactivated my vines at everyone else landed behind me with the will to kill this S-Class boss.

"Go home," I said coldly and electric current began to surround my arms. I grabbed his neck and gripped it hard.

I felt Kailani's presence papunta sa akin so I lowered down my head. He stepped on my back and the next thing I knew, he kicked the demon's head- tumilapon ito palayo. It was about to regenerate but Argo caught the head and Nieve pierced his long sword to it wearing a cold expression on his face. Gin suddenly appeared and held the demon's neck and just like that- everything turned into stone.

The silence was loud and all we can hear were our breaths from the fight. That was the most awesome 2 minutes I ever experienced. Tumayo kami ng maayo at dahan-dahang nawala ang mga demon corpse na natalo namin kanina. Sabay kaming lahat tumalikod and saw the reinforcements. They were all shock- to the point na may iba sa kanila na nahulog ang mga dala nilang weapon.

"S-S-Students, r-r-r-right?" a spirit caster asked at tiningnan kami isa-isa.

"Yes..." Gin answered while he tried to catch his breath. "Sir," he added as a sign of respect.

I unleashed smaller vines and it crawled into them. A white flower appeared at pilit kong binalik ang lakas nila gamit ang natitira kong lakas. I didn't really got tired anyway, mas pagod sila so I have a lot of magic molecules inside me.

"A-A-A-Anong irereport ko nito?' another spirit caster asked and he started laughing from disbelief. "I just can't believe what I saw. You're movements were extraordinary!" he added.

"Hindi ko alam kung bakit pa kami pumunta," another one said and he laughed.

Hinayaan namin silang magsalita at ikinagulat namin na sabay kaming napatingin kay Beathan.

We have avenge him and the others.

The towns are now free and so is he.
