Article 1 - Section 19

1160 Words
The first victim was found on January 13, 2020, Friday at 8:30 in the evening, the remains were found in front of the Torres Ancestral House by Raquel Vigo a hired helper, after a suspicious knock on the doors. The body was contained in a small package bag, chopped into pieces. It was then recognized as Gianna Joy Romualdez-Torres. The eldest daughter-in-law of the Torres Family. 52 years old and currently working as a chief accountant in Happy Bank. According to her husband, Dennis V. Torres III, the victim went out that morning at 7:00 am to work as per her usual routine. She had called their youngest daughter, Dea R. Torres, 22 years old, at 12:00 noon to ask her daughter to bring over her hypertension medicines that she accidentally left at home. It was 2:00 pm, when the surveillance videos of the bank showed the arrival of Dea R. Torres with the victim's medicine. The assistant manager went inside the victim's office to inform her of her daughter's arrival. At 2:10 pm, the manager went out of the victim's office without the victim. The investigation shows that there was no one who saw the victim leaving the office. During the interrogation with Dea R. Torres, her mom was known to be an outgoing person. So when the bank managers told her that her mother's not in the office she just assumed that she went out to meet a friend or grab something to eat. She left the medicines on the care of one of the assistants and went back to their house. I stopped reading the case reports and started to massage my temples. This case is so creepy! Why would someone chopped off an old lady, put her remains inside a box and deliver it outside her parents-in-law's house? Okay, I'm seriously not made for this job! It turned out that the child witness is currently confined sa trauma hospital na pinagtratrabahuhan ko before. Maybe I should drop-by tomorrow to check on him and maybe I can bring Eliza with me as well so she can finally see Nurse Sally and the rest. With that in mind, pinatay ko na ang study lamp ko, naghilamos muli bago ako tumuloy sa kama namin at tumabi ng higa kay Eliza. I have a long day tomorrow. "Doc Febe!" "Nurse Sally! It's nice to see you again." "Oh my God! Is this Eliza?" "You're Nurse Sally po? Mama told me that you took care of me before among with other nurses." I saw Nurse Sally's eyes turns red when she heard my daughter. "Thank you for taking care of me, Nurse Sally." I just have a patient to check here." I took my time going to the witness' designated room. Napakunot ang noo ko dahil doon, according to the charts I've read the child is not speaking at all, at least since the very beginning of the investigation. "Miggy naman! Kailangan mong mag salita para kay Ate! Ano gusto mo bang magkakahiwalay tayo?" After eavesdropping, I concluded that this was Lolita Gomez, the older sister of the witness and at the same time the younger sister of the prime suspect. "Hi! Good morning, I am Doctor Febe Gonzales, I was send by the authorities. I'm here to check on Miggy's condition." Miggy Gomez. The authorities claims that he had witnessed some of her oldest sister's heinous crimes. Pauline Gomez was caught on the act of placing the chopped remains of the last victim, Vivian Torres, in a packaging box. This case was considered a serial case since may pattern ang pagpatay na nangyayari. Every victim is a woman coming from the Torres Family. The murder happens every after fifteen days. The whole Torres family was so devastated after ten of their family members had been  brutally murdered. So when the prime suspect was caught, of course they just won't let this go. But there is insufficient evidences that Pauline Gomez killed all those women. And the only witness the authorities have is Pauline's youngest sibling, Miggy. The child was found hiding in a closet in the crime scene. According to the reports even Pauline was shocked to see his brother hiding in the closet after she was arrested by the police. But to everyone's despair, the child wouldn't say even a single word. After a few psychological tests, it turned out that the child experienced severe trauma that disabled him to speak. He might recover soon but that will all depends on his will to recover. "Hi Miggy! I'm Doctor Febe." Pagpapakilala ko sa sarili. The child was staring at me as if may gusto siyang sabihin, he opened his mouth but immediately closed it afterwards and covered himself with the blanket. I observed her as she was trying to coaxed his brother to talk to me but I stopped her when the kid started to cry. That's not good for him. "No, it's okay. Just let him be. He needs time to heal." "Hey, Feb! Whatsup?"   "Chest, send me information about Lolita Gomez, asap."
