I'm jealous

"Edi wow."

Sinamaan nya ako ng tingin marahil dahil hindi ko sineryoso ang sinabi nya. Tumingin sya sa'kin ng deretso sa mata na para bang sinasabi nya na seryoso sya.

I felt too awkward so I looked away. Kasabay noon ay ang pagtulak ko sa kanya palayo sa'kin. Umayos ako ng upo nang mapagtanto na nakapalda lang ako. He threw the pillow to me. Inilagay ko naman iyon sa hita ko at saka nagpangalumbaba.

"Sa'n na tayo ngayon?" I'm too shy to asked where we will go for our date so I made the question indirect. Thank God, he was a quick witted person so he get it so fast.

"Sa'n mo ba gusto?" napaka-ayos nya talagang kausap. Nagtanong din sya sa'kin pabalik where in dapat, sagot ang ibibigay nya sa'kin. God! Ako'y naha-highblood.

"Wala akong madaming cash at nagtitipid din ako kaya pass muna ako sa panonood ng sine." I answered a matter of factly. Totoong nagtitipid ako. I spent my allowance in buying a shoes for Aldwin's birthday. Nakita ko kasi sa mga sharedpost niya na he was commited in playing basketball so I thought that shoes will be perfect as a gift.

"Ako din e. Wala rin akong pera. Nagtitipid kasi ako e." proud na sabi nya pa. "Buti na lang at hindi ka nag-ayang manood ng sine." nakahinga sya ng maluwag.

"Bakit naman kita aayain? Lalaki dapat ang mag-aaya sa babae na manood ng sine, not the other way around." I lectured him. Medyo nanggigigil pa ako habang pinapangaralan ko sya. He was stopping hisself to laugh so I rolled my eyes.

"Nood na lang tayo ng DVDs. Ano sa palagay mo babe? Ayos lang ba 'yon sa'yo?" he was talking to me using his eyes. I gave him a nod since we had no choice. As we have said, both of us spent money because of personal reason. Ako ay nagtitipid dahil bibili ako ng medyo may kamahalang sapatos para sa kaarawan nya. In his case, I don't know why was he spending his money. Maybe, he just want to make savings for emergencies that might happen in the future.

Pinapili ako ni Aldwin ng mga DVDs na aming panonoorin. I checked each of it. My eyes stopped in one of the DVD that portrays a s****l subject. Mabilis na inagaw ni Aldwin ang DVD na tinitingnan ko. He looks uneasy maybe because I caught him doing like something illegal.

"Nanonood ka ng p**n?" I asked eventhough it was too obvious.

Nanlaki ang dalawang mata nya, hindi inaasahan na itatanong ko iyon. He placed back the DVD to where it was before.

"Hindi. Baka si Kuya Aldous." he answered shortly. Hindi ko na rin pinilit na ungkatin ang bagay na iyon. Ano naman sa'kin kung nanonood sya ng p**n? That's not my business anymore!

We ended up watching five feet apart movie. Malaki ang tv nila Aldwin kaya para na rin kaming nasa sinehan. Nagpaalam muna sa'kin si Aldwin na magluluto sya ng popcorn. Humiga na lang muna ako sa couch habang naghihintay sa kanya. After five minutes ay namataan ko na si Aldwin na may dalang popcorn at dalawang baso ng juice. Tatayo na sana ako para bigyan sya ng space sa pag-upo pero pinigilan nya ako. Kinuha nya ang ulo ko at ipinatong sa hita nya. Nakaunan na ako sa hita nya ngayon.

Aldwin press something on the remote to play the movie. Tutok lang ako sa pinapanood ko kahit na sinusubuan ako ni Aldwin ng popcorn. Nilalaro nya pa ang buhok ko na parang isang bata.

I focused on what I am watching especially now that we're at the c****x. Aldwin was watching the movie now but his hands were still stroking my hair in a gentle way. Tuloy ay nakakaramdam ako ng antok.

Nagising lang ang diwa ko nang mapanood ko kung paano mahulog si Stella sa nagyeyelong lawa. Stella falls, sending her body plummeting through the ice and into the water. Napatakip ako ng bibig dahil sa gulat. Eto namang katabi ko ay tinatawanan lang ako na para bang mas nag-eenjoy pa syang panoorin ako kaysa sa pinapanood naming movie.

Mas naging tutok ako sa pinapanood lalo pa't ngayon na nalulunod na si Stella sa nagyeyelong lawa. Aldwin was doing the same. Hindi rin sya kumukurap habang nanonood.

Nakahinga ako ng maluwag nang mahila na ni Will si Stella sa frozen lake. Agad din naman akong nataranta nang mahalata na hindi humihinga si Stella.

"Oh my God! Imamouth to mouth ni Will si Stella! Jusko! Mapapahamak silang dalawa!" I exaggerately reacted.

"Ingay mo babe." sabi ni Aldwin, nasa pinapanood pa rin ang tingin.

"Epal." umirap ako at saka binalik ang tingin sa flatscreen tv.

Tuluyan ng bumagsak ang balikat ko nang iperform ni Will ang mouth to mouth kay Stella. Both of them were now in danger. Will can catch Stella's bacteria and vice versa.

Napatayo na ako nang isugod sina Stella at Will sa ospital. Umayos ako ng upo, nakapangalumbaba habang ngumunguya ng popcorn. Umusod papalapit sa'kin si Aldwin at saka nya ako inakbayan sa balikat.

Medyo nadistract tuloy ako sa pinapanood ko.

I fixed my eyes again on the flatscreen tv. Miraculously, Stella did not catch Will's bacteria but that doesn't mean that no one will suffer. Will's unexperimental drug wasn't working so his time was running out. He realized that he needs to say goodbye to Stella.

Naramdaman ko ang pangingilid ng aking luha sa'king mata. We were now watching the ending scene where Will turn on the lights of Stella's room. Stella's dream was to see the light of the city and so Will grant his wish.

"I’m sorry. I don’t want to go. All I want is to be with you. I can’t. I need you to be safe, from me." Will said in the movie which makes me tear up. I can feel that Aldwin was also crying but I will just tease him later.

"Could you close your eyes? I just don’t know if I can walk away if you’re still looking at me. Please." Will said through the glasses of the recovery room.

I sobbed as Stella shake her head, crying so hard and unable to speak. May tubo sya kaya't hindi sya makapagsalita.

Masunurin na ipinikit ni Stella ang kanyang dalawang mga mata. For her, she can still touch Will's hand though there was a glass between them.

"I love you. So much." Will said before he turned and walked away.

I covered my eyes using a pillow because I knew that my eyes were so red now. This movie was so emotional so I really can't help but to cry.

"Bakit ka umiiyak?" I asked Aldwin when I saw how red his eyes were. Hindi nakaligtas sa'king mga mata ang luha na pumatak galing sa kanyang mga mata.

"Nakakaiyak kasi 'yung ending." he answered while pointing at the flatscreen tv.

Pagkatapos naming manood ay nagpresinta ako na maghugas ng pinggan. Iyong pinagkainan lang naman namin ng popcorn ang syang huhugasan ko.

"Huwag na. Maupo ka na lang dyan. Ako bahala sa'yo." hinawakan ni Aldwin ang parehas na balikat ko. Pinaupo nya ako sa high stool chair sa kanilang kitchen.

Aldwin washed the plates in the sink. Tumayo ako at nakapangalumbaba upang panoorin sya.

"Nasa'n Ate mo?" tanong ko para naman may mapag-usapan kami.

"School." he answered shortly and so I nodded. I suddenly remember that his sister was a teacher. Hindi na nakakapagtaka kung bakit sya nasa school.

"Eh nasa'n Papa mo?" I asked again.

Tumigil sya sa pagsasabon ng plato. Tumingin sya sa'kin saglit.

"Namamalengke." sagot nya kaya't napangiti ako. Nakakatuwa lang isipin na ang tatay ni Aldwin ay tumatayo rin na ina para sa kanilang pamilya.

Naglibot ako ng tingin sa buong paligid. Binalik ko rin agad ang tingin ko kay Aldwin nang may mapagtanto.

"Nasa'n pala si Aldous?" I asked which makes him stopped from washing the plates. Pinatay nya ang gripo at pagkatapos ay tiningnan nya ako ng deretso sa mata.

"Pwede bang huwag ka ng maghanap ng ibang tao? Andito ako oh. Bakit hinahanap mo ang Kuya ko?" nagsalubong ang kilay nya.

"Nagtatanong lang ako. Seloso." natatawang sabi ko.

Pagkatapos maghugas ng plato ni Aldwin ay nagpasya sya na magluto para sa lunch namin. Tinanong nya ako kung ano ba raw ang gusto ko pero palaging ang sagot nya ay hindi nya raw kaya ang ganoon. Tuloy ay adobo na lang ang napagpasyahan nyang lutuin. Hindi naman na ako nagreklamo dahil gutom na rin ako. Magiging choosy pa ba ako?

Pinaupo ako ni Aldwin sa high stool chair. Panoorin ko raw syang magluto dahil doon daw sya nage-excel. Sinunod ko naman ang sinabi nya. Sa pagtatadtad ng manok ay pinapanood ko sya. Kahit nga noong naglagay sya ng apron ay nanood pa rin ako. Ginayat nya ang sibuyas at bawang nang hindi nadidistract sa presensya ko. Nagpapa-impress pa talaga sya sa'kin dahil bumilis ang naging paggalaw ng kamay nya. Para syang head chef! Ang bilis nyang maggayat.

"May balak ka bang magtake ng HRM o Culinary Arts?" natanong ko na lang sa kanya.

Binuksan nya muna ang stove at pinainit ang mantika bago sya tumingin sa'kin.

"Wala." maikling sagot nya dahil abala na sya sa paggigisa.

"Bakit wala? E, ang galing mo kayang magluto." I complimented.

Inilagay na nya ang manok at hinalo-halo ito bago nya tinakpan. Umupo sya sa high stool chair na katabi ng sa'kin.

"Ang kurso na kukunin ko sa kolehiyo ay civil engineer, hindi HRM o culinary arts." he cleared.

"Civil engineer? Paano 'yung pangarap mo na makalaro sa PBA? You mean, ayaw mo na sa basketball? Pangarap mo 'yon, di'ba?" I asked to confirm it. Minsan na nyang nabanggit sa'kin noon na gusto nyang maging isang basketbolista.

"Pangarap kong makalaro sa PBA kaya lang..." he paused for a second. Suddenly, his eyes became sad. "hindi ako sinusuportahan ni Tatay sa pangarap ko."

Without any notice, he suddenly stood up. Binuksan nya ang takip ng kawali. Sinenyasan nya ako na lumapit sa kanya. Inilapit nya sa'kin ang sandok upang ipatikim sa'kin ang lasa ng niluluto nya.

Sya na ang naghipan ng sabaw na nasa sandok. He signalled me to take a sip so I nodded. Nagthumbs-up ako pagkatapos tikman ang sabaw ng adobo.

"Ang sarap. Good job." nag-approve sign ako sa kanya. Nakangiti ako ng malapad ngayon.

"Mas masarap ako kaysa diyan." malokong aniya.

Sinamaan ko tuloy sya ng tingin. Tumawa lamang sya. Hindi sya nasisindak sa mga titig ko.

"Tara, kain na tayo." sa wakas ay naramdaman din nya na kanina pa ako natatakam sa luto nya.

I help him prepare the plates, spoon, fork and glass. Sya naman ay nagtimpla ng juice. We started eating silently. Napadami ang kain ko dahil ang sarap ng luto nya. Sayang nga lang at wala syang balak na magchef. Pero okay na rin 'yung course na civil engineer, dream din naman nya yata 'yon e.

"Aldwin, I support you in your dream so chase it." I finally said those words to him. He stopped from drinking his water. He smiled genuinel

At this point, I realized that I was so lucky because I have my support of my parents. Kahit nga si Ate, nakasupport din sa'kin. Although, pinepressure ako ni Mama at Papa na maging with honors pero thankful pa rin ako.

Pagkatapos ng date namin ni Aldwin ay naging busy na kami pareho. I was loaded with schoolworks. Ganoon din naman si Aldwin kaya't bihira na lang kami kung mag-date. Good thing, we were on the same class so we could see and talk to each other. As usual, Aldwin tutored me in Math. Nagseselos na nga ang mga kaibigan nya dahil noon daw ay sila ang tinuturuan ni Aldwin. Well, I can't blame them though.

"Nagkabebe lang, hindi na namamansin." pagpaparinig ni Justin. Ang mga kaibigan ko at ang mga kaibigan ni Aldwin ay nandirito sa library para mag-aral.

"Ulol. Kavideo-call lang kita kahapon." sagot ni Aldwin, nasa math notebook ko pa rin ang tingin.

"Ay, oo nga pala. Nakalimutan ko." tinawanan na lamang ni Justin ang sarili. Mahinang tumawa ang lahat.

Mabilis lang din na lumipas ang mga araw hanggang sa dumating ang second periodical examinations. Hindi naman na ako kinakabahan dahil nag-aral ako sa lahat ng subjects. Well except sa Math, syempre hindi pa rin maiiwasan na mabalisa ako knowing na sa Math ako pinaka nahihirapan.

Sa umaga ang schedule ng exam namin. Half day lang kami kaya by 12:35 ay tapos na ang examination.

With a pounding heartbeat and heavy breathing, I started to take the examination. I was just chilling but deep inside, I was too nervous. Mas lalo pa akong kinabahan nang makita ang mga numero sa Math. By just looking at it, I can really tell that it was difficult to answer. However, I still managed to answer all of it.

I exhaled a large amount of air as a sign of relief. My classmates were like partying now because the examination was over.

"Guys, lunch tayo? Ano? Sama kayo?" Angel asked Aldwin and his friends.

"G!" everyone agree.

Ganoon na nga ang nangyari. We ended up eating in a carinderia just near our school. Marami kami kaya nanguha pa si Angel ng ibang upuan. I felt embarassed now that some students were looking on us. Angel was getting the monoblock chair without asking permission. That was the reason why some students were rolling their eyes to her, lalo na ang mga girls.

"Manners mo." Justin sounded so displeasure.

"Hayaan mo sila. Patapos na naman sila kumain e." Angel argue.

"Tss." Justin stood up. He went to those sophomore students who were whispering to each other.

"Eto oh." Justin give the monoblock chair to them. "Pasensya na kayo sa kasama ko ha, may saltik kasi 'yon." he alluded which makes Angel laugh sarcastically.

"Ako pa ang may sayad? Hanep!" Angel fake a laugh.

Aldwin volunteered to treat me in a meal. Menudo lang at kalahating order ng kanin ang inorder nya sa'kin. For my drinks, I payed for it by myself. Nakakaawa naman si Aldwin dahil baka maubos pera nya. I'm not yet his girlfriend so it wasn't really necessary to treat me.

We were all silent while eating. I can feel na merong something kina Ren and Bella pati na rin kay Yeye and Eron. Tahimik sila lahat e. Also, I feel that something was going on between Zhen and James. They used to be loud but not now. Si Andre naman ay nagtatype gamit ang isang kamay nya. I think, he was chatting with his babe. He was a mysterious and secretive person kasi. As of Angel and Justin, I can tell that they were having a petty fight. Nagsisipaan pa nga ang dalawa sa ilalim ng lamesa. Umuuga tuloy ang lamesa.

"Kayong dalawa, itigil nyo nga 'yan." Aldwin scold them with a serious voice. Tumigil naman ang dalawa. Natakot yata sila kay Aldwin.

We continued eating silently. Mas maigi na ito kaysa naman iyung kumakain kami na maingay ang paligid.

"Andre, kain muna. Mamaya na magcellphone." suway ni Aldwin.

I looked so amazed when Andre turn off his phone. I was like, 'how did Aldwin make Andre obey him?' There was something in his that I can't really tell. Nakakatuwa dahil takot ang mga kaibigan nya sa kanya o baka naman uto-uto lang talaga sila? Well, whatever.

In the middle of eating our lunch, Andre suddenly speak up so I'm a bit startled.

"Malapit na birthday ng isa dyan." Andre looked at Aldwin.

"Sino?" pagmamaang-maangan ko.

"Seriously? Hindi mo alam?" Joyce Ann unbelievably asked.

I shook my head as an answer. Palihim kong tiningnan si Aldwin. He was tightening his grip on the spoon he was holding. However, he was emotionless. He was very best in hiding his emotions.

"How come na hindi mo alam?" Mimi interrogate.

"Ang alin ba?" I asked back, getting irritated now but of course, it was all an act. I just want to tease Aldwin.

"Hindi mo nga alam." hindi alam ni James kung matatawa ba sya o maaawa gayung hindi ko alam ang birthday ni Aldwin.

"Kawawa naman 'yung isa dyan." Ren started to tease his friend. Mas lalong humigpit ang hawak ni Aldwin sa kanyang kutsara.

"Jowa mo ba talaga si Ashley p're? Nagdududa na 'ko." Justin join the conversation.

"Di pa kasi sinasagot ni Ashley si Aldwin." Zhen explained. His aura was different than usual.

"Iyak na p're." Eron teased Aldwin again. Aldwin glared at Eron. Padabog nyang itinusok ang tinidor sa hotdog bago sya padabog na umalis.

His friend and mine started to blame me. Ako raw kasi ang may kasalanan kung bakit nagbago ang mood ni Aldwin. I just shrugged my shoulders, acting like I did not know nothing.

After naming kumain ng lunch ay nagkanya-kanya na kami ng daan pauwi. Magkasabay na umuwi sina Ren at Bella. Bigla ko tuloy naisip na baka may something sa kanila. Isa pa 'tong sina Eron at Yeye. The two of them look good together. Si Zhen naman ay umuwi na. Medyo badtrip sya kaya hinayaan ko na lang sya umuwi. James and Andre were waiting for a jeepney. Si Mimi at Joyce Ann naman ay bumibili pa ng palamig.

Naiwan ako kasama nila Angel at Justin. Umalis na agad si Aldwin e. Nabadmood siguro sya dahil hindi ko alam ang birthday nya.

"Anong tinitingin-tingin mo dyan?" tanong ni Angel kay Justin, nagtataray.

"Hindi ikaw ang tinitingnan ko." walang pakialam na sabi ni Justin.

Naglakad-lakad na lang ako para mag-abang ng dyip. Iniwan ko sina Angel at Justin doon. Bahala silang mag-away.

I stopped from walking when I saw a familiar figure who was holding a cue stick. He was playing billiards, obusely. I decided to pretend that I did not see him but when our eyes met, I immediately looked away. After some seconds, I fixed my eyes to him. I stared at Aldwin when I saw him talking to Gwen.

I suddenly have the urge to hit Gwen with my bagpack but I decided not to cause any scene. I just call it a day. For this day, I just consider her lucky but the moment she tried to flirt with my guy, I swear she will face hell.

When I got home, Mom and Dad were waiting for me in the living room. Ate Maxine was ready to leave the house. The schedule of her exam was this afternoon so no wonder why she was wearing her school uniform.

"How's your exam, dear?" Mom asked, hoping that I did well on my exams.

"It went well Mom." I lazily replied.

She was about to asked me again but I raised my hand, indicating that I'm tired. I went upstairs, straight in my room. I took a quick shower because I badly want to rest right now. I felt so exhausted so I laid on my bed. Probably because of tiredness, I find myself asleep.

The next week was so stress free. We just did the item analysis regarding in our examinations. During that week, Aldwin and I really don't talk. I can say that we had a small love quarrel. Again!

He was just looking at me with no emotions at all. There were times that he was flirting with some girls. I guess, he was doing that on purpose. Well, sorry for him. I am not jealous at all. Kung si Gwen iyon, baka magselos nga ako.

"Jake, dali na. Pumayag ka na." I was here in the canteen with Jake. I treat him snacks in exchange of agreeing to my plan.

"Ayoko nga. Ang hirap kayang pagselosin ni Aldwin. Masasayang lang effort natin." he answered, mouth was full of piattos.

"Paano mo nasabi? Di pa nga natin nasusubukan e." I pouted.

"Basta ayoko." he shook his head many times.

"Sayang lang panlilibre ko sa'yo, di ka rin pala papayag. Isuka mo na lang 'yung kinain mo." I forced him.

"Bakit ba kasi kailangan nating pagselosin si Aldwin?"

I was caught off guard. My mouth was slightly open but there's no word came out. I don't even know why I wanted to makes Aldwin jealous. To take a revenge, maybe. Or perhaps, I want him to realize that he must took the initiative to fixed our misunderstanding.

In the first place, it was all his fault. I was just acting that I forgot his birthday. He did not know that I will surprise him in 11th day of September. He don't have any idea at all.

"Kita mo na? Di ka rin dyan makasagot." Jake darted his serious eyes to me. "Ang aarte nyo kasing dalawa. Hindi pa nga kayo magkasintahan pero may love quarrel na agad kayo." Jake lectured.

I spent half of my hour in the bathtub, thinking how Aldwin and I went this far. I make an act that I forgot his birthday and then he suddenly went cold as ice. We see each other often but we rarely talk. He choose to ignore me rather than to fixed this little misunderstandings. Fine, let's say that I forgot his birthday but that wasn't the reason for him to be mad at me. As a matter of fact, I really want to surprise him on his upcoming birthday so I acted like I did not know it.

I was really disappointed knowing that Aldwin loves his pride than me. Immature love, yes it is. We were not mature enough to handle each other's temper. And we cared for our own feelings than 'our feelings'.

I finished ruminate some things so I decided to dry myself using a towel. I wore my sleepwears and laid on my bed. Before I could sleep, I made a decision to talk to Aldwin tomorrow. I really can't stand receiving a cold treatment from him.

The next day, our adviser announced the list of the pupils who got an average score of 90 and above. That means, with honors na sila. My heart was pounding like crazy while patiently waiting for my name to be called. After hearing that I was a consistent with honors students, I smile so happily as if I won the lottery. I get the certificate of recognition from my adviser.

I clapped my hands when I heard Aldwin's name to be called. Aldwin was also a consistent with honors students but he wasn't happy at all. I wonder what was the reason behind those sad expression.

How come that he wasn't happy now that he attained another achievements in his life? Did something happen that I do not know?

After the short recognition for the second quarter, our adviser decided to make the classes halfday. It was also approved by the principal. As I was fixing my things, I saw Aldwin quickly getting his bag, now ready to leave. I even saw him reading something in his phone. Because of curiosity, I swiftly placed my things inside my bag.

I ran as fast as I can to catch up with Aldwin. I need to follow him in order to know where he will going.

I stopped infront of G10 building when I saw many students in a circle form. I was bewildered with what's going on here right now. A line was forming between my eyebrows. I was really puzzled at the moment.

Nakipagsiksikan ako sa ibang mga estudyante na nanonood din ng eksena rito.

"Gwen, bakit hindi na lang a-ako? Sa dinami-rami ng lalaki sa mundo, bakit 'yung kapatid ko pa ang nagustuhan m-mo?" a guy in the black slacks, grey i.d. lace and white uniform broke his voice. He was a senior student and a hundred percent sure that I know him.

"Kuya, tama na. Maraming nanonood. Nakakahiya." Aldwin pulled his brother away out of the setting but Aldous pushed his younger brother.

"Umalis ka nga!" he was so mad, hurt and frustrated. Mixed emotions can be seen in his eyes.

"Gwen, parang-awa mo na. A-ako na lang ang mahalin mo, sige na naman oh." Aldous desperately said, on bended knees.

"Stand up!" Gwen massage his head, getting conscious of some students' stare.

Aldous was still kneeling on the ground. He was so desperate just to convinced Gwen to like him back.

"Stand up!!" Gwen's voice echoed in the whole ground. When Aldous acted like he did not hear anything, Gwen maked Aldous stand in a violent way.

"Do you even know how dusgusting you are?! You fought everywhere and anytime just for fun! You pay more attention in joining a riots than to study! Tell me, how can I fall for a bad boy like you?!" Gwen asked so loud.

Aldous remain silent, unable to talk now. He was really in pain.

"Halikan mo ang kapatid ko kung talagang sya ang gusto mo." Aldous defied Gwen which makes me alarmed. I was about to stopped Gwen from obeying what Aldous said but it was too late. Gwen and Aldwin's lips met for about five seconds.

Aldwin and I looked at each other's eyes but I immediately looked away. I ran as fast as I can to get rid of Aldwin's stare.

I can feel that Aldwin was chasing after me so I ran quickly. With a blurry eyes, I stopped for a while. I felt that my heart gave a great throb again.

"Ashley!" Aldwin hold my wrist. He catch his breath for a while. He rested my body on the wall. We are now here at the back of Grade 10 building.

"I'm sorry, hindi ko alam na hahalikan nya ako." Aldwin said with an apologetic eyes.

I withdraw my hands from him. I pushed him away with all my strength but then, he cornered me again.

"Ano ba?!" I shouted, getting mad, hurt and frustrated now.

"Ano bang kinakagalit mo? Sabihin mo para maayos ko." he was very calm while talking.

"Nothing." I looked away, shooking my head as an answer. I can't tell to him that I'm hurt and jealous because it was not valid. Our relationship wasn't official yet. I can't act like a jealous girlfriend because we are not lovers.

"Anong wala?" he asked, with brows furrowed.

"Wala nga. I just, hate you!!!!" I shouted to his f*****g face.

"You hate me?" he asked the same question to confirm it.

"Yes! I hate you!!!!!" I exclaimed, tears forming in the corner of my eyes.

"But I love you." his voice seems a sweet music in my ears.

"I hate you! I f*****g hate you!"

"I said I hate you! I really do!!!!!" I continue to gave a light punch on his shoulder and chest. "I really hate you. I really really... do." I burst out from tears. With a weak hands, I continue to pushed him away. I'm so frustrated right now.

"Ashley Janed!" he called in a serious voice. He caught both of my hands. He hold my chin to saw my face.

Slowly, he brought his face closer to mine. The next thing I knew, our lips met for the first time. It was a passionate yet a sweet kiss. Automatically, a smile slowly formed in my lips. Because of embarassment, I hide my face by sanking it in his chest.

"Wala kang dapat ikaselos sa'min ni Gwen." he whispered.

Inalis ko ang ulo ko mula sa pagkakasubsob sa dibdib ni Aldwin.

"I'm not jealous! You were just overreacting!" I exaggerately defended myself.

"Oh? Talaga? Di ka nagselos sa'ming dalawa?" he smile to tease me.

"Yes! Hindi ako nagselos sa inyong dalawa! You are just so full of yourself." I rolled my eyes.

"Liar!" he laughed. "My babe knows how to lie now, huh?" he don't know if he will be proud or what.

"Di ako nagsisinungaling! Feelingero ka lang talaga." I lied.

"Ashley Janed, my babe, stop lying can you? Sige ka, minus one ka nyan sa langit." he frightened me.

Sa hindi malamang dahilan ay napaamin nya ako. Natakot yata ako nang sabihin nya na minus one ako sa langit.

"Fine! Nagselos ako! Happy?!" I asked sarcastically.

His mouth was slightly open, pretending to be in shock. When he remain silent, I decided to walked away but he stopped me again. He pulled me closer to him. I suddenly feel an electricity flowing in my body when our skin touched.

"Walang dahilan para magselos ka kay Gwen, babe. Sayong-sayo lang ang puso ko, sayong-sayo lang ako." he whispered which makes my heart fluttered.
