The Prophesy: A Mortal's Fate

It's been around a thousand years ago, when the werewolves and vampires started a war with one another. It's been a tradition since then that humans were the kinds that vampires suck their teeth into, and the werewolves serve as their protectors.  The ancient bloodline of vampires appears that it originated in Romania, while the werewolves appeared in Brazil where the one oldest chief of Aldwulf, a timber wolf, the strongest of their kind, was raced and died.  There was no way that these two kinds can be friends' cause they were born as enemies after a certain royalty vampire broke their treaty. Since then, the werewolves agreed that living with humans is a must cause they will not only protect their kind but also the other mortals inside their territory.   Vampires became more even vicious when they learned that human blood could sustain their immortality forever as it strengthens them and are powerful enough to take down their enemies, but they were wrong. The chief had a family of his own, passing his strong bloodline to his son, to his grandson, and to his great grandson, that remarked a dangerous predator for the vampires.  Their pack was then called a "Black Alder" the most ancient and powerful pack ever known in Northern Hills, a place where the sun meets the cold and the moon shines ever so dark that these two kinds meet for a bloodshed battle.  However, on the other side of the darkest and coldest part of the Northern Hills lies the family of Luther's. The one vampire kind that has a royalty blood in their veins along with Count Dracula's. The silent, yet powerful families that were hoping for a change.  Vampires were created for a reason as werewolves were too, they were meant to fight against the unloyal and traitors as what Count Dracula wanted, only that he was rather betrayed and killed. The only difference that these two monsters have is that Vampires are born as immortal while werewolves are not.  But fate would one day change their lives as what the Banshee tells in a scripture, that one day a mortal will be born to create a subject that will forever hold the vampires and werewolves peace.  A Vampire and a werewolf will gradually fall in love with a mortal whose path cannot be determined by future.  ---------------------------- MONTH OF DECEMBER 1892 "Please hurry Scarlet, we can't miss the carriage!" A woman in her 40s said to a young miss that glowed ever so beautifully.  She's named Scarlet Victoria.  The only heiress of Victoria's that fled into a horrible death. "I'm so sorry Aunt Marie, I'm just not used to these shoes you brought." Scarlet complained out of feeling irritated because her feet are started to sore out from the heels she's wearing.  "You'll get used to it later, come on, the ball might start soon!" Her Aunt Marie cheered while Scarlet didn't have a choice but to follow her.  A golden carriage later arrived as Scarlet took a deep breath.  She's not ready to go.  She wanted to leave, but she couldn't.  No matter how she looks at it, she cannot escape from the prince's proposal, which is the only reason that she's going to the ball in the king's palace. She was meant to get married, not out of love, but for both her aunt's and the king's future for the kingdom.  Scarlet knew things will turn this way, only that she hoped that she could have experienced genuine love first before getting married to a total stranger. She wanted to be happy after having a tragic past and now that she will get engaged, those dreams of her will never happen, which is sad.  "Don't worry dear, I now that the prince is kind." Her Aunt held her hand to comfort her, but Scarlet only felt pain.  And to hide that pain, she has to smile.  "I know."  Scarlet's family got murdered long ago, when was around ten year's old. She was then saved by a creature she could never forget, although there are only a few blurs images now in her dreams. Her Aunt then became the heiress of the Victoria's assets that later adopted Scarlet, they were good but she often feels alone.  Scarlet grew up to be a young and beautiful lady that captured every men's heart in town including the prince, but she never found the one along encountering other men.  She knows he's right out there, but she's also lacking time, and if he ever appears, she only wishes that he would save her from sadness.  "Is that really the Prince's Fiancee? She's gorgeous!" Men from other places kept of saying after seeing Scarlet came down from the stairs to the ballroom, while the few women rolled their eyes out of insecurity from her priceless beauty.  "Ladies and Gentlemen we welcome you, Lady Scarlet Victoria!" The announcer remarked, and the crowd cheered in awe.  "We now present Prince Liam Awsworth of North Ziryhn!"  When the prince saw Scarlet shining above all women in the crowd, his mind rather flattered than his heart. He thought choosing Scarlet as his bride would create a wonderful feedback and price from other kingdoms. He rather wanted Scarlet for his name than his heart, which is very cruel of him.  "May I have this dance, my lady?" He offered his hand and Scarlet then bowed as a sign of courtesy.  The orchestra then started to play and Scarlet felt very nervous in front of everyone, especially to the prince. It was her first time meeting him and it's not bad looking him up close.  She thought having a dance with him might send other women to envy, and she never wanted that expression from others. She wanted them to think that marrying someone is as precious as the love they feel.  "You look gorgeous, Scarlet." The prince cut through his formality.  "You too Prince Liam." She replied.  "I'm wondering how would it feel to have the most pricy women in my kingdom? Wouldn't that benefit me?" The prince said ecstatically out of imagining his purposes that made Scarlet in shock.  She knew then the Prince doesn't want her for love.  "I don't know." Scarlet said out of disappointment.  However, in the middle of dancing, an unknown person came to interrupt them. It was a man wearing a masquerade mask that held Scarlet in hand, which then sent an overwhelming feeling.  While the prince is busy drawing his sword out, the man disappeared taking Scarlet with him.  "Where is she?!" The Prince yelled.  "I'm sorry your majesty, but it seems like your fiancee is gone." The guards said, and the prince got mad.  "Find her!" He commanded.  On the other side, Scarlet couldn't understand what she felt earlier when her captor held her hand, but what she couldn't fully understand is when she woke up in someone else's bed.  "Where am I?!" She shouted in fear but was rather changed when she saw who her real captor was.  "Y-You..." "W-What have you done?" She asked to the one gorgeous teenager man with bright hazel eyes she never saw after eight years.  "I captured you, hope you feel better." He said.  "Why?" Scarlet continued asking, and the stranger sighed.  "I need to feed, would you be my meal?"  "You're ridiculous! Bring me back to my home!" She protested, and the stranger came to stop her in a such speed.  "You can't, you're mine now." He whispered in a low tone that made Scarlet's heart beat fast.
