If we’re not close? Then, shut it! Call me with my complete name—dahil hindi tayo close!   Well, as for my family background? Who could someone not be pleased when they bumped at us? Anak ako ni Congressman Gab Dela Paz at ni Governor Marielyn Dela Paz—nag-iisang anak kaya medyo spoiled. Just a little lang naman.. They raised me well kahit busy silang dal’wa—kaya nga this March ay ga-graduate ako na hindi lang may laman ang bulsa pero higit sa lahat ay dahil may laman ang utak ko. Beauty with brain—me, literally saying.   I always made my parents proud hindi dahil para mabango ang image nila but because they deserved it.. Palagi nilang binibigay ang gusto ko at kung suporta lang ang pag-uusapan—they always gave it to me!   Hindi rin ako yung typical na anak ng mayaman na palaging may nakabuntot na mga guards—nope, my parents knew I hate that! Kaya hanggang gate lang ang mga guards ko—that would be fine to me.   At school? I don’t have a lot of rich-kid friends—yeap! I have only one best friend and that’s Olivia Cruz. She’s not as rich as me—actually, she’s striving hard in her financial status. Ang mama Anita nalang ang kasama nito at tanging paglalabada ang ikinabubuhay—her father died when she was too little dahil sa sakit.The least that I could do to her was to approach my parents three years ago and ask them for scholarship hanggang sa makatapos kami sa parehong kurso na aming kinuha. Matalino siya gaya ko—at sobrang bait. Of course, she’s pretty as me!   Kaya nga kahit ibang-iba ang estado namin sa buhay—nagkakasundo kaming dal’wa. But what would be the only thing that I can’t influence her? That would be fashion and make-up! She’s really plain and simple pero maganda si Via. At ako? I love to wear fashion clothing and keep my skin radiant with branded make-ups pero yung light lang at for daily use lang naman..   She’s like my long lost sister, you know! We had known each other in our senior high school years up until now. And since we were studying the same course, that’s business management—I was planning to invite her na mag-trabaho sa kompanya namin sa Manila para hindi na siya mahirapan and I really wanted her mom to feel relax if Via can finally get a job.   How about my love life? Hmm.. I was kind of zero at the moment! Hindi sa walang nagkakagusto sa’kin—gosh, I made queued guys cried kaya lang wala sa kanila nakatuon ang attention ko. I flirt, of course but I don’t do dates and relationship. Yet, I have this man on the red line for years since senior high school—masyadong mailap nga lang na lalake.. And he’s not just a guy or a man—damn he’s Yliam Laire Ademar for Pete’s sake!   Oo, yes—si! Sa Ademar University kami nag-aaral ni Via and I chose to enroll here it’s because of him. Na-cha-challenge talaga ako sa ugali nun—I really wanted to know but I didn’t get the chance to collide in his path dahil nga masyado siyang mailap! Parati ko siyang inaabangan sa mga political campaign ni daddy at mommy dahil alam kong suportado kami ng mga Ademar—our families were kinda good-good friends. When dad and mom were invited to Ademar parties—sumasama talaga ako dahil gusto kong magbangga ang daan namin ni Yliam but hell—ga-graduate nalang ako, I scored zero at him!   In-love? Hell, no! Well, both attracted and challenged, yes dahil noon ko pa narinig ang balita na ang isang mayaman at gwapong lalake na katulad ni Yliam Laire ay NGSB at NBKBAG—my God, can you f***ing imagine that!?   NO GIRLFRIEND SINCE BIRTH!   NEVEN BEEN KISSED BY A GIRL!   Oh my God, I still freak out everytime it’s caps lock in my dirty mind!
