Taming her

I punched against the punching bag in the pack house, the fact that I was their best warrior made everyone push me to do these sort of things - days on end. "Emma," I heard someone say behind me. I turned to face one of the other warriors, who stood at the front door of the training room. I sighed, as I pulled my boxing gloves off of my hands and tossing them to the side. I was rare, not because I was the best warrior there was. But because I was the only female warrior in our pack, I was also rare because of the coloring of my wolf. I was grey with black spots, which was unique and only known to be in a few wolfs. "Alpha Black wants to see you," Diego says, and I nod before making my way out of the training room. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "Come in!" He shouted from the other side of his office door, and I groaned before pushing the door open - finding him sitting doing some sort of paperwork. I smiled weakly, of course he would be doing that. "Hey, relax," I say, and his head snapped up to make eye contact with me - and a small smile played at the edges of my lips. I've known Alpha Black - or Taylor since I was a little girl, we trained together - we grew up together along with the beta - my older brother. "Emma," He says, standing up to engulf me into a tight hug before retreating from me. "You stink," He says, and I roll my eyes. "Geez thanks, Tay, I feel so much love coming from you." I teased, and he smirked before ruffling my hair. I growled and he retracted his hand instantly, knowing that if I growled it was a warning to stop. "Calm down Em," He says, running his fingers through his hair. "I just thought I'd let you know that the blood moon pack will be joining us in three days to find their mates - you know our rules." He says, and I groan knowing this pack always joins us when they're itchy to get their mates. "Of course, I'll watch over them," I say and he rolls his eyes. "Emma, you're 19 now. We're allowing you time off to find your mate - whether it's from our pack or their's we don't mind - we just want you to be happy." He says, and my eyes widened. "I'm normally the one that guards these events, who the hell is looking after it now?" I asked, just as the door opened to show my older brother - who was already basically married to his mate. "I am." He answers, and I groan in response. "Please Emma, it's time you find someone that makes you happy." He says, and I sigh once more before nodding. "Okay, but Leo - one rouge and I'll kill you myself," I say, before turning on my heel and walking out off Taylor's office - hearing them both barking out waves of laughter.
