Hi Love, I just want to say thank you for all of your support, love, and reads. It really does mean a lot to me. Some people are super nice on here and some aren't as nice. That has been one of the reasons that I have stayed away for a while. However, I will live out my dreams of writing no matter what. So many of you have reached out to me AND I just want to let you know that I heard you and because of you...I am releasing book 2 to you. Thank you for your patience. Without further ado...  Unknown P.O.V. My head was pounding from everything that was swirling around inside of my mind. Everything was just going left, and I didn’t have the slightest clue on how I’m ever going to explain this to him. ‘Someone has infiltrated our borders on the south! Warriors get there now!’ I instantly jumped up and got on high alert as one of the warriors on patrol mind-linked the pack. I quickly made it out of my room and headed for the door to help as much as I could. But as soon as my hand touched the front doorknob, I felt a different link open up in mind. ‘Josiah wants an update. Come down to the little lake on the east side of this silly border. We are waiting.’ My eyes grew large as I heard Michael’s voice enter my mind. He was one of the best warriors in Josiah’s pack. ‘They know that you’re here! You can’t be here right now!’ ‘Come to the lake. We have everything under control. Just get here before we have to kill Adonis and end this plan a different way.’ I rolled my eyes at that snarky ass comment because we knew Josiah’s plans could not be changed. He wanted what he wanted, and we had to follow through. That simply meant, killing Adonis before Josiah gave us the go-ahead was not an option...not unless we wanted to die with him. ‘I’m on my way.’ I opened the door and made sure that the coast was clear before making my way towards the lake. I ran in my human form until I finally caught sight of the beautiful lake that I have come to love. It was always so peaceful over here. No one ever bothered me her especially since I normally would have it to myself most of the time. As I approached the lake, I saw Michael waiting for me with four more warriors and another person who I’ve never seen at his side. Michael was quite handsome with his honey brown eyes and smooth espresso skin. His muscles were impressive too, even with all the scars that adorned them. I felt out of breath as I came to a stop right in front of them. “You haven’t been doing much training while you’ve been here, I see.” Michael scoffed. I blew out a breath, placed my hand on my chest and rolled my eyes at his remarks. “I’m sure my lack of exercise is not why you are here. So, what’s going on? I’m sure the patrolmen will be here soon.” I said agitated. “We’ll be long gone before they get here. I’m here because Alpha Josiah wants an update on...your progression.” He said with a deep and serious voice. “Ok. Well, tell him...” “No. You will tell him.” He said as he cut me off. He turned to the dark-haired woman that he brought with him that I’d never seen before. “Call him.” He said simply. She nodded and then began to whisper softly to herself as her hands moved in a circular position. The wind picked up a little bit around us and I tried not to grimace as a dark smoke cloud came from her hands and onto the ground in front of me. I squinted my eyes a little so that I could try to make out the figure that was forming inside the dark cloud. Almost instantaneously I saw Josiah standing in front of me with a devious smile on his face. “It's so good to see you again. It seems like forever since I've had a chance to lay my eyes on you.” He said as if he cared. “Tell me how it's been going. Give me every detail. I need to know if everything is going the way it should?” I bowed my head to him and tried to control my beating heart. I did not plan on seeing him today. I know he’s going to be livid when he finds out everything that I know. I looked back up at him and straitened my back before I spoke. “Hello my Alpha. I have been doing everything that I was taught to do. I had him right were I needed him to be. He was ready.” I started. “What do you mean ‘had?’” He asked me lowly. His eyes grew darker as he inched closer to me. “What the fuck happened?” He said just a tad bit louder. I breathed in deeply as I released a shaky breath. “Something changed with Adonis.” I blurted out. “He met his second chance mate, and she has been the only thing on his mind since she’s gotten here.” I heard Josiah’s low growl rumble through his chest. What the f**k did you just say?” He growled. “He...he found his second chance mate. Her name is Hazel....and although I can not deny that she is beautiful...she is a problem now. Adonis won’t leave her side.” I watched Josiah’s every movement as he pondered on everything that I just told him. His face was hard to read, which is no different than any other time I’ve looked at his face, but this time scared me a little. “Incredible.” He finally said as though his mind were someplace else. “In-f*****g-credible.
