Ben quickly understood and gritted his teeth, muttering, "Bastard, he didn't even take any measures..." I stopped him from saying more, not wanting to make him feel worse. My lips tightened into a thin line, and my face turned pale.
When we reached the pharmacy, Ben stopped the car and said to me, "It's inevitable that you'll attract attention as a young woman buying those things. I'll go in."
