Sliding into his black Porsche Panamera, he used the cars console to dial his best friend Cameron Parks, partner at Parks and Jenson Law firm, also the revered Dr. Audrey Lancaster's lawyer. The dial tone sounded twice before Cameron answered, his tone elated and cheerful. "Heinz! What do you need today?", Cameron chuckled as Henry scoffed at how Cameron knew he was calling for a favour. "Dr. Audrey Lancaster". The car went eerily silent, neither man uttering a word for a short while. The only sound were the tires on tarmac and the wind passing over the car.
"Baxter, do not do what I think you're about to do", Henry remained silent, he was already doing it. Another short silence fell before Cameron let out a shaky breath. "I know you're good Baxter, but she's better", Henry rolled his eyes, unbelieving of his friends' statement, "just a friendly chat, I just wanted your advice", his voice was nonchalant and calm, hoping his friend would relax as well. He didn't.
"Baxter. Old friend. TURN. THE. f**k. AROUND!", Henry winced as Cameron screamed down the phone, was she really that bad? Henry needed to know now more than ever what kind of woman she really was. He needed to know who he was going into business with. "Relax, jeez", Henry kept his calm, collected nature, but Cameron was having none of his friend's stupidity today.
"Baxter. Do not play games, okay? Don't player dirty. Don't say anything out of line and for Christ sake don't flirt with her. If you f**k this up she'll eat you and your company for breakfast and I can't help you then", Henry snickered at his comment about flirting. It was known that in his younger years he'd been a playboy, but now he was married to his company.
