Chapter 13

Jai Xia

I woke up in the morning my head and eye hurt and my lips were still tender from my father's slap.

I came to the realization that this was all real and thinking things was just a dream was my own wild dreams.

I sat up and walked to the bathroom.

I took a shower and changed.

I was sitting looking at my school bag when I suddenly got an idea.

I am now no longer bound by a stupid contract because I signed it for my family but since that basterd already broke the contract last rule by making the contract public I don't have to do anything he said.

I grabbed my bag and tied my hair.

I was going to return to school from today.

No more rules.

I walked oit of my room and saw Xavier's door slightly opened.

I pushed it open to find Xavier laying in his own blood the floor was covered in glass pictures of Miss Bella was all over the floor as well.

He hated me so much he actually took his anger aboit my return out on his room...

Stupid man..

I felt bed seeing all the blood but I couldn't care...

He brought this on him self.

I couldn't leave him like that either.

I put my bag down and entered his room.

Walking across the glass slowly as to not startel Xavier.

"Sir... Sir... Um.. Xavier... Are you okay..."

I kneeled in front of him placing my hand on his cheek.

He was ice cold.

I was so frightened that I started screaming for Noona.

"Noona...fast call the ambulance... Noona... Xavier's hurt... Noona..."

I was yelling my lungs out.

I pulled Xavier onto my lap and tried to wake him up but nothing, he was breathing but very shallow.

O god... Please I won't do anything bad I promise!!!

Let him live....

I was shocked at my thoughts.

But this is who I am...

I can't hurt mu enemy or anything else.

I am not a bad person.

My father never raised me like that.

My thoughts drifted between Xavier and my father and softly I started crying.

I lost my father because of this man in my lap, yet...

O god....

Noona came rushing in with the paramedics.

They took Xavier onto tje stretcher and took him to the ambulance waiting outside.

I jumped in as well.

"Sorry but only family..."

"I am his wife... So you better get going!"

The paramedics were stunned.

Yes I just said I am his wife...

Well legally anyway

At the hospital he was rushed into the theater.

After 2 hours the doctor came out.

I was waiting with mu father in law who jad just arrived.

I got up immediately.

" Doctor... My husband... I mean.. Is he okay?"

She just smiled.

"yeah he has lots alot of blood and he had alot of glass pieces in his body but he is fine... Don't worry he will be awake soon..."

My father in law smiled at me than took my hand.

"Thank you child."

I pulled my hand out.

"No need, my father raised me to help even my enemies if they was in danger... So... I will leave now... Good day sir."

I took my bag and walked away.

This was my new strategy...

Kill them with kindness, but show no mercy!

I remember I was heading to school but now...

I took a taxi back home.

When I got there Bella was sitting in the living room.

I was in so much anger I might kill this woman.

I took a deep breath and just walked pass her.

"You see... He was going to kill him self at just the thought of being with out me... Take this as a hint you little brat and get out.. This is my home..."

I turned around and smiled.

"Your so stupid!!!, he wasn't trying to kill himself, he was trying to kill you... But unfortunately only your pictures was around so... Don't believe me... Go ask Noona Your self... O and by the way I am his Legal wife, so you are not welcome in my home, you rat! "

I didn't know what els to say.

This was my first confrontation ever.

She was shocked...

She ran to tje kitchen I watched as she screamed about the pictures to Noona and watched her loose her mimd when Noona Confirmed my words...

" Hey you old hag... I said get out your horrid screams aren't welcome here... Noona please show her the door... Bye bye... Dont let the door hit you on your way out!"

I said than walked away into my room.

I closed the door behind me than I finally noticed it was Xavier's room not mine.

The room was empty.

I suddenly got a new idea.

I am tje wife in this house.

I can sleep where I want to.

And in this room in his bed, this is where I will sleep from now on.

I spent the whole afternoon cleaning the room and packing out my clothes in his closet next to his.

I hanged my pictures on the walls.

And in the middle of the room I hung a huge wedding picture of us.

I was going to make his life miserable!

The next morning I went to school.

There's a bus from A city at 6am every morning so I was able to get to and from school no problem.

My first day back and I met Kim Ha-bin...

He hugged me and kissed my head.

We caught up on some chit-chat and hung out the whole day.

Around 5 pm I jumped on tje last bus and went home.

I walked in to find Xavier sitting in the kitchen.

He seemed angry.

"Um... Hey.. Soo... Where's Noona?"

He looked up and I was right he was angry.

"Where have you been...?"

I scoffed.

"Non of your concern..."

He got up and in on step was in front of me.

"Don't make me ask again..."

I scoffed again.

"And I wont repeat myself again..."

I wasn't going to allow him to ruined what was left of my life.

He was so close to me I could smell the cologne he was wearing.

His breath fanned my face.

I suddenly felt weird.

I pushed past him and called out to Noona.

She came in and smiled before placing my dinner in the microwave and than handing it to me before she magical disappeared.

Just when I didn't want to be alone witj Xavier she had to get lost.

"You seem to forget the contract..."

Excuse me...

"No Xavier you seembto have miss understood the contract, since you made the contract and our relationship publicly known and to my family... The contact became null and void... So you stupid contract is no longer valid... So"

He couldn't believe I actually read the fine print of the contract.

Idiot.

I am not that stupid.

He huffed and puffed and marched up stairs.

I remember the room.

O no not another argument.

And as if on que.

"Jai Xia!!!!!!"

I regret it already.

I left my food and went upstairs

He seemed upset but not too much.

"What..."

He looked at me and pointed to tje the pictures.

"Do you have to go this far...?"

I smiled...

"Well we are married aren't we..?"

He looked down than suddenly approached me.

" o yes... But you seem to forget... I am a man..."

He touched my waist his hand were burning through my clothes.

I tried to pull away but he grabbed my waist so tight I couldn't move.

" Are you sure you want to play this game with me... Because once I have something in my sight I want I won't stop till I have it"

Was he threatening to have s*x with me.

I was regretting this idea.

But I knew he only loved Bella and I was sure he would do anything to me.

"Lets see who will chicken out first Mr Lee..."

His eyes turned dark.

Than suddenly he pushed me away.

"You better be careful what you wish for... Don't think I won't do it.... Please... Don't make me a bigger monster than I already am..."

His voice was soft and som how I felt bad.

Maybe he wasn't as bad as I thought.

"Okay... Fine.. I will take down everything but... Xavier... I am your wife and we need to get a few things Straight..."

He turned to look at me.

Than sat on his bed

"Okay... My dear wife... Whay do we need to get straight... Please enlighten me..."

He said crossing his arms over his chest.

I saw the deep cuts on his arms and the cuts on his feet.

He looked at my sight than cover his arms with his sleeve.

"I will go back to school, and go wherever I want to I will habe my friends and I will still do my duties as you wife, but Bella Won't ever be allowed back into this house as long as I live here... Not ever..."

At the mention of her name his eyes changed.

" Listen...okay...you can return to school, but I have to know wherever you are or with who you are with... Thats fine... And as for Bella... She won't be coming here so... "

I started laughing...

" O really... Is that why she came and confronted me here yesterday... Your real clueless when it comes to that women...! "

He got up and walked to me.

" What... She was here... Why didn't Noona tell me... Why was she here... Did she do anything to you... What did she say... Jai Xia... "

I saw something in his reaction that wasn't there before.

Was I right about his outburst the other night.

"yes...she was here when I came back from the hospital... You know when you had that accident... Why Noona didn't tell you was because I threw her out... So maybe she was..."

I didn't even finish when he suddenly hugged me.

He was holding me so tight I could barely breath.

He was really a strange man.

" Xavier... Please... I can't breathe... "

He pulled away.

He looked into my eyes.

Suddenly his eyes moved to my mouth.

I watched his every move.

He slowly closes the space between us till his lips touch mine.

I couldn't believe what was happening.

He slowly moved his lips on mine.

I didn't know what to do as I have never kissed anyone.

I felt his hands move along my body, down my back.

He kept kissing me.

I don't know why but I started moving my lips to match his.

At this his hands tighten around my body.

I felt his tongue brush against my bottom lip.

I slowly opened my mouth and than felt his tongue enter my mouth.

He deepen the kiss.

I was almost out of breath when he pulled away.

He rested his head against mine.

"You won't regret staying by my side I promise..."

He leaned in once more and kisses me again.

This time I couldn't continue.

I pulled away out of his hold and looked at him in shock.

What was he doing.

"Jai Xia... I'm sorry.. Maybe I am going to fast..."

He touched his lips and smiled softly.

"I didn't choose to stay by your side Xavier... I have no other choice..."

I said and turned to walk away.

I walked into my room and locked the door behind me.

I can't help but touch my lips.

His kiss was addictive.

Soft yet passionate...

I...

I can't believe what just happened.

But I can't let it happen again.

I am forced to be with him.

And he better remember that.

I took a shower and watched the moon...

What was I going to do.
