Morning Training

Loredana'S POV
I woke up in the morning excited and terrified at the same time. Would the adoptive Alpha I had, say outright no as he had before? Would there be a scene? So many worries danced in my head I nearly forgot my shirt over the sports bra. I kept it baggy as I was hiding my pudge. I ran down the hallway to the stairs. At the stairs, I heard the Alpha and his beta.
"They are training in the open field," the Beta told Thaddeus.
"Have a few keep watch. If possible I would like to challenge Joe." Thaddeus mentioned with a puff of his chest.
I knew he was an i***t, the Luna was my only source of love next to my adoptive brothers. Even they had to chose which battles to pick with him.
"Is Lory there?" Thaddeus grunted as if my name was foul on his tongue. It hurt my heart every time I heard it.
"Not that I have seen yet." The Beta mentioned.
"If she goes to train make sure she does not," Thaddeus growled. "I don't need a weakling trying to train in front of someone important." The footsteps told me he and the beta were leaving.
My chest hurt, I hated that they seen me as weak, I felt like I had a warrior's heart. But no way to show it or prove it. I peeked around, seeing no one I ran down the side stairs near the kitchen. Then through the side door to see the group from the airport sparring, running, and doing exercises. I could see the two warriors off to the side near the indoor watching.
"Good morning Your Highnesses!" I chirped in my best happy voice.
"Ah, Loredana you are here. Let us see where you are at in your training." Athens smiled waving me closer to Maya and Amber.
I nervously looked off to the two spies that been placed to see one had left. Crap they were gonna tell the Alpha I was here. I wasn't going to get to train.
"I will have you spar with Amber and see where we should begin your training with us." Athens clapped his hands together.
"LOREDANA!!!" I inwardly cringed and I felt my body shake folding together.
"Alpha," I squeaked as he stormed toward me. His eyes are ablaze. I seen Athens and Joe step to the front of me stopping his advance slightly.
"You are not ever supposed to be training," Alpha Thaddeus snarled at me. I could hear the snickers of the others coming out of the indoor arena.
"I was trying to please the King and Queen as I was told to do," I spoke barely above a whisper.
"Your worthless human existence is meant to make sure they are kept on a schedule that is all!" His eyes glow blue showing his wolf's presence.
I tilted my head to the side in submission, as I gulped. "I am sorry Alpha," the years of this and other words that had transpired over my lifetime added with the lack of the pack to like me. Or that it didn't help that the Alpha didn't either, welled up and I ran. I ran until my lungs burned. My legs ached, as pushed on going to the only place that had given me peace. The one spot, no one else had found.

Joe's POV

I watched the Alpha berate the poor girl, looking to Mike I sent him to follow. He nodded and took off in her direction. Turning my attention back to Alpha Thaddeus I went to speak, but Amber stormed right past us c*****g her first back and slamming it right into his nose.
He teetered back grabbing his nose. Athens chuckled as he pushed Amber back behind him. I watched his teeth elongate and his nails grow as he launched forward trying to get to her. I shoved him back on his ass as I released my Alpha aura. His body shook trying to not submit. "Submit!" I growled. Maya's hand touched my arm as she released hers too. He fell to the ground, panting from the pain of trying to resist.
"Everyone gets to train!" My Alpha command ringing in everyone's ears including Thaddeus. "Loredana is under our care while she is with us and you will treat her with respect!" My command coming again to their shaken bodies.
Maya let go of my arm I felt her change as she walked toward Thaddeus, she snapped her jaws at him the low rumble of her chest allowing the anger to be felt in waves. "If this is how you treat an orphan that you find, I have no respect for you. I should kill you and replace you with a better Alpha!" Her snarl was for his ears and ours. "I find more mistreatment and I will kill you." Her last bit a whisper of a promise I knew she would make good on. Her eyes turned to the crowd, "shame on you for following a weak leader!" She charged them as they scattered to getaway.
She trotted back to us coming to stand in her human form. "Did you send someone after her?" Maya asked me.
"Yes, I sent Mike to fetch her." Maya nodded and then went to high-five Amber with a grin on her face.

Mike's POV

I followed her tracks as I caught up to her. She was fast for a little thing. I kept some steps back to let her go through what she needed to process. Once she was done I would take her back.
She ran to a small pond, there was a stream from the cliff above that fell over into the pond feeding it. She ran along the edge behind the fall of water disappearing behind it. Hmm. there must be a cave. I walked closer. Peering inside, I saw her curled up Arms around herself, face flat into her lap as she cried. I leaned along with the doorway as she finished her cry. She stood, I did as well getting ready to mention I was here, stopping when I saw her pull out an old training dummy and start throwing punches as she screamed and growled at it.
I knew those emotions well, been through something similar when I lost my use of smell from the scar on my face. I would never find my mate. I could not scent her. I could only hope that she could scent me. I had been so angry all I did was the train. I knew the emotions well.
She pommeled that training dummy in her anger. She kinda looked like a mad kitten. It was cute. Until I heard her hand crack and began to see blood. I would not let her hurt herself. I strode in scooping her in my arms as I felt a sudden wash of delightful sparks fly all over where she touched. what did these sparks mean?
"Shhhh, kitten things will be fine," I heard myself whisper in her ear as she went limp in my arms. My shirt got wet from her tears as she started crying. I rubbed circles in her back as she slowed down.
Mike, did you find her? My brother Logan asked through our mind link.
I did, just letting her finish crying it out before I bring her back. I answered closing the link.
I liked her when I saw her at the airport, I thought she was beautiful even in her awkwardness. I liked her cute little nose, and the way her voice touched my ear. I could like her very much if I had the chance in a different setting. Her cries stopped. I glanced down to see she was asleep.
On my way back with her now. I informed, cradling her sleeping form in my arms
