“Mom!” I grunted. She raised her eyebrows on me. She’s mad.
“Gideon please. Ano ba ang problema kung magiging ka-dorm mate mo siya?” she asked. I calmed myself down and stared at her.
“She’s a girl, wala siyang alam sa university,” giit ko.
“Exactly!” aniya.
“I have a lot of friends that always went to my dorm. She can’t be there. Marami namang available na ibang rooms. Bakit siya pa ang ka-dorm mate ko? It’s not good,” I commented. I want her to understand that.
“It must be very awkward for her,” dagdag ko pa. Tiningnan lamang ako ni mommy.
