CHAPTER 19

Sander threw a crumpled paper to Kai who seems won’t minding their discussion and was busy texting his fiancée.

“Hey!” Sander called to Kai.

Kai on the other hand seemed not minding what he threw to him, and just continue to giggle like crazy. Sander threw another one, and this time more forceful than before, that finally made Kai look at them.

“What?” he innocently asked while still grinning from ear to ear.

“Are you with us the whole time? You seemed not, you freak.” Sander muttered.

Kai chuckled, “of course I am, what do you think of me?”

“I heard everything don’t worry, it’s just my babe texted me, so I need to text her back, you knew how she became a dragon once she get mad, right?” Kai replied at the same time reason out.

Sander sigh because of that. Of course he knew, Amirah, better like her patients when it comes on craziness when she got mad, not jut being a dragon but a real crazy one, and he don’t know how Kai can still handle such a girl, well they suited to each other as Kai is also one of the heck crazy one.

“And your thought?” Sander just asked to Kai.

“I will still keep an eye to your greedy COO and your brother. So I could help Selena also.” Kai said non chantly.

“Okay, I will go keep an eye to the boards.” Sander said, taking his part.

“Hope we could resolve this, and I will be in your great debt to you and to you too, love.” Sander said, and turned to Selena.

Selena just nod, while Kai wrote something on the paper and gave it to Sander, grinningly.

“Just drop everything there.” Kai said as he handle the paper to Sander.

Sander, chuckled when he saw what is written on the paper that Kai handed to him, and shake his head.

“Your really crazy, man. But, don’t worry expect your 10 dollars on your account.” Sander said, as it s what Kai asking that indicates to the paper he is holding.

After that,  Kai left but Selena remained inside Sander’s office, reason? Sander doesn’t want Selena go, and just cage her with his arms.

“Stay here for a moment, I need to recharged.” He said, cuddling Selena.

Selena on the other hand,  can’t help to giggle like a teenager, as  she let herself being cage by Sander’s strong arms.

“You look so beaten, you already had a dark circles in your eyes, are you sure you are okay?” Selena asked worriedly as she caress and stared Sander’s face.

It’s been a week since they started to come to work to resolve the conflict inside the company, and from then Selena worried, about Sander, who had been staying at the company even at night.

“Of course, I’m okay, don’t worry to much, love. Your making me worried to you as well.” He said, tucking the escaped strands of hair in Selena’s ear.

“Okay, fine I’m not worried, so you wouldn’t need to worry about me.” Selena surrendered.

“But, rest okay, or I will not stop worrying about you, and let’s be worried to each other.” She added that made Sander chuckle.

“Fine, you win. But, in one condition.” Sander said grinning.

Selena now turned to chuckle for she already knows Sander’s condition, and without a word she gently grab Sander’s head and put in on her lap, at the same time that Sander fixed himself to lay down at the sofa, while his head is at Selena’s lap.

“You really know what I am going to ask.” Sander said as he look at Selena.

“Of course, you also often asked me this position when we are little.” Selena answered.

“Because I love being like this with you.” Sander uttered.

Selena, can’t help herself to bit her lips to restrain her giggle that wants to come out, after what Sander had said.

“And please, don’t do that, I might not be able to stop myself, and r****h that luscious lips of yours.” Sander said with raspy voice as his eye is on her lips.

She can saw Sander gulped while he intensely looking at her lips, that she didn’t notice that she is still biting.

All she knows, Sander is lifting himself from laying down and his eye is still on her lips, until their lips finally crashed to each other.

Sander held Selena’s neck to deepen the kiss as the atmosphere began to heat up between them. Selena heard a moan, that she just realize coming from her, as she is being drowned by their kisses.

“I love you, love.” Sander whispered between their kisses.

“I love you too, love.” Selena answered.

Sander, kissed became more intense and deep, like Selena’s lips is his oasis, that he long for a long travel to the desert.

How sweet his Selena’s lips, and he will not let his Selena go, whatever it takes, for the time that he find out that Selena he met at their mansion is the Selena is looking for, he promised to make her his.

Selena is still enjoying their kisses, when Sander halted, that made her confuse.

“Let’s stop here, love I might not be able to control myself and r****h you here now, but I don’t want that, your to special to have your first here.” Sander said with his forehead lean on Selena’s forehead.

That made Selena smile, as Sander treating her special and respect her, even though she felt an urge to give herself to Sander at the very time, but her heart is jumping with joy as she heard the words that Sander told her.

“Thank you, love.” Selena said, and lean to Snader’s hard chest, and feel his warmth.

“Anything for you love.” Sander replied giving her a peck on her forehead and caress her hair.

“Now, let’s just cuddle.” Sander suggested that Selena immediately agreed.

Sander, stood up first  to call his secretary, before he came to the sofa again, and lay her down and him as well.

They are now in a scoop position where she is lying on her side and facing other direction, while Sander is embracing her from the back. Thankfully the sofa is wide enough for the two of them.

But, after a while Selena turned to face Sander, and saw him already eyes closed, that made her smiled. She reach some of Sander’s strands hair, and trace her finger from his forehead to his nose and to his lips.

She can’t helped but to giggle as she ogle to Sander’s handsome face. From his thick eyebrows that she like everytime he furrowed, his hazelnut pair of orbs, that something being cold whenever he is the business mode, his perfect nose, reddish perfect lips. Sander is always an epitome of handsomeness, that she is sure other girls desired.

And she is thankful that she is the one he loves, and with him right now. Their, she realize that her young love for Sander didn’t disappeared but grew at the first time she saw him and bumped to him at the US, which explained why is she annoyed, than the usual she is.

And when they meet at the mansion that made her heart beat erratically, that she thought was strange, is because her heard had never forget her puppy first love.

Selena continued to caress Sander’s safe, as it shows, tiredness in it, and that explains, why  Sander fall asleep fast.

“I promise to help you in everything I can, even it involves Raffy.” She whispered in vows.

With that, she smiled, and let Sander caged her, as she close her eyes, until she didn’t notice that she fell asleep, not knowing Sander opened his eyes, and smiled as he cage her more.

Selena, is on her way, to where she is meeting with Raffy. This is her first move to know if Raffy is include with the scheme, but she is hoping that her bestfriend is not, for Raffy is also important to her, for he is like a brother to her.

After she got of from her car, she saw Raffy waiting for her at the same parking lot.

“Raf, what are you doing here? Why didn’t you just wait me inside?” She asked curiously.

Raffy, stood properly, from leaning to his car, and put his hands to the pocket of his jeans, as he smiled to Selena.

“There’s a lot of people there, and I want to wait you here.” Raffy sad, started to walk towards her.

Selena didn’t know but, the way Raffy smiled brings her chills, that she can’t explain, and as Raffy went closer towards her, she unconsciously step back.

It’s like the Raffy infront of her isn’t Raffy she knows, even his face that he is showing to her is just similar than before.

“Are you okay?” Raffy asked curiously.

Selena gulped and relax herself. She can’t be like this infront of Raffy. She is convincing herself that the person infront of her is her long time friend, and he will not going to harm her, but her is still hammering out of a strange nervousness.

“I-I’m okay.” She stuttered as she gave a one forceful smile to Raffy.

“You look troubled, is there anything wrong?” Raffy asked again.

She flinch as Raffy was about to reach her forehead, that made Raffy’s hand stopped in the mid air.

“You did.” Raffy confirmed.

“No, I’m okay.” Selena declined by Raffy’s confirmation.

“Okay, if that what you said.” Raffy said sighing.

Selena watch Raffy as he seemed thinking about something, while still standing, and after a while he spoke.

“By the way the other reason why I met you here, is to asked you something, is that okay?” Raffy asked.

With an unknown reason Selena’s nervousness grew, as Raffy face turned in to a serious one.

“W-What is it?” She asked as she gulped.

“I have been keep on noticing a trash keep on luring around me,” Raffy said, “and I am asking you might know him.”

Raffy, stated, as he took his phone from his pocket and tap something before he face his phone to hers, that made her eye widen in surprise.

What is she seeing right now is Kai’s picture, that made her mouth fell as her heart hammered.

Just how?! She asked as she turned to Raffy’s grinning face on her.
