Part 4: Esmerelda

        I was stuck in the back seat with the love birds Ben and Sarah. I was kinda pissed at Jasmine cuz she wouldn't tell that we hooked up. I felt like such an outsider to this group of people stuck in the back seat with people i barely knew. I feared that Jasmine had feelings for Tom. After all her biggest concern was not letting Tom find out about us. I wasn't really coming for the concert although i loved the bands. I was really here to check on my friend Bryce I saw Jasmines call as an opportunity. Bryce called me last night telling me he was in deep s**t and he needed a friend. 

        To these guys im nothing but a plus one. I pondered all of this bullshit until we got to the venue. I wanted to act enthusiastic so i took Jasmines hand and ran into the venue. Tom pulled Jasmine aside and I didn't have time for this i needed to find Bryce. I found him over at the bar with his girlfriend. "Bryce" i called and he looked behind him. "are you okay you sounded stressed on the phone last night" I asked.  "Back off b***h he's mine" his girlfriend shoved me. "look, I got no beef with you this is my best friend" I explained. "I don't give a s**t, f**k off or get f****d up" she threatened. I didn't wanna cause Bryce any more problems so i went over to the wall and leaned there with my arms crossed. 

        I saw Ben and Sarah were with my friend Angelo. I didn't particularly care for Angelo cuz he was a perv in my eyes. Jasmine came up to me as i acted casual while he walked by. "I told him" Jasmine clarified as a sense of relief came along me thanking god Angelo didn't recognize me. "good" i said as i uncrossed my arms. We walked up to the front of the venue and we regrouped with everyone. While everyone talked I tried to look for Bryce and there he was. He was on the outskirts of the moshpit with his b***h-ass lady. The first band came out and despite my concern I rocked out to The End of Silence. I knew the drummer to this band he was a hard-core druggie but he was a badass drummer.

        After the first show Sarah left for the bathroom. Jasmine was looking over at Tom and I looked over at Bryce and saw him arguing with his lady. I hated her so much because Bryce deserved better than that. All of a sudden Jasmine pulled me in for a kiss and I had to play along. We made out until the 2nd show started The Fallen Angels were coming on. The band was starting and I saw Bryce still on the outskirts of the moshpit. Jasmine was headbanging to this band but she was just being a poser. I knew she didn't really like metal. I knew Jamine probably didn't give a s**t about me so she wasn't my primary concern.  

        After the 2nd show Jasmine and I looked over at Ben in the pits. I couldn't find Bryce and I saw his lady slipping into the back hall. Ben and his stupid ass infactuation ended up in the back as well. Stupid kid I hope he wouldn't see something he wasn't supposed to be see. People often get killed like that. I was worried for Ben and Bryce. I had to get away to find out but i ended up stuck with Jasmine as the main band. Sarah didn't help by coming in the middle of the show and adding to the chains pulling me back from my best friend. 

       When the show was over i was tempted to just run out the back. We made our way to the front of the venue and there was some guy up front having a mental breakdown or something. Jasmine made her way to the front of the concerned crowd around him. "lets follow her" i told Sarah. When she disappeared in the crowd i ran back to the back room. I had to find Bryce

        Angelo was sitting in the hall smoking a cigarrette. "do you know where Bryce is?" I asked. "Esmerelda its been a while... Yeah  he went out of the alley doors down that hall" he pointed down a hall. I followed the hallway to the exit door. I got out into the alley and I saw a trail of blood and a body at the end of the alley. I ran out of the alleyway looking for Bryce. He was hiding at the end of the parking lot. "Bryce what happened?", " I owe my girlfriend money and if i don't pay she's sending the mafia to kill me. I tried robbing this guy out back and ended up killing him in a panic. I got a whole fuckin 30 bucks and i owe thousands". "Just go to my place and i'll take care of everything. When I get home we'll leave the country." I told him. He ran off into the night. I went off into the night and Bryces girlfriend was talking to Angelo.

        I ran up to her and I punched that b***h in the face. "you f*****g b***h" she tackled me. Angelo booked it down the hall. She started whaling on my face so i kicked her off. I tackled her into the mens bathroom and smashed her face on a urinal. She was bleeding on the floor and i needed to clean up before I went back to everyone to get a ride home. I made my way outside and saw Tom, Jasmine, and Sarah walking away. "Jasmine!" I shouted, "where have you been" she asked. "I got lost in the crowd Im sorry" I told her. 

        We got in the car and as we turned around the black we heard sirens. Tom turned around the block and was relieved inside. Everyone had tears in their eyes but I had too much on my mind to cry at the moment. The murders would be pinned on me and Bryce soon and we had to leave. The cops would come for us soon and we had to leave town.
