Chapter 3:Got the boss angry

*At Gallgher Tech Company
"Cancel all my meetings for today and make sure no one disturbs me". Xander instructed his secretary and went into his office.
Freddie was surprised seeing his boss the calm his boss was about the whole incident but knowing his boss, he knew that this was the calm before the storm. He wondered what his would do to that lady. Well that was not his problem as she should have known better than to mess with Xander Gallgher.
Meanwhile, Xander was fuming with anger. Never would he have imagined himself in that situation;getting slapped by a woman. He rubbed his temples and closed his eyes to calm himself.
"I don't know who you are, but I will make sure you never forget who I am"
Suddenly, Andrew entered into his office and seeing Xander, he grinned and said "Wow, looks like someone's inflated ego has been bursted"
Xander opened his eyes and looked at him.
"You even cancelled your meeting. This woman must have had a strong effect on you because you have never cancelled a meeting because of a woman". Andrew grinned and continued "who knows, she might even get to my future sister-in-law... "
Xander looked at Andrew sharply and Andrew instantly stopped talking. Xander was already seething with rage and Andrew wasn't helping matters.
Andrew's phone suddenly rang and his face became pale upon seeing the caller ID.
Xander instantly guessed it was his mother calling "Answer it and tell her that she should stop trying to set me up on dates as I'm not interested or else I'll stop talking to her".
Andrew answered the call and relayed Xander's message to Samantha.
"Yes aunt...He's here... No he is fine... I will tell him aunt".
The call ended and Andrew said "Your mother is upset with you and she said the only way she would stop setting you up on dates is if you get married".
"She even went further to threaten to set me up on dates. So please man, do me the favour of getting married so your mom can lay off my back" Andrew pleaded.
"Get out of my office now" Xander commanded.
"Alright I'm going;Grumpy old man" Andrew muttered as he was going out of Xander's office.
"I heard that Andrew" Xander snapped.
"Well I meant for you to hear it... Grumpy old man".
"You know Andrew, one of this days, I'm going to kill you" said Xander.
"That is if I don't kill you first. Grumpy old man" Andrew teased as he left Xander's office.

Estella finally arrived at the Jenner Mansion. The main gates opened and it took five minutes to reach the main house from the gates.
Estella's mother;Mrs Sofia Jenner came out of the mansion and she was more than happy to finally see her daughter again. She had missed her daughter dearly as she hardly saw her within the five years she was away. She was her only child and was very lonely throughout the time Estella was away from her.
Estella was still furious as she approached her mother but she tried to compose herself so her mother wouldn't find out what had happened.
"Estella my dear, it feels so good to see you again" Mrs Jenner said as her eyes started to fill up with tears. She was so happy her daughter was back home
"Mom, I missed you so much. Come let's go inside" Estella said to her mother.
"Come on dear" said Mrs Jenner. As she turned to go back into the mansion, she noticed the car
"Tony, come here " she commanded. Tony gulped knowing he would get into trouble for what happened.
He stuttered as her approached Mrs Jenner "Y-Yes m-ma'am"
"I asked what happened to the car"
"Mom, you're overreacting. It's just a scratch" Estella said while trying to signal Tony not to say anything as her mom wouldn't spare her if she got to know that she was involved in a car accident.
"I'm waiting Tony" Mrs Jenner said as she ignored her daughter's statement.
Tony looked at Estella and she pleaded with him not to say anything.
"Well ma'am, Miss Estella almost got herself killed today" said Tony, droplets of sweat dripping from his forehead as he explained everything to Mrs Jenner.
"You insolent brat! I thought you would have become more sensible and would have stopped this reckless behavior of yours. It seems I will have to step in and do something about it" Mrs Jenner scolded Estella.
"I'm sorry mom, I didn't mean for it to happen. It's just that... "
"Enough! " Mrs Jenner interrupted Estella "you never mean for anything to happen but it still happens because you never think before you act"
"Go inside and freshen up;you have just gotten back. I think of what to do with you.
"But mom... " Mrs Jenner raised a hand signaling that she was done discussing this
"Thanks a lot Tony" Estella snapped as she went into the mansion.
As soon as Estella was inside the mansion, Mrs Jenner turned to Tony and said "couldn't you have cautioned Estella. I wonder why I pay you. You are totally useless. Get out of my sight" ordered Mrs Jenner.
"Ma'am there's one more thing" Tony started
"Which is? " replied Mrs Jenner
"Well the owner of the car Miss Estella crashed into was Xander's Gallgher".
"Get out of my sight at once".
'No this cannot be happening' Miss Jenner said to herself. Xander was a past Estella had forgotten about and Mrs Jenner was scared of what would happen if Xander and Estella got to remember each other.
'Looks like I'll have to inform Senior Xander about this' and with that, she went into the mansion.
