Chloe’s POV
I woke up wrapped in Kade’s arms. Cuddling was not something Kade and I did we agreed to not let this get emotional and to keep it strictly s****l, but lying here in his arm felt right. The way he comforted me yesterday after getting the news about grandfather felt right. I tried hard to keep my feelings for Kade at bay but seeing the emotional and caring side of him made my walls that I had up start to come down and my feelings were starting to get the better of me. I shimmied out of Kade’s and started to the bathroom.
“Hey where are you going” I heard Kade say his voice husky from still being half asleep.
“I’m going ti get ready for the day so we can go visit grandfather” I said to him before slipping into the bathroom and shutting the door behind me.
