A knock came in from the door, “My Luna,”

My eyes widened the moment I heard it, jumping on spot. “Don’t come in,” My heart commenced racing at the thought of what would happen if I actually got caught. “Okay…?”

The person replied. I didn’t waste any time as I hurriedly paced the room to untangle the sheets, I had been tying. There had been no use. It couldn’t reach down the building for me to come down from. Besides, my wolf wasn’t good with flight so I gave up. I just had to forget to untie them. Totally careless of me.

Untangling the knots, I straightened it as swift as I could before putting it in the usual position which was on the bed. Smoothening my hand across, I looked to see if everything was perfectly placed. “Luna, is everything okay in there?”

Clearing my voice with my chin up, I replied him immediately, “Sure it is. You can come in now.”

The door opened and on first sight was the guard with the soldier’s hair-cut. His brown hair was neatly shaven and he was clothed in a silver armor, the inner was a red shirt paired with these brown trousers. By his side was a woman. She was around my age or so, nothing less than 20 years definitely.

“You’re here again...” I commented, unsure of what step to take next. “This is Melody, she was assigned to take care of your personal needs.” he uttered gesturing to her, “My Lady,”

Melody voiced out curtseying with a bright smile on her face. In a way, she reminded me of my close friend Andrea. The way she scented and her freckles, her frizzy red curls and the way she carried herself.

“Melody, you can call me, Layla. It’s nice meeting you.” I voiced out, returning the gesture. “Okay then, I will leave you both to get familiar with each other.” The guard said, before motioning to leave when he paused midway in his steps. “One more thing, the Alpha orders that you come to him tonight.”

“He ordered what?” I felt entirely flustered at his words, feeling anxious instantly. “You have absolutely nothing to fear, Luna. No harm will come to you, that I’m assured of.”

“But-“

“Do prepare her well, Melody.”

He went out the door slamming it shut, which left I and Melody alone inside the room. She extended her hand, “My Luna, this is my first day here, please tell me if I do anything wrong.”

At that, I could feel my something in me spark at her genuineness. “Sure,”

“Okay, come over here please.” Melody gestured to the wardrobe while I followed her. Her hands opened it, sweeping her fingers through the clothes only for her to nod. “This is quite... displeasing.”

“Huh? Is everything alright?” I asked alarmingly.

“Yeah, it’s just that these clothes are out of style. No one wears them again. And you, as a Luna, should be in trend with style.”

“Melody, I-“

“We need a myriad of groomers, fashion designers and stylists to make you exceptional. This won’t work,” she stated closing the wardrobe. “What if, I don’t want it?”

She looked up at me, “What do you mean, my Luna?”

I drew nearer to her, with direct eye contact. “I was kidnapped, from my pack, and forcefully brought here. So far I find out that my mate is a demon wolf and I’m currently trying not to freak out.” I replied commencing to pace in my steps. “I need an out from this-”

“My Luna, what are... what are you even talking about? My duty is to assist you in the palace,” she answered. “You’re asking something extremely sensitive, that could put me in trouble.”

“Please... I’m begging you, help me escape from here. I need to get to my parents, my friends, my siblings,” I said, in tears. “I can’t stay with King Jaxon, he’s not safe. H-He brought out these horns, which frightened me, I have seen nothing like it and I am so afraid-“

“My Luna,”

“Just say yes, please, I need someone if I want to get out of here, it’s important to me. I want to get out of here at all cost.”

“I will help you,” she suddenly stated. “You will?”

“Yeah, but you have to cooperate with me and do as I say. It will be tomorrow morning, as early as possible, meaning this. You have to go see the Alpha this night so he thinks he still has you at his beck and call.”

“Sure,” anything to get out of here.

“Nice, please sit here Luna, I have to dress you up for him tonight.”

In my yellow attire, I walked down the hallway with the guard and Melody at my both sides. My cloth was of linen material and transparent, to cover it, Melody had given me a shawl to hold ordering that I took it off when the Alpha came in.

“It’s time to go in now, Luna.”

I nodded towards him and then to Melody, who said, “Do not forget all I told you.” With an assured glance of trust, I twisted the door knob entering inside that second. My hands trembled, with my heart thudding rapidly as I walked in. “Alpha?”

I closed the door, only for a knock to resonate through. “Alpha Jaxon isn’t around here, at the moment and asked me to deliver this message. Wait for me. I will be here soon.”

“Okay. Thanks.” I muttered through the door, before walking slowly to the bed. I sat down at the beginning, bringing my legs up with my hands wrapped around them anxiously. I muttered a silent prayer that minute, hoping the demon didn’t do anything to harm me.

A few minutes after the door opened, the lamp had gone dim so the supposed person was shadowy. From the scent though, I knew who it was. Alpha Jaxon.

I watched as his hands replaced the fire, thus, brightening up the room. “Hmm,” he let out, making his way towards me who was shivering on the bed in a scare. “Please, don’t harm me, I will do whatever you ask of me, I promise.” I closed my eyes saying those words as quick as I could. “Mate. Open your eyes.”

Slowly, I did as he asked, feeling him stand tall while I timidly sat on the bed. “Why aren’t you naked like I asked?”

“Alpha… I,”

I searched for words to say but I couldn’t find anything to say.

“Layla,” he said my name purring a delicious tone, which made me feel tingles on my skin as goosebumps formed on them, “I told you of the consequence of going against me, didn’t I?”

My eyes bolted, as I immediately remembered his exact words on me not doing as he said. “The moment you go against each lesson, you will be punished. Are we clear on that?”

“Alpha Jaxon, please I beg for your mercy. I haven’t done any of this before...”

“Lay on the bed, little Layla… spread your thighs for me.”

I swallowed, clenching a firm hand onto my outfit saying, “This is a mistake, Alpha. I didn’t take part in the mating games’ Gold level. I’m a Silver-“

“Enough!”

He said, with a cold-hearted glare and predatory expression in his gaze which made my heart even pound more. “Take your clothes off and make your legs apart for me, or you won’t like what will come next.”

At his words, I highlighted from the bed, going on my knees and pleading, “Please… I’ve never known a man, don’t do this.”

“You won’t dare go against your Alpha, wolf or face the consequences.” His words were cold, seeming like he meant every of what he was saying. Remembering the last time, I pissed him off, I commenced by taking off my shawl. My head was lowered, “Get up, mate.”

He ordered. I did as he asked immediately feeling his gaze on me. The yellow transparent linen highlighted my bare breasts to his gaze so were my underwear exposed to his gaze too. His hands leaned on my shoulder while I swallowed nervously,

“I’m waiting,”

I moved to untie the feeble belt of the linen, aiming to take it off, when his hands stopped me. Alpha Jaxon leaned below, kissing my mid belly slowly, at this gesture, I could feel my wolf squirm in excitement, when he suddenly lifted me up without any warning making me gasp. My back hit the bed as he leaned me on it, he then commenced towards my underwear region with the words, “Take this off.” I didn’t dare disobey him for the fear that the horns may come back. The minute I was bare to his gaze below, he kissed me there, which made me extremely shy.

“You’re all mine for me to devour tonight.” he said, extending his tongue to a spot, before using his fingers at my entrance. “Say it,” I gasped and writhed as he began to finger me with his tongue teasing my lady part. “I’m all yours to devour tonight, Alpha.”
