***Savvy*** When I came out of the bathrooms, I didnt see Chaos anywhere. But I did see the one prospect standing against the same wall Chaos was only minutes ago. "Ms Savvy," He dropped his eyes to Blue, then looked back up at me. "Chaos had to step away for a minute and asked me to keep you company." He reached into his pocket, pulling out a piece of beef jerky. Holding it with shaky hands, he held his hand out to Blue. "I...I.. got a treat for Blue." I would have laughed, but he was trying so hard. Blue didnt move to take the treat; he looked up at me first. "Go on," I tell him. he steps forward, taking the jerky from him. Then chomping it down right away, He looked up at the guy for more, I saw him let out a slow breath, his face seemed to regain some color. "Can I help you carry anything?" he asked, stepping forward, holding out his hands. But his eye stayed on Blue. "Thank you." I pass him the bucket with all the bottles in it. "I appreciate it." "It's not trouble. Where to next?" "Oh, that can go back to the laundry area. I'm done with it for now. I was going to check all the empty rooms, then I told them I would help in the kitchen." He nodded, "Alright, let me set this in there quick, and I can walk with you." We stop when someone steps in front of us. I internally sigh, seeing it was none other than Diamond. Makeup coated her face, and the clothes she had on barely covered her. I thought it was a little early for dress up, but hey, who am I to judge? "So now you get an assistant?" She snickered, her eye taking in the young man who was standing there. She knows he can step out of line and say something back to her; he is only a prospect and has no pull yet. As Chaos explained to me the other day. "That bucket suits you," She says as the others chuckle behind her. "Is there something you need? Or are you just out to waste other people's time?" I asked her to step a little in front of the prospect. Her eyes move to me as her brows raise. "Excuse me?" "There is no excuse for you. You heard me clearly, so if there is nothing, then move along, unlike you, we have things that need to be done." She laughed as she clapped her hands, "Oh, that was a good one." She pulled in a deep breath, she took a step closer, but stopped when a low growl filtered up between us. "You think you are something special because Chaos is showing you some attention. But do not get too cozy. He will get bored and more on. They always do, and you are not one of us and have no place being here." God, this woman was like a broken record. I rubbed my temple. I was over it before it even began. She is a royal pain in the ass and the whole reason why I have a tail on me and why Chaos has been glued to me. I squared my shoulders, stepping an inch closer to her. "Look, I will say this once and only once. So you'd better listen and listen well." Stepping again, so I was right in her face. "I do not care what you or anyone else thinks about me being here or who is talking to me. That is your problem to deal with. I do, however, care how you talk to someone. If you cant use your mouth other than sticking things in it, then you should keep it shut before someone shuts it for you. And before you even think of scoffing and challenging, I will be the one to do so. Now, if that is all, you can piss off somewhere out of my sight and far away from me. unless you are feeling a little froggy, then if so, jump." She took a half-step back. "You cant talk to me like that, Im club and you are nothing more than a cleaner." She tried to sound hard, but I heard the slight tremble in her voice. I laughed, "Hunnie, I do not care who you are. But if you do not start leaving me alone, we are going to have a big issue here. So you need to piss off." I was done with her and her bullshit. This is high school behavior, and we are not high schools anymore. "Is there a problem here?" Someone said behind us. I think it was Shotgun. Diamond eyes filled with tears as she pushed past me, "Oh, Shotgun, thank goodness you are here, you should have heard what she is saying to me." I couldnt help the roll of my eyes at her performance. She was good, I will give her that. But still, it was a little over the top. Shotgun placed his hands on her shoulders, pushing her back from him. "And what would that be, Diamond?" His voice was sharp-sounding, "She threatened me. Everyone heard it." She turned to look at her group of followers, "Didnt she?" They all bobbed their heads, "I think she shouldn't be allowed here. We should go talk to Undertaker; he needs to know." She rambled on. But Shotgun didnt bother to listen to her, He walked closer, looking from me to the prospect. "Is that what happened, prospect?" The prospect shook his head. "No, sir, we were just heading to take care of this stuff, and they stopped us and started mouthing off to Ms Savvy; there was no threat." There was a low scoff. "Shotgun, you cant believe what he says, he is only a prospect. and she must be his new toy, come on," She slipped her hands around Shotgun's arm, trying to lean into him. He shook her off. "Yeah, he is a prospect, but he also knows lying will get him the boot, and he isn't about to lie and lose his chance at a patch, now are you, prospect? That and Savvy is not a club girl; she is off limits, unlike you." He shook his head, "No way, there is nothing that would keep me from getting that patch, definitely not for a club girl." The look on Diamond's face made me chuckle, which earned me a glare from her. "But she is no one to this club, how can she get better treatment?" She stomped her foot as she pouted. "I am an employee here. Yeah, I may not be a member, but I work for the club. And I have never bothered anyone. I have no desire to take anyone's place here. You seem to think Im out to replace you, well, hunnie, I hate to inform you, but you are way out in left field and going the wrong direction." "You Bitch." She sneered, taking a step towards me. But a hand grabbed her arm, pushing her back. Shotgun looked at Diamond. "We will be going to the Prez's office," She got a bright look on her face as she shot me a triumphant look. She was about to say something when he cut in. "But it will not be for Savvy, it will be about your behavior." Her face fell, "But." The look he gave her made her shut up. Her eyes dropped. He turned to look back at me. "Sorry, Savvy, you guys can go ahead and finish what you were heading to do. But know Chaos is in the Prez office right now, and he will have to hear about this, and he will not be happy, seeing as she has been given warnings." "Look, I do not want any part of this. Just get her to leave me alone. Or I can not promise that the next time I will not be so patient. I didnt come here for drama, I came here for work, nothing more." With that, I turned, whistling for Blue. I was over this whole thing. Did she not have anything else to do during the day?
