"She's missing sir"
"Who?"
"Your Sister Sir"
I looked up in surprise at the warrior. I had the guards doubled on the royal family since Edrea been missing. I didn't understand how they lost a 5 foot 4 she wolf. I rubbed my face as I grabbed my jacket, rushing out the room to look for my sister. Hoping she didn't get kidnapped too.
"Tell everyone to gather at the front entrance"
I gathered some things and hurried down the stairs and through the front door. All my warriors were stationed upfront and the rest of the pack was in the back. I wasted no time.
"I need six groups, one searching the grounds here and the others searching the other surrounding areas. Find my sister, Find Flora. If you can't find her, come back here and we will regroup." I yelled out orders left to right.
"Yes Sir" They all said in unison and rushed off
"I have a Bear Kingdom to invade" I said to myself
"Let the Kingdom help" The Queen came by my side
"I can't.." She cut me off
"She's my daughter and the heir to the throne." I was taken back as I forgot my kitten is the next Queen in line and she doesn't even know it, yet. "Plus I never got the chance to tell her how much I loved her. Give me a chance to get her back." The Queen said with determination
"I will be honored, My Queen." I bowed to her
"Good, now let's go kill a Bear" She growled
"But"
"No buts, he must die. Follow me to the Kingdom, let's ready the soldiers" She cut me off again, turning and walking towards the blackout SUV with her guards by her side. I looked around to see if anyone was watching as I felt a pair of eyes on me but I saw no one. I wanted to tell the Queen that he might be Edreas other mate, that she might not want him dead. But I have a feeling she will soon find that out once we get to his Bear Kingdom.
I got into my car and followed the Queen to the Kingdom Of Peri..I so desperately wanted to tell her that this isn't a fight but a negotiation. Though still I had to think about it and I knew I couldn't, just in case she withdrew her warriors, as I knew not to go there without a force of backup. His pack is strong and I know he can take out a whole army of wolves by himself.
We got to the Castle in the time span of two hours. The Queen wanted to take the secret roads. Just in case something or someone was Waiting for us to pass through, attacking us. She had everyone on high alert.
"Guards go prepare yourselves for war, we need strategy and team work and loads of Gold bullets" I watched her as she took command and was once again reminded why she was Queen. Every warrior did as she said, no questions asked. "Let's go to the Kings office, He's waiting for us." She tapped my arm gently and started to lead the way.
"What is the Gold for?" I asked
"For the Bears of course" She said casually like it's obvious but soon realized my confusion. "WereBears are unique, most think that a regular silver bullet can kill them but in all reality it doesn't. It may slow them down for a while but it doesn't put them down. Where as a bullet made of the purest Gold from the depths of the earth itself can cause great damage. Such as death." I made an O sound "It's not really something they put in our history books."
Before I could ask anything else We arrived at the Kings office and he immediately got up from his desk to greet his mate. I long for that connection with Edrea but knowing she might have another mate and could be with him right now, makes me envious.
"So I hear you are in need of some assistance" The Kings voice breaks me out of my thoughts.
"Yes, something that will help me and you" He raised his eyebrows and the Queen smiled.
"How so?" He moved from the Queen, stepping closer to me.
"I believe your daughter, is my mate" I said wasting no time in story telling. I gasp with surprise but he face immediately harden.
"Do not lie to me" His fist balls
"My love just listen" The Queen says, calming him with her touch. A few seconds pass and he relaxes, retreating to his chair behind his desk.
"Explain" He says

*EDREA*
I woke up to a honey and forest smell and I looked over to My mate. His arm was wrapped around me and I didn't mind it. I wanted to kiss him but I held back as I admired his features. His hair is short and curly, his eyebrows are a little bushy. His eyelashes are long and his beard looks like it's needs to be lined up some. His skin was brown like a Bear's fur and looked just as smooth. I reached to touch his face and just as I thought. His skin was like melted butter. My hand tingled with sparks and he smiled causing me to snatch my hand back.
"Bring it baaaack" He whined like a baby given the size he is.
"No" I protested
"Fine" He jumped up, putting me on my back, as he hovered over me. I looked away not giving him eye contact. I was shy but still upset with him. "Are you still mad at me?" My anger resurfaced at his ability to think I wouldn't be mad at him not telling me who my kidnappers were and he knows without a doubt.
"What you think" I said dryly
"Let's not let this get in between us" He said kissing on my neck, making sparks fly around my body but I wasn't given in that easily. I pushed him off of me and jumped up out of the bed.
"That's not going to work on me, I deserve to know who took me." I demanded. We had a stare down before he gave way as worry crossed his face.
"Ok fine, I will tell you but you have to promise not to get mad or go after anyone involved. Leave that to me." I looked at him, speaking of no promises and he only signed in defeat when I didn't answer. He motioned for me to sit back down and so I did. Happy that he's finally going to tell me the truth.
