Crazy is Perfect

Chapter 19

"Things change. People will come and go but family is forever. Even if you were trapped inside my head for a while." I laugh as my brother does my hair. My sister is crying as Sarah does her makeup thing.

Taylor and Justin are the best siblings I can have even if we aren't a normal family. After the whole thing of them actually becoming fully real, my mom adopted them. Taylor tend to be more dramatic than Justin but that's her. She is an emotional person. Justin always been pretty laid back and relax except when he is running from the law.

They change over the years. Taylor isn't as dramatic but still attached to her emotions. Justin doesn't break the law anymore either. He is actually going to school to become a lawyer.

"I can't believe it is already April and my wedding day. I can't believe it but it's here. You guys need to get ready I think Justin is close to being done too." I look at them as they talk and smile at me.

"Ok, we'll see you upstairs!" They grab the dresses and supplies they need to be ready and run to the bridesmaids dressing room.

"Kat, are you scared?" Justin ask me in a serious and curious voice.

"Yes, Justin, I am. I am scared I am going to trip on the dress and fall on my face. I am scared that I am going to forget what I am going to say. I'm scared that I am making a mistake. What if he isn't the right one?"

Justin grabs my hand and pull me into a hug. He is careful not to ruin my hair or makeup. "This is going to be a day you remember, trust me. Sarah, Taylor, and me set up the whole church in one current theme to match your choice of dress. You're going to love it."

I look at my dress. It's mostly white but it has green snake like texture for the sleeves. I also have a Slytherin crest necklace. They did a Harry Potter theme wedding!

I jump up and scream. "You did a Harry Potter theme wedding for me?"

He nods his head a little. "You aren't allowed to see it until we get out there. Which is in about ten minutes. I got to get ready." He smirks as he turns away.

"Ok, bye Justin. See ya in a little bit." Once the door closes I sit down and pull out my phone.

I take a picture of me in the dress in the mirror and save it on my phone. I will post it after the wedding with the pictures Sarah takes after.

I start strolling through my messages of congratulations and find a message from this girl I don't know.

Girl: Hey, are you the girl getting married to Jay Michaels?

Me: Yeah, who are you?

Girl: I went to your school. I need to warn you about something.

Me: what is it?

Girl: Please don't freak out. Someone is going to attack you today at the wedding. Be careful because they intend to kill. You have to be prepared, I am going to be there with some guys to protect you. I will be on your side of the church in the front row.

Me: Ok, could you just wave when I get up front so I can know it is you?

Girl: Yeah, that will be fine. If all goes well, I will talk to you after the wedding.

Me: ok, sounds good. I gotta go now.

I put the phone in a pocket in my dress. Justin and opens the door and leads me upstairs.

"Kat, Meagan is here and she brought someone." Justin lets go and my dad grabs my arm. He takes a sip out of his flask before putting it away.

"I can't believe you're getting married. My baby is all grown up. You look beautiful, darling." He pulls me into a tight hug by my waist.

I push him away softly and smile. "Hey, dad, I think mom needs you." I smile and push him into the direction of mom.

"Hey, sis." My baby brother looks up at me and smiles. He is about 12 now and grew a lot taller.

Did he have a growth spurt since last week?

"Hey, pumpkin ready to walk down the aisle with me?" I give him a hug but he just smirks cruelly. He isn't like that. He is always sweet and caring? "Before the wedding starts, can I talk to you about that little-" I look around and whisper towards him. "Issue?"

His eyes go wide with shock. "Um, I don't think I need any help."

I grab his hand and pull him with me. "Come on, we're going to talk."

I took him into the nursery where my stuff was and grabs a knife from my bag. I also grab a gun just in case he tries to jump me. "So, who are you?"

"Really, sis. You know who I am." He smirk taking a step towards me as he grab something from his pocket. I run over to him with a vase and hit him over the head with it.

I didn't see that vase there before but at least I got him knocked out. I lay him down and tied his hands and feet together to a chair surrounded but tables.

I slap him across his face and wake him up. Once he opens his eyes I pull out my gun and aimed at him. "Why did you try to kill me?"

"W-what sis!?!? I wasn't trying to kill you!" He said as tear rush down his cheeks.

I laugh and c**k the gun. "If you weren't, why did I find this in your pocket?" I pull out the knife I found in his pocket. "Seriously, trying to lie when I have proof? Goodbye."

I was about to shoot but someone grabs me and tries putting me in a choke hole. I shoot their arm and kick them away.

If you guys can still hear, I really need your help.

I say quietly in my head while I am trying to fight them off. They close the door so no one else will come in. Kat, are you ok? What's going on?

Justin, she needs our help! You should be asking where she is.

Fine, where are you?

Down stairs nursery with the door closed. Hurry, and be prepared to stab or shoot. They are trying to kill me. I really need all of them dead.

I pause and look around. Everyone was on the ground or something like that but I could find my brother look alike. "Where did you go?" The door burst open and I see Taylor and Justin.

I smile but then felt something sharp on my neck. "Take one step and she's dead! Drop your weapons!"

I watch as they look at each other and smile. I wink at them and secretly pointed at a knife in my sleeve. I need a distraction. Make him lower his guard so I can stab him and get away.

"Come on, Man. Do you really think we care about that girl? She is crazy we just heard she was down here but I guess it's too late. I really wanted to kill her myself." Justin says with a laugh. Taylor laughs along to and puts her gun on the table.

"We heard she was here. That girl is really... different. And today is going to end it all." Taylor takes a step forwards towards him. She looks him dead in the eyes and smirk. "We don't care what happens to you but that girl. We want her and we won't take no for an answer."

Justin grabs Taylor and holds out his to him. Taylor hugs Justin and smile at the man.

"You can have the girl. As long as she's dies." He shakes Justin's hand and drop the knife. I step out of his grip and turn facing him. I smile and stab the knife into his chest and drag it down his body.

He starts crying and screaming so I took my gun and shot him in the head. "God, that was annoying. Thanks for the help you guys." I give them a hug and they look at me with some frowns.

My hair's a mess. Makeup smudged and my dress is covered in blood. I look like a mess but the dress doesn't look that bad cover a little too bloody.

Wipe it up a bit and it will look like part of the dress.

"Come, we must fix you ASAP!" Justin sits me down on a table that is not covered in blood. He fixes my hair and Taylor runs in with a makeup bag.

I didn't even knew she left!

"I have to be up there about right now." I said in a slightly panicked voice. They finish their work and step back to look at me. I run out with them following me and catch a glimpse of myself in a mirror.

I look amazing!

"Wait, slow down! We need to walk you down the aisle." Taylor and Justin runs up and each grab one of my arms. I look at them and nod. "Let's go!"
