Jasmine's Pov.
Bolton glared at my saviour with so much hatred in his eyes. “Back off, Vale Damien, this doesn't concern you.” he bellowed.
This newcomer didn't even flinch at Bolton's animalistic prowess, he was as calm as an undisturbed river.
“It does concern me, your methods of bullying irritate me, and I also hate when my lunch is being interrupted.” Vale replied to Bolton calmly.
“You don't even eat here, I don't see how it affects you.”
I stood there unmoving, this was my chance to run again, but I couldn't leave this guy, he didn't look scared, but from Bolton's appearance, I could tell he was a rough fighter.
Bolton reverted his gaze to me. “I'll make you wish you were dead.”
“Don't even think about it, she's mine.” Aidan walked leisurely to my table.
The students as usual gave way for him to walk. In that instant, I wanted the earth to open up and swallow me.
“Listen Aidan Delacroix, I have no beef with you, or is she one of your pets as well?” Bolton asked.
Aidan propped his long leg on the table, his eyes glinted with so much hate at me.
He c****d his head at Vale Damien, like he just noticed him. “Why are you here?.”
“None of your business.” Vale Damien fired back.
The three of them stood not far from each other. To me, they were the gods of Prescott academy.
“She's not even worthy to be my pet, I have a score to settle with her, so I am the only one allowed to punish her.” Aidan replied.
Bolton scoffed loudly. “You wish, I don't care about that, you can have her when I'm done.”
Bolton grabbed my right hand, in that second Vale and Aidan clasped their hands around his as well.
Each of them, their force tight as I was being swooned from left to right, none ready to give in to the other.
I was already feeling dizzy, when out of nowhere, Bolton threw a punch.
Vale pressed my head down to save my face, but Aidan became the victim, his half bangs disheveled as his head reeled backwards.
My hands became free, I could not even bring myself to run, as the three guys got into a serious fist fight, punches flying in the air like some sort of food fight.
They were on the ground, rolling like pugs in a slum. Their fists and legs entangled.
The cafeteria went up in an uproar as students clamoured for their favorite to win, they cheered them on encouraging the fight.
A short bald headed man came in to inspect the noise, no one noticed or heard him when he shouted at the top of his lungs.
He climbed on one of the tables, and blew loudly into a whistle until his face turned red.
The guys paused in their fights, they really looked a mess.
“Delacroix, Harlow, Vale, to the principal's office, now!” He shouted.
They let go of each other at once, and followed the short man out.
I only felt sorry for one of them, that was Damien Vale, the angel who came to my rescue.
The students returned to their food like nothing epic had just happened. I looked down at my skirt in disgust, it had stains of food on it.
I made my way to the ladies immediately to wash it off, as I turned on the tap and pressed some soap into my hands, I heard the bathroom door open, and the locks turn.
To my surprise, it was Amara and her crew, I rolled my eyes, “What does she want now?”
Before I knew what was happening, I had my back against the wall, her elbow pressed into my neck.
She was too strong for me to go against, I struggled to pry her elbow away, it was no use.
“How is it that an ugly looking b***h like you, already got three of Prescott's hottest guys fighting against each other on her first day?”.
I tapped at her elbow, she was choking me.
“Answer me bitch.” She spat on my face.
One of her followers rummaged through my bag, pouring the contents on the floor.
“Nothing suspicious here, but I still have a bad feeling about her, why don't you just end her here, no one will know.”
Amara had an evil smile spread across her face. “I intend to do so now.”
She pressed her elbow harder into my neck, my breath was coming in short, my eyes going into the sockets.
I was already losing consciousness when a sound came from the door, it became persistent. “It's the cleaning lady.” Came from the other end.
Amara let go of my neck, and I slumped to the floor, my breath came out a whiz
“What are you doing? Now is your chance.” Her friend pressed.
“There's plenty of time to kill this filthy rag.” Amara spat as she kicked me.
The door opened and the cleaning lady came in.
She didn't even throw a glance at me as she went on with her work.
A couple of minutes went by before I regained some strength, it was my first day and I already have enough of this f*****g school.
I skipped the rest of the class, and stayed in the ladies room until I heard the bell for the end of school hours.
I stalled for some time before going out, many students were still hanging around, and a Porsche car came to pick up Bolton.
His eyes settled on me, and he muttered something incoherent, I knew it wasn't anything good.
I looked around, hoping to see Damien, to apologize, and extend my gratitude, he was nowhere to be seen.
I trudged home, an absolute mess, there was no way I could survive in that school, it would be the end of me.
Both my parents were home when I arrived.
I opened the door forcefully, no words of greetings came out, all I could shout was.
“I'm done with that school.”
