You never know

The person who helped me to get rid of my boring chemistry class was my friend. The moment I saw that person, I felt a bit attached to him and somehow I felt happy within my heart. At that time, I didn't know the happiness was because that person was going to become my friend but at that pace, I thought him to be the messenger of god who was going to save me from devious chemistry. As the time passed, within seven days, we became good friends and it looked as if we knew each other for centuries. We would crack jokes with each other. We discussed our problems and sorrows. we taught  each other unaware of the future. i happily enjoyed everything. Everything  was perfect but one day, it all changed. One day, He said," I want to tell you something." As usual I said,"what?" He did some kind of lip movement but I didn't understand. Then beating his head, He said,"wait". Then, he took a pen out of his pocket and started writing something on his hand and then he turned it. I was completely shocked. I felt strange and I would have never ever  imagined our friendship was going to take us there.  Those were the three magical words- I LOVE YOU. I didn't know how to react at that time as no one had ever proposed me before. Disturbing the awkward silence, he said," what is your phone number? I said,"I'm not giving". Before anything proceeded further, the chemistry teacher interrupted in between thankfully saving from the tension. she asked ," Have you guys revised everything I told?" He said," yes,mam". Then,  the teacher noticed that I was lost  in my own thoughts. she asked again,"Have you?". I said blabbering in between,"ya...yes.. sorry..yes.. mam". "Sia, Are you okay? I thought you were lost in your own fantasy world."said the teacher. I faked a reply," No, I was just thinking about something." Thankfully the teacher didn't pester much in proceeded the topic. she talked about elements, atomic number, orbitals, electromagnetic waves and so on. But my attention was lost somewhere else.
