Bhanu's wedding anddreams of Akash.

50 years back, there was a small village in Bengal called Udayapur.The village was well known for child marriages. Girls during their childhood, instead of going to school, were taught how to cook and how to manage households.How to take care of their husbands and children. This story is based on the life of a small girl called Bhanu, who was just 12 years old.Bhanu lives with a divorced mother, Veenamma.Veenamma taught Bahnu how to be a perfect wife.On her 12th birthday Bhanu was getting married to a man who is a 45 year old.His two sons got married and have children.Bhanu was ver happy.The day has come, little Bhanu wore saree and ornaments like a mature bride.Seeing her groom sitting next to her bhanu was shocked.During the ceremony the groom fell down,suddenly all the people came running and they noticed he stopped breathing.Hence they realised the man died of silent attack.Bhanu is considered as widow and they took her to do sati rituals. The news was widely spread and the landlords came to know about this widely. Akash, who is the elder son of the land lord who is a graduate from Canda, got to know about this and he tried to stop the rituals. Villagers shouted at him and finally he had to marry Bhanu.Villagers made Akash perform all the rituals of marriage.On the way to their house Akash was, with tears.He remembered the promise he gave to Payal that he would marry her. Little Bhanu was asleep all the way.After reaching home, Akash went in without calling Bhanu.Bhanu was so small that she couldn't jump out of the vehicle. Bhanu somehow managed to get out of the vehicle,and she started searching her husband.Slowly she went into the house. On the main door,there stands Akash's father.the landloard,He was arrogant to Bhanu but still with lot of efforts he asked Bhanu to get inside.But our little Bhanu expected 'grihapravesh' with all the forms of rituals,With a sweet smile on her face she enquired "won't you perform the rituals,my mom had told with out rituals I should not get inside the house"Seeing her innocent face Akash's father ordered his servent anupam to do the rituals and let her inside(he shows the anger on his face but still he accepts bhanu).Meanwhile Akash went to his room locked up and was crying badly remembering the incidents happened in his life a few hours ago.Akash had two younger brothers shubham and Rahul.Rahul was Bhanu's age.They couldnot accept the marriage and was angry with Bhanu.In the big house Bhanu was given a big room.She was alone and was waiting all night for Akash, thinking why her husband is not coming. The very next day Payal(Akash's lover)got to know about the marriage and she was sad and was also angry with Bhanu.She never knew Akash's wife was a child.She was eager to meet Bhanu,but directly going to Akshs house hursts her ego.So she plans to meet Bhanu during the next day "Moo dighayi" ritual of Bhanu.Bhanu was chubby,fair and was with long hair wearing saree.Payal saw Bhanu's back view and thought as beautiful young lady with long hair.And she was jelous.Finally for the function payal came wearing a saree with covering her face(she doest want anybody to see her)The same time Rahul(Aksh's younger brother)called Bhanu to play hide and seek and so Bhanu was covering her face with a cloth and was trying to find Rahul.but she caught Payal.Payal thought of asking about Akash'ss wife to the child(she considered bhanu as a child playing).Bhanu removed the cloth from her face and told " I am the wife of Akash".Payal was shocked to see Bhanu thing that Akash got married to a child instead of her.(She thought to a child she was showing her jealousy).The same time Akash came to call Bhanu for introducing his relatives.Akash saw Payal and asked 'what are you doing here'.Payal with a pinch of smile on her face told Akash 'i thought you got married to a girl who's is more prettier than me,but this is a small child,there is no point of being jealous,I thought I lost you but still you are mine?.She waves her saree on Akash's face and leaves the house.Akashs is lost for few seconds in Payal's beauty(Bhanu watching all these drama and standing without knowing what's going on)..............................................................................................(continuous)
