Arushi

After the engagement was over and all the guests returned home, I got time to talk to Aditi. Actually, there were too many things I wanted to ask her about Bella.

"Aditi", I called her when she was smiling at her photos taken on engagement

"Hmm"

"That Bella, how did you met with at first"

"Why are you so hooked up with that crazy girl. Leave it Arushi"

"No, I want to know about her"

She keeps her mobile on the table and faces me,

"there was a friend in my high school, her name was Mina she threw her birthday party and invited me too. I met Bella there, actually, I went there with many girls but I was the only one to get close to her. She was said she was a relative to Mina and we drank together, we talked for an hour outside in the pool and weirdly many of our choices were the same so that is how she became my friend"

"Don't you think it's weird that out of everyone she chose you to spend time with"

"Of course she will choose me, I am charming and beautiful and I think she is a lesbo and attracted to me that is why she also promised to be there at my wedding maybe to see me for the last time"

"She is coming to the wedding?"

"According to her, Yes"

That was a great chance for me. She was coming to the wedding and that would be a great chance for me to confront her.

The Priest set the marriage date on 25th march and it was 5 days to go. Along with preparations my countdown was beginning to meet Bella. There was no information about her from Stanley till then but there was hope, he messaged me early that morning to meet him at the nearby temple at night.

I was ready for every clash that would come in between the journey to find my mother. The time to meet Stanley came and I escaped the eye of everyone in the room and went to the nearby temple. Stanley was already there waiting for me,

"Hi", I said going toward him, "Did you find anything about her?", He kept on looking at me, I tried to read his expression and eye but there was fear.

"Why, I thought you called me because you knew something"

"Yes, I know something about her"

"Then please tell me Stanley", I jerked

"I can't say anything right now, but I have to warn you. Stop trying to find her or to know about her"

"Why did you said that? You don't know anything Stanley the whole truth about my life revolves around that woman's identity please tell me everything you know about her", I joined my hand going near to him, with tears in my eyes pleading with him to tell me everything.

There was pity in his eyes but he was still stubborn, he kept his hand on my shoulder and bent down to look me in the eyes

"Please, Arushi. Trust me I am telling this for you, stop finding of her that way will only hurt you"

"I don't care, I will die if needed but first of all I want my identity Stanley and this is only possible after I find about her"

"Please, believe me, there are things in this world that are far from imagination, the deeper you get into it the more dangerous the living will become. Just stop finding that woman and try to find satisfaction in what you have"

"Satisfaction, you are tutoring me about satisfaction. You have got a family Stanley you have your dad, mom, and everything one would ask for a god. You can't even imagine my problem. From childhood the only thing I have heard is I am an orphan, I am unwanted that is why my own parents left me on the farm to die. No matter how hard I work how great I study there was no one back home for me who would praise my work. when I used to be sick there was no one for me to ask me if I was okay. You will never know about what I have gone through in my life. Bella is the only way that I could wipe out the stamp of an orphan from my head. I want to know my identity Stanley, I have to know why my mother left me to die.

Stanley was catching my shoulder tighter now, and his eye color changed, I thought he was angry at me but

"I will not understand what it feels to be like an orphan? I can't understand what it feels like to be unwanted? Out of everyone Arushi, I am the one who will know it. I also don't know who gave birth to me, I also don't know my identity but I haven't tried searching for them. Why would I search for those people who left me when I needed parental love, what can I do by knowing who were they because it won't affect me."

"you are saying this because you have got everyone with you, You have dad, you have a mom you have siblings but look at me Stanley I have no one."

"You have Mr. Shahi, you have Aditi. Don't try to make yourself complete just be happy with everything you have"

"I can't, after knowing that Bella actually can be my mother how can I stay in peace"

Just after hearing this word, Stanley left the grasp of me. "What?"

"Bella actually can be my mother, Stanley. Look at this, I said showing him the picture.

"This is me in her arm, this is the only legacy I have of her and Bella looks exactly like her not only that the bangle she gave to Aditi on the engagement is the same bangle she is wearing in the picture. I am just confused why she hasn't aged till now, but my heart says that she is her, she is my mother. I can't stop thinking about it, Stanley. So I am begging you please tell me everything you know about her"

"How can this be possible. I don't know about she being your mother but Arushi she is not what you think. She might be too dangerous for you almost life-threatening. I am telling you to stop searching for her"

"Okay, if you don't want to tell me don't tell me but I am never going to stop finding her, I will go after her myself I don't need your help", I was helpless he wasn't ready to tell anything about her to me and I was not ready to let it go.

While I turned around to go away from him he held my hand and pulled me closer to him. Both my hands were on his chest and he was looking at me directly in the eyes

"You are not going to find her alone"

"Why will you help me find her?"

"Never"

"Then stay away from me", I pushed him but again he managed to pull me toward him.

"Okay, just for the peace of your mind, She is your mother"

"What?", I was shocked by his sudden reply

"Yes, there is a great chance that she is your mother because due to some reason she doesn't age"

"What do you mean?"

"she can't age, so your doubt might be right"

"But how?"

"I said only one question and from now on you are not going to talk about her. She might be your mother but is very different from you. She can kill you in millisecond either if you go to her as a daughter or a friend"

"she won't, my heart says she won't", I pulled myself from his grasp and took my steps back from him, "I have been searching for her for my whole life and now after getting too close to that I cannot stop myself. Please don't stop me, Stanley. You have already done the thing you were supposed to do and now it is my turn. I ran away from him before he could pull me and again try to convince him to give up on my dream.

How would I make you understand Arushi, your mother is not even a human. I am just grateful that I found about her in time otherwise Arushi had put herself in danger again. I have to keep an eye on her.
