Klive Brion POV.
I was deep in the woods. I've never been to this location. Not that I'm aware of. I made my way out into the beautiful meadow, naked and covered in dirt and branches. The green grass was moving slowly due to the light breeze. There were no clouds in the clear blue sky, and the butterflies were taking in the breathtaking scenery.
I looked around and thought for a moment that I was alone, but I wasn't. A woman stood on the other side of the green sea. It didn't take long for me to realise who she was. I knew right away. I knew she had long silver hair, pale skin, and eyes the colour of the ocean after a storm. My mother was her name. Her body was covered by a long white gown, but a tattoo on her shoulder was visible.
Why is she showing this to me now? A descendant of the first witch's mark. Or are you a goddess? f**k, I'm always forgetting.
I dashed over to her while she was staring at the grass beneath her feet. She was a natural being. Flowers bloomed where her bare feet touched the ground.
"Mother," I said quietly.
She didn't even bother to look at me. She didn't even look at me. I was right in front of her, but she didn't notice me.
"Mother!" I yelled directly in her face.
Nothing.
She turned around and went back to the woods trail. With a puzzled expression on my face, I followed her.
She would have seen me if this were a dream. It would have been the same if I had died.
Her abilities were almost limitless.
So, what the hell is going on?
She came to a halt and turned around. She was staring at me intently. She sniffed the air, and I did as well. My nose was hit with a divine scent, and I completely forgot about my mother. My mother called my name as I was about to follow it because it smelled like cherries and chocolate.
"Brion?" It was more of a question than a call, and her surprised expression caught my attention. "What is she doing here?"
I turned in the direction she was looking, and there she was, the woman of my dreams. Emily, my lovely doctor. She was clearly lost; she was simply looking around, perplexed. She took my breath away in her blue jeans and red oversized shirt. I couldn't keep my mouth shut.
"Something isn't right. She has no business being here." My mother jolted me out of my trance, and I watched her approach my woman slowly.
"Why are you here?" She inquired, as Emily looked at her with awe on her beautiful face.
"I am not sure," she replied. She then tilted her head and stared at me. "Brion," she said quietly.
My heart began to pound in my chest. When her sweet scent hit my nostrils again, I couldn't help but smile. My mother turned around and looked at me with sadness in her eyes as I took one step towards her. And then everything vanished.
********
I was incarcerated. It took me a while to realise I was chained to a metal chair. My eyes took a few moments to adjust to the darkness that surrounded me. Through the small hole in the concrete ceiling, I caught a glimpse of moonlight. I smelled fear and pain mixed with blood, piss, and s**t. This was a dreadful place.
But what brings me here? My mother and I were in the woods with my love. What exactly am I doing here?
I could hear the iron door c***k open. She then stood there. With a small smile on her lips, she was panting and sweating.
"I found you," she mumbled, resting her palm on her chest to catch her breath.
"You did," I said, nodding and smiling slyly. She was adorable. If she was with me, I wouldn't mind being tied to a chair.
"Help me?" I looked down at my enslaved hands. Normal shackles couldn't keep me in place, but something was different here.
"Only if you give up," she replied solemnly.
What are you talking about?
"Give up?" I said again, this time with a raised eyebrow. "What does it mean?" I couldn't understand what she was saying. What was the situation?
She moved in closer to me. Her scent hit me as she leaned into my thighs with her hands.
Goddess, lady, you're stunning!
I sucked down the saliva that had formed in my mouth, resisting the desire to kiss her. I closed my eyes as she brushed her nose against mine. I felt sparks all over my body, and I was glad I was wearing trousers because she would be surprised by my reaction to her touch.
"Give up control, Brion," she said into my ear, nibbling on my earlobe. I swallowed hard and tried to regain my composure. She had my little finger wrapped around her little finger.
"I can't, Gorgeous," I muttered, my mouth completely disagreeing with me.
She sighed and rose to her feet. I lifted my head and looked her in the eyes. She was depressed. That sight broke my heart. I wanted to please her.
"Ask me for anything else," I said, knowing what her response would be.
"I don't want anything else, Alpha." She turned around and walked away. Everything went dark as she shut the iron door behind her.
