Amelia POV

Everybody stares at my grandfather in shock. Chad looks torn apart. This is not something either one of us has ever considered. My uncle was a very good father to Chad, no one ever thought there was a possibility he was not Chad's father. "No. I do not know Why, but you are lying" Chad says after being silent for the longest time. He looks so hurt...I have never seen him like this before. "Andrew Smith was my father. That's it" He adds looking at my grandfather. "No my boy. Andrew was not your father. His younger sister is your mother" Papa says.

"Is? Does that mean she is still alive"? I ask and my grandfather smiles, "Yes Angel. She is still alive. Last time I saw her, she was leading a pack with her Alpha mate. I was looking for you two there but she told me she had not seen you". Chad paces up and down in the office as Papa speaks. "If she is Chad's mother, how is she not here with him? And can demons rule packs"? Eric asks papa and Alpha Killian answers him. "No my boy. Demons cannot rule packs" he says.

"As far as I know, your father went back to hell after your mother got mated to the Alpha. I am not sure of the full story though" Papa explains looking at Chad intently. "If my mother and father are still alive then why did they leave me? How come they are living happily without me"? Chad asks and I can hear the pain in his voice. This is really hurting him, even though he will not say it. "The only people that can answer that are your parents boy. But if there is anything i am sure of, is that Andrew was never your father" Papa says with conviction.

"Then if they both have powers then shouldn't they be able to use them in the coming war? And why havent we felt Chad's power"? Aiden asks, looking at me. "I think my daughter may have done something to them" Papa says. Chad turns around looking at me and I can immediately see that he just had an idea. "When Luna did her spell thingy, she said 'this should hide our powers until its time'. Does that mean anything"? He asks and everyone stares at him and me. "How do we reverse that then"? I ask and Lila stands up and says "We need to find a witch that can reverse the spell".

"Shouldn't we just wait until it's time? Your mother clearly knew the spell would go away in time"? Aiden says looking at me worriedly. "No. I have someone who can reverse the spell. Your grandmother can do it" Papa says looking at me. "I should get back home to her and find a way to bring her here" he adds. "My grandmother"? I ask and he smiles. "Yes my beloved. It was one rare mating, but she gave me a beautiful daughter than gave me a granddaughter".

Alpha Killian looks at him confused, "But Vampires and old witches alike cannot reproduce. Especially with another species. How did that happen"? He asks and my grandfather does not answer him. "I should get going" he says instead of responding. "Angel, papa will be back soon. This will be over as soon as possible. I promise" he says kissing my forehead, hugging me.

Everyone walks out of the office as I walk my grandfather out. "When do you think you will be back"? I ask him sadly and he turns around holding my shoulders. "It should take me a few days to come back with your grandmother. Three days at most" he says with a sad smile. He pulls me for a hug and I close my eyes, trying not to cry before I feel him move away from me. I open my eyes and find him gone.
