GRANDMA GETS TO COME HOME

The next day, grandma was up and moving around in her room and Ashley was happy inside to see this. Ashley walked over to her grandma and gave her a hug and said," I knew you would fight for me, our love is so strong". Ashley's grandma said," I will fight for you little one till my last breath". Ashley let go as the doctor came in and said" looks like you are doing better." If you keep this up you can go home tomorrow. I looked at the doctor and asked if she was going to be ready for that since she was just now getting out of bed and the doctor said we would make sure all the tests came back well before sending her home, little one. Ashley's mom said it was getting late, and we needed to eat, so let's let grandma sleep, and we will be back tomorrow to pick you up. We left and went to get food and on the way home Ashley fell asleep in the backset. When they got home, her mom woke her up and said" We are home". Ashley went up to the door and waited to go inside. Ashley's mom unlocked the door and let her inside. Ashley went straight to the bathroom to take a shower and got ready for bed. Ashley's mom came into her room to talk to her, but Ashley was already asleep. The next day, Ashley's mom made breakfast and looked at Ashley and told her the doctor called saying grandma could come home. After three, all the testing came back well. Ashley said," Good, I'm going to pack some clothes and go stay with her before school starts". Ashley's mom said," Will eat first, then you can go pack". Ashley ate fast, so she could have time to pack. Ashley was done with eating and packing and asked her mom when we were going to leave to go get grandma. Ashley's mom said," after I get these dishes done," then we will go get her. Ashley said okay. Ashley's mom said," Okay," I'm done." are you ready?" Ashley looked at her and said" Yes, I'm ready to see my grandma." Ashley ran to the car exited and got into the car and waited for her mom to get in. Ashley's mom got into the car and started it up and Ashley turned on the radio to sing and dance in the front set. Ashley's mom is singing and dancing with her. When we got to the hospital, Ashley got out of the car and waited for her mom to walk into the hospital. Ashley's grandma was sitting on the bed waiting for her papers to leave. Ashley walked over to her grandma and said," I'm going to stay with you before school starts back up". Grandma said" Good, we are going to dance and sing like we usually do". The nurse came in and said," Here are your papers. Now you can leave". "Sorry it took so long". Grandma said it was not that long.
