The next day, I had to help my grandma in the bathroom because she was too weak to walk or stand. After I helped her in the bathroom, she wanted to go back to bed. That's when I called my mom to come to grandma's to look at her. When my mom got there she went straight to grandma and then got her out of bed and drove her to the doctor's office. My grandma said I'm fine, just weak. I just need rest. With that being said, the doctor said I can't help her if she does not want it. That's when my mom told the doctor to meet us at the hospital. When we got to the hospital, that's when I went and got a wheelchair for her and pushed her in it because she wouldn't have to walk inside. The lady at the desk was nice and got us into a room. Later on, we found out that her lung had collapsed again. She's being flown to a different hospital. I only had two days till school was coming up and really didn't want to go, but knew grandma was getting better. She was talking after they fixed her lung. That's when we knew it was time to say I love you and leave and see you tomorrow. When we got there the next day to see grandma, it was late. She was not doing fairy will is what the nurse was telling my mom. I walked into grandma's room and told her I love her, and it was okay to let go but I was not going to stop fighting to keep her with me because you're the only one I have, but I get, when it's your time, you can let go of grandma. A couple of weeks went by as I was at school and doing school work at the hospital next to grandma. She looked at me and told me to remember these three words, which were love, laugh and live. After she told me them she said," I love you", but it's almost time for me to go. I closed up my math book and took her hand. That's when my mom and aunt came back into the room, and my mom said it was time to go. That's when I leaned over my grandma and gave her a kiss on the forehead, and left with my mom. I stayed up all night knowing I had school the next day crying, saying grandma was already dead. My mom was just holding me and telling me she's not gone, yet she's still with us. We just went to bed at five the next day and got a call at six in the morning. The whole family was at the hospital just waiting for her to go because she was not doing well at all. Hours went by, and the doctor came out to tell everyone she was gone and that's when I hit the doctor. I hit the doctor because I was about to walk back there to see her, although she didn't want to see me. As we were walking to the elevator, I heard her voice saying," I'm okay, and I am watching you from up here. On the way home, I looked at the sky hoping I would see her again, but it didn't work like that I wish it did. When we got home it was dark, my whole world was different, but I remembered those three things and that what kept me going in school and after-school hours.
