Hope His words broke her heart and she couldn't believe it, his back was turned against her reminding her of the world and everything she knew that had turned its back on her. She couldn't deny that she saw the smirk on Adriana's face before she was led away. "Please ...please, don't do this to me." But he didn't give a hoot about her, the guards held her strongly as they dragged her outside. "Don't take her to the dungeon." She heard his voice ring out again.``She has to choose between the options I gave." Those were his last words as the guards took her outside, their grip tightening on her arms, their nails digging deep into her skin almost drawing out blood. The pain was nothing compared to the pain in her heart, forcing her to give up life itself, tearing her heart, her blood pounding in her head, and breaking her into thousands of irreplaceable pieces. She was leaving, leaving her life, the love, she had for just one man... everything behind. She wasn't even allowed to take a pin, never would she have imagined that something like this could have happened. So suddenly fate had crumbled up in her life and had become cruel and just out of the blue, her world crumbled around her. The guard led her to the furthest part of the Pack House, they signal to the other guards at the gate who opened the big oak gate with so much difficulty. She was shoved roughly out of the Packhouse, the moon overhead flashing its light on the guard's face and she could see the unmistakable glint of anger and disgust on their faces. " Get out and do not return ." They said as she stood still staring at them, giving up the willpower to fight back or to beg. She watched as the gate was slowly shut rudely on her face. It was already late in the night and her only companions were the crickets that chirped continuously. She had decided deep within her heart as she had been led out minutes ago that it was better to leave the pack than to remain and get demoted to the position of a maid. It was something which she would never do, the insult, the pain that would come with it. At least this was a path of honor, she had chosen but sincerely speaking there was no such honor in getting rejected and thrown out of the pack suddenly at night. As tears continued to pour from her eyes she wished Aunt Meera was still alive, there were lots of questions dancing in her head she wished she had liked her to answer. She never knew she was a rogue wolf all she knew was that they had come to Blue Waters Pack to seek refuge. The fact that she was a rock wolf was going to continuously haunt her for the rest of her life. She walked on, not knowing where she was headed, with no destination in mind. Her clothes were torn at the sleeves and sustained with blood, no one would believe that this was the Luna of Blue Waters Pack, just a day and everything had come tumbling down. Her sight was almost hazy, just as she was halfway out of the Packhouse she heard a sound behind her She stopped and the sound stopped, She continued walking with little steps and the sound continued getting closer and now. She feared for her life, she had heard rumors of very wicked rogue wolves and humans who had been lurking in the dark waiting to launch an attack. As she walked on, the sound continued and she immediately found herself running without any sense of direction. She ran into the woods hoping to see someone, anyone who would help her. Nothing, no one, not even a shadow. She kept on running, stepping on dry leaves and twigs which brushed her skin giving her lots of scratches and drawing out blood but she didn't stop, someone was chasing her, after her life. Living was the only thing she held, the only thing that gave her hope, the only thing that she would not allow to be taken away from her. Her position as Luna has been taken from her and her mate and rejected her. But she was going to survive, the willpower came on her as she ran on and on panting. Then she stopped realizing that she was lost and in the middle of nowhere. She walked backward a little, the moon suddenly disappeared under the cloud. Without watching where she was going, she missed her steps and tripped and saw herself crashing down to the earth, a strong bitter pang drove through her, almost tearing her skull apart as she hit her head on a stone that was partly covered with dry leaves. Her inside ached as fresh blood began to seep from the sides of her head. Whatever that was chasing was going to come for her soon, slowly holding a branch for support she struggled to raise herself, limping and her sight hazy and covered with her blood she managed to run a little but her twisted ankle and bleeding head didn't help matters, they only gave just little to support her aching body. Whatever it was, she didn't know but it seemed it was coming for her, for her soul, glancing back she saw nothing but darkness and rustling of leaves behind her. Just as she was hoping to get away as soon as possible, the cloud, without warning, released torrents of painful petals of raindrops. She struggled to run while being soaked, her tears mingling with the rain and blood. She had just a little strength left and wondered if she would be able to make it out alive, the willpower to live had already diminished leaving behind just a thin thread of hope. She was almost at the clearing which served as an exit to the woods. Struggling, trying to get out of the woods, soon she found herself before a tarred road, empty with no life or cars passing through. She was about to give up when she saw a great light coming from her left which was accompanied by the sound of a fast-moving car. She was blinded by the headlight which illuminated everywhere, raising her hands she managed to shade her eyes from the blinding lights as the car came to an abrupt halt before her, and she could make out its sleek black exterior. Suddenly the little life in her blew out and she saw herself falling. "Help me ." She said in a thin voice to the figure who came out of the car and stood before her. "Please help me, don't let me die." Then she fell into nothingness.
