Serene's POV
I felt my blood boil and both Kristene and Alyssa were also on edge. "where?" I tried not to speak much because I knew my eye colours were flickering due to the horrified look on everyone's faces. "throne room" I heard Cole say and with no other word I combined my vampire werewolf speed and bolted off to the place where every rogue was gonna be killed. as I saw the place it was in ruins. I growled snapping everyone's attention on me, I transformed anger blinding all three of us. next thing I saw was red. I felt my anger subside as I saw Caspian making his way towards me cautiously 's**t I didnt mask my scent' I growled letting him know if he came close I would hurt him not caring if he was my mate. I took in my surroundings as rogues lay on the floor in cold blood and Kristene and Alyssa flooded my actions and theirs in my head. 'none left?' I asked them 'one for interrogation' Alyssa replied 'good thanks guys' I thanked them 'aww we love you too' both of them said I mentally smiled at them before turning my attention to my 'mate'. I motioned Cole to bring me my clothes, he went in the castle and was back with my oversized sweater which of one shoulder and black leggings. I went behind a tree and changed back and got dressed as I came out. "what now my lady?" Cole asked "now I take my place here as well" I said as I motioned the priest to come forward and complete the ritual after it was done Kristene felt like Alyssa had felt refreshed and renewed with power much stronger than what we had. now that I had taken my position where I was destined to be an aura around me glowed. I sighed as I spread my arms and let the full process happen of combining me with both the powers and when everything finished I could feel the power in me and all my senses enhanced as I looked around everyone seemed shocked and "its done, today I have taken my place for which I have been destined and my pack and my coven must learn to live in harmony" I knew this could go south but I kept my place knowing my people that they were very loyal people. I heard a few grunts and hisses but they stopped when I growled letting people know that it wouldnt end well if they disobeyed me. "if thats what it takes to stay safe" Cole came up and extended a hand towards the wolves side "we must live together in peace" came Zack's reply with his mate by his side. as they held hands another set of wolves came but they belonged to pack and then I realised Caspian had seen the entire event. I jumped in front of both my pack and coven and stood tall as he changed and came back from behind the tree motioning his warriors to do the same. he made eye contact with me and I kept a straight face fighting back the urge to hug him and make sure I hadn't hut him. behind me my people growled and hissed, I held up a hand telling them to stay on alert but not attack. "what do you want?" I asked "I want you mate" Cole was beside me in a matter of seconds and so was Tim and both of them stood protectively around me knowing well enough I could take these people down in the blink if an eye but hey its the gesture that counts as I smirked at Caspian. "I aint anyone's, keep dreaming alpha" I said as I started to walk away but then he spoke up again "wait" I knew what was to come as I smiled inwardly.
