Rose POV

My eyes flutter open the sun light is seeping through the curtains I try to move but I can’t. I look down and see a large muscular tattooed arm laid across my waist I look and Nikali is fast asleep. I look down I’m still in my dress thank god! I can’t move so why not snuggle into Nikali and enjoy the closeness. I feel him shuffle and his arm tightens slightly around my waist. I look up at him and he’s staring at me I smile and he returns it. I get butterflies in my stomach he’s perfect. Ohh god I think I’m in love.

“Good morning beautiful”

“Good morning”

He kisses my forehead then gets out off bed I instantly feel cold without his touch. I pout and he laughs.

“We’ll have plenty off time to snuggle. But we have a lot to discuss. Go take a shower I’ll sort you some sweats out then we will go for breakfast then Leo’s office” I nod and make my way to the bathroom once showered the bed was made and my clothes at the end. Nikali kisses my forehead then goes to shower I quickly change. I wait on the bed for Nikali. He comes out the bathroom fully clothed wearing a T-shirt that barely fits his abs.

“You ready babe” I love the pet names

“Yes” We make our way out the door I go to walk off but Nikali grabs my hand and intertwining our fingers. The sparks are getting stronger. The pull is more I feel like I want to be around him more. We make our way down to the hall for breakfast. I sit next to Nikali Jordan’s next to Luca. Mayas sat next to me. There’s silence nobody knows what to say. The silence is broken by Nikali.

“Alfa Leo can we all have a meeting in your office after breakfast?”

“Yes” We all eat our breakfast with small conversation. Once finished we make our way to Leo’s office. Nikali sits in one off the chairs in front off the desk and he puts me on his lap. I snuggle into his chest Kyle and maya are sat in the chair next to ours and Taylor is on Leo’s lap. Jordan and Micheal are stood behind me and Nikali. Luca is stood behind Kyle and maya. It’s silent for a while nobody sure on what to say.

“I’ll just get the point. My parents are not my biological parents my mother fount me at the border I was six months old Leo’s parents let them adopt me” Maya looks at me.

“What? How?” Maya asks.

“I asked Rose some questions on our date last night about her family history. Because she’s a white wolf and strong. They a rare there hasn’t been I sighting off a white wolf for eighteen years the pack that are known for there white wolfs are no longer. So I had some information gathered about that pack” Nikali explains.

“Right and all of you know this?” Maya ask they all nod in conformation.

“Can you tell me all the information you have” I ask. Nikali places a kiss to my temple.

“Are you sure” Nikali asks. I nod I need answers.

“The packs name is blood wing pack. The Alfas name was Tobias and his Lunas name was Rosie they had a little girl called Rose born the same day as you and the luna went missing two hours before the pack met it’s demise there is no reports of any survivors. The pack is originally from England and they are royalty that’s why your wolf is white. Also they are fighters by blood that’s why your so strong” Nikali says. I sign and snuggle closer into Nikalis chest to calm my myself. Maya is silent still processing the information.

“So I’m an alfas daughter?”

“Yes and a queen” Nikali says

“Yes I’m your queen”

“No your a queen in your own right Rose” Leo says. He’s been quiet this hole time.

“What!” I say still trying to get my head around all this information.

“Your parents were royal wolfs from England” Jordan says.

“Wait Rose is a queen other than being king Nikalis queen and no one knew” maya says. They all nod their heads.

“I always told you that you were destined for greatness Rose” maya scoffs at me I role my eyes at her.

“So how did everyone die?”

“Your pack was attacked by five neighbouring packs it took them two months too fall they put up a strong fight” Nikali says.

“We have to keep you safe Rose if anybody finds out that your still alive and you belong to that pack you could be in danger” Jordan says

“What you never mentioned anything about that last night” Nikali spits at his beta.

“After you all went to bed I did a little bit more digging and it turns out that the packs were waring because they wanted the royalty heir. Because she would be one off the strongest wolfs known” Jordan explains. Nikali let’s out a growl that shakes the building. I place my hand on his chest.

“Calm down. I’m not going anywhere” he snuggles his head into the crook off my neck to calm himself down.

“Nobody is going to hurt you rose I will make sure of it” Nikali says.

“And how do you plan on doing that?” Luca spits. I feel Nikali tense beneath me.

“What have I told you about your disrespect pup?” Nikali shouts.

“Stop. This is not helping the situation.” I say

“I’ll call the palace and get them to send us some fighters down if you don’t mind Alfa Leo?” Jordan asks Leo.

“Yes that fine I’ll let border patrol to expect them. How many are we looking at?” Leo asks

“Two hundred and they’ll bring supplies” Jordan says

“Great Ill let border patrol know” Leo says

Jordan leaves the room to make a call while Leo mind links the head off border patrol.

“Done border patrol are expecting them in the next two days.” Leo says

“So what am in danger of?” I ask

“I’m not sure we’ll ask Jordan when he comes back” Nikali says. I place my head in the crook off his neck and he rubs my back with his hands.

“Nobody will hurt you babe” he whispers

“You can’t always be with me” I reply

“Yes I can and I will I have been looking for you for two years I’m not letting you go” Before i can comprehend my actions I lean in and kiss him. His grip on my waist becomes tighter. I feel like I need more but before it gets to intense I pull away. I lean back into his neck.

“We’ll that was intense” maya comments.

I shake my head and laugh I look at Leo and he’s laughing with Taylor. Luca is tense he meets my eyes then walks out the room. I look at the door wanting to go talk to my friend but I don’t think our friendship will ever be the same again.

“Rose you just need to give him time” Kyle says. I look at him and give him a soft smile.

“Give him time for what?” Nikali scoffs.

“All due respect your highness Rose and Luca have been friends for years they have history. Luca is just finding it hard to come to terms with loosing her” Kyle explains.

“I’m aware off there history Rose explained some off it she left some details out that is Luca’s business. And I’m not planing on taking her away from anyone as I stated to Leo last night” Nikali states.

“So when she’s safe your not taking her back to your castle?” Kyle asks

“Thats something we’ll have to discuss once it’s clear and safe for her to leave” Nikali replies.

“Right so we need to make the most off our time with rose before she’s gone” Kyle says

“Calm down. We all knew that this might happen with the king coming here, there was a chance that rose could be his mate. You should have been prepared to say good bye to her” Taylor states. I almost forgot she was in the office with her being so quiet.

“It doesn’t make it any easier” Leo says. Taylor gives him a disapproving look.

“Guys It’s not like I’m leaving tomorrow! Maybe in a month” I say.

“It’s still not going to be any easier in a month Rose!” Maya says. They all nod in agreement. It’s hard watching them all hurt but my heart is not here anymore it’s with Nikali. I can feel the tears threatening to come I try to hold back but they just flow.

“Don’t cry babe” Nikali rubs my back to sooth me but the tears just keep flowing.

“Rose don’t cry we all just want you to be happy” Maya says nearly in tears.

“I am happy. I’m sorry guys but I don’t belong here no more. As much as I’m going to miss all off you my heart belongs were ever Nikali is” I say.

“We understand” maya says looking at Kyle. Nikali pulls me closer and places a kiss to my cheek. I need to get some air I’ve had enough information for one day.

“I want to go train” I say to Nikali

“Sure with who?” He asks

“Micheal he’s the only one that I haven’t beat yet” I reply. Nikali nods and looks at Micheal.

“Looks like you’ve got a training session” he laughs and Micheal nods.

“Go get changed I’ll meet you on field in five” I tell him. He nods and walks out and Jordan walks back in.

“The fighters will be here in six hours with three supply vans with food drinks medical supplies and beds.” He says.

“Wow you guys come packing” Leo says

“If we’re going to bring that many people into your pack then we need to bring supplies” Nikali says.

“I’m going to the training field” I say I stand and make my way to the training ground everyone in the office follows. Once at the training ground Micheal is waiting. I give him a smile and take my position.

“You ready for round two” he asks

“The question is you ready to get your a*s kicked this time”

“Ha give me your best shot”

“I think we’ll shift this time” he nods in agreement and takes his position.

“Right nobody shift until I say” Nikali says

We both nod to let him know where ready.

“3.2.1.GO” Nikali says.

I watch Micheal he makes the first move this time. Running straight for the stomach blow I land on my back the air knocked out my lungs I quickly recover flipping to my feet. I lunge at ouch him straight in the cheek swings his hand to my face I dodge the blow. And swipe my feet and knock him to ground just as he got back up Nikali shouts “shift” i leap in the and shift mid air landing behind Micheal he shifts and goes straight for the lunge. I dodge then he lunges again I kick him against a tree he’s quick to recover. I lunge at him I pin him to the floor he tries to move from underneath me but I pin him down. I growl at him asking for submission he doesn’t give it my so I growl a little louder and he submits. I step off him and run behind a tree and shift back and put on the clothes that were hind the tree. I make my way over to the group. Nikali runs up to me and I’m embraced in his strong hold.

“You kicked his as babe” he says. Give him a wink he leans in and kisses me as our lips touch the sparks are intense. We pull away and Micheal comes up to us.

“We’ll Rose you beat me nicely done” Micheal says. I give him a smile.

“Just got to kick your a*s now Nikali” I jokingly punch his arm and he laughs.

“Maybe another day” he says.

“Ohh wait I still have to kick Leo’s a*s too” I point to Leo and he’s shakes his head.

“Wait you haven’t had a fight against your Alfa” Nikali questions.

“Nope he’s scared off her” Kyle jokes. Everyone laughs.

“No Im not scared off her I just know she’ll kick my a*s I’m good but she’s the best” Leo says.

“So you are scared that I’d kick your a*s” I say

“Yes” he replies and everyone laughs.

“Rose is strong but her wolf is the one to watch out for” Micheal says. I look at him confused.

“I kicked your a*s just me and you fighting but this time we shifted all though your strong your wolf is stronger and claims dominance. Nikalis wolf doesn’t even get a quick submission like yours does. She’s more powerful than most that must be why they wanted her” he states.

“That’s true maybe we need to train more against your wolf than you so we can become more stronger against the threat” Jordan says

“That’s a good idea!” I say

“I agree we will make a rota and for an hour a day one off us will fight against your wolf. I’m sorry Alfa Leo looks like your not getting out off this one” Nikali says smirking at Leo.

“Anything to help keep rose safe even if that includes getting my a*s handed to me” he laughs.

“We’ll I stink I’m going to shower” I say and make my way off the field. I can smell him before he approach’s me. He grabs my arm and intertwines our fingers.

“Are you going to be okay with all the training?” Nikali asks.

“Yes if it helps keeping me safe” I say

“Good I like watching you get all sweaty” he says with a cheeky smile. I laugh.

“Im training with you in the morning. Leo’s in the afternoon. You’ll have two sessions a day” he says I nod in agreement we make small conversation up to my room I reach my door.

“You won’t to come in?” I ask him

“Sure” he replies. We make our way into my room and Nikali heads towards the couch and I head to the closet to pick out some clothes. I grab a pair of leggings and a tank top. I walk to the bathroom and take a quick shower. Once done in the shower I get changed into the clothes I picked out. I walk into my room and Nikali is sat on the couch movie in and snacks on the table I smile and sit next to him.

“What’s the film?” I ask

“Fast five hope you don’t mind”

“Nope not at all”I snuggle up to him he places a hand around my waist and pulls me closer. We make small conversation during the film getting to no each other more.

“The balls tomorrow. We’ve invited the surrounding packs. I want to announce that I’ve fount my mate I hope you don’t mind” Nikali asks.

“Not at all. I meant what I said in the office this morning. I will follow you were ever you go my heart belongs to you” he pulls me closer and places a kiss to my cheek.

“That’s good cause I feel the same way” he says. I smile at him. I Lean in and kiss him he grips my hips and moves me so I’m straddling him. He makes his way back to my neck he places small kisses up my jaw line to my ear and nibbles on my ear I let out a moan.

I woke in a field filled with flowers I saw a figure in the distance I walked closer to the figure was also walking towards me I stoped in my tracks. It was a woman she looked just like me but older.

“My child” she gave me a weak smile I wanted to touch her but I couldn’t move.

“Who are you?”

“I have a message for you but we have to be quick. Their coming for you they know who you are. Please stay safe my child” and with that she was gone. I shot up in bed covered in sweat.

“Rose are you okay?” Nikali asks

“No! I had a dream or nightmare I’m not sure” Still confused about the encounter I’ve just had but I feel like I need to tell him.

“I had a woman come to me. She looked just like me but older I think she’s my mother she called me her child” I was to shaking. Nikali took my hands to try and calm me down.

“What did she say” he asks

“That there coming for me. They now who I am and too stay safe.” After hearing them words he tenses and his eyes glow silver his wolf is trying to come forward a threat that someone is trying to hurt me. A low growl comes from his chest.

“Nobody is going to hurt you!” He’s say pulling me closer to his chest he puts his face into me neck to calm himself down. I can feel his anger coming through the bond. Once he’s cooled down he pulls his face away and his eyes goes blank he is mind linking someone.

“Get dressed we’re meeting in the office in five minutes” he says getting out of bed. I make my way into the closest and quickly get dressed and I make my way back into the bed room. He’s already dressed and waiting. We make our way to Leo’s office. We open the door and Jordan Micheal Leo Kyle and Luca are waiting for us.

“Sorry to wake you all” Nikali says

“It sounded urgent” Leo says

“I’ll let Rose explain” Nikali says

We make our way over to the chairs in front off the desk and. Nikali sit in his usual chair and pulls me onto his lap.

“I had a dream or nightmare I’m not sure it was from a woman she looked just like me she called me her child. She said there coming for me they know who I am and too stay safe and then she was gone” I look around at everyone there all stuck in thought.

“She called you her child?“ Leo asks

“Yes twice. I think she was my mother”

“We need to make a plan. Too keep Rose safe no harm can come to her” Nikali says

“Her scent has changed” Luca says

“We might be facing war and all you care about is her scent” Jordan asks.

“Have you mated?” Luca asks. I role my eyes.

“That’s none off your business” I scoff

“So you have” Luca says and storms out off the room Nikali pulls me closer to him sensing my irritation. I press my face to his chest.

“Your fighters have arrived one hundred are spread across the borders and the others around the pack grounds” Leo says.

“Thank you we should be notified on both sides if anybody tries to pass through” Nikali says.

“Yes we start training tomorrow. Everything is set. We have also stationed two guards to follow rose and they will also be stationed outside which ever room she stays in” Leo says.

“Thank you. I’m sorry for putting you all in danger” I say.

“You have nothing to be sorry about rose we will do everything we can to make sure nothing happens to you” Nikali says. They all nod in agreement.

“Thank you for meeting with us you can all go back to bed we will see you in the morning” Nikali says he stands up with me still in his arms carrying me bridal style.

“Where are we going?” I ask going past the stairs that leads to my floor.

“We’re going to my room tonight I don’t want you on that floor. My beta and gamma are on the same floor as me that way if anything happens we will have them aswell as the two body guards” I nod and look behind to find two guards following us. Well built and tall.

“Wait I don’t have any clothes in your room” he chuckles.

“Tonight you can sleep in one off my shirts. Tomorrow we’ll get some clothes from your room with all your other bits” he replies.

“So I’m not going back into my room?” I mean I don’t mind his room his bigger so moving in won’t be a problem.

“No. Not why your in danger. I feel better with you near me and my beta and gamma I’ll get them to pack all your things tomorrow and have them put it in my room while we train”

“Ok” I agree I’ll feel a lot more safer with him by my side. We make it back to his room or our room he places me down on the bed and walks into his closet he comes out not a moment later with a shirt. I take my clothes off and slip his shirt on and climb into bed. He strips down to his boxers and climbs in beside me he wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me to his chest. My eyelids become heavy as I fight my sleep.

“Good night babe” he whispers.

“Good night” I reply and a fall into a deep slumber with the slight sound off nikalis heart beat.
