Chapter 13- A Angry Maverick

Third Person POV

Maverick paced back and forth in his office at home. Angry at the arrogance of such a young person and the disrespect he had suffered from that Christian Anderson. He was furious and could not let this slide, not only had he suffered his largest humiliation but also this kid cost him millions of dollars worth of damages. The game just changed, it looked like he needed to get rid of him and take over the mafia in America. He will do it while Charles sit by and watch him destroy his family. He would be patient and wait until after Friday. The b***h needed to go now at least he could vent his anger on her now because she didn’t matter. He called his daughter and told her to tell Aiden he needed to call her and set up a meeting. Now all he needed to do is wait for the time and place.

Later that day Aiden sat in a café awaiting the arrival of Madison. He was glad Sarah suggested for the to talk because his dad was requesting to see her. After bringing his father home from the hospital he refused to go to his house with Sarah there, so his mom and sister are taking care of him at home. He sat there and it only took five minutes before she arrived. She walked in looking confident like she use too when they were in university. That was the very thing that attracted him to her in the first place, she seem to have lost that the two years they were together. He couldn’t help but stare at her. The thing that caught his eye the closer she got to him was her outfit cost more than anything he could afford. What was going on, how could she afford to wear clothes like that. This made Aiden get angry because he automatically thought she was whoring around. But wait why was he angry when he left her for Sarah. He shakes it off and just sit there staring at her with resentment. Especially since he blames her for his father being mad.

Madison makes her way to the table and sat down. “What is it you want Aiden I really am busy and don’t have time to waste on you?” Madison said. He just stared up for a moment lost in the beautiful eyes of hers. He quickly gets his emotions under control before he speaks. “Listen Madison I did not bring you here to argue, I just wanted to talk and find out how you were doing. Dad has been asking about you since they released him from the hospital. Despite what happened between us, my dad still always loved and cared for you.” Aiden said.

Madison sat there looking at him in disbelief because the nerve of this bastard. He thinks his dad was always concerned about her. What a joke he was only interested in her due to self benefit, like everyone else in her life since she married this asshole of a man. “Please spare me the pain of listening to the lies about how your family feel about me. It is all lies. Now get to the point of why you called me here. I have an appointment at the boutique in a half hour.” Madison said in a cold voice. He looks up at her in total disbelief, and think to himself when did she become such a b***h. He couldn’t help but lash out at her.

“Wow you are really the b***h my mom and sister always painted you to be. You don’t even know how to humble your self while I am still willing to talk to you. I am glad that I divorced your useless ass and got me a woman that I can be proud to be seen with. Not a woman that is already whoring herself out to the first rich man to come. All so she doesn’t have to go out and get a damn job to take care of herself. You got a degree use it instead of spreading your legs so quickly like a w***e after your divorce.” Aiden says barely able to control his rage. Madison stares at him for just a second, and then out of nowhere she stands up and slap Aiden hard across his face. Then picks up his drink and throws it in his face,

“You listen to me and you listen carefully Aiden Greene. The nerve of you to sit here in my face and call me all sorts of names, when it was you who betrayed our marriage. While sleeping with that slut Sarah Jones. Who leaves their wife for their assistant, oh that’s right a low life bastard like you. The two of you deserve each other, the two of you are disloyal assholes who think the world revolves around you. I have been nothing but devoted to you. I cooked and cleaned after you and your trashy family for two years. I graduated at the top of my class and was such a fool to let you talk me into being a stay at home wife. I guess you couldn’t have your wife working side by side with you when you were at work with your d**k in your slut of an assistant. I guess it’s a good thing that you and your family along with your mistress pushed me down and killed my child because the baby was probably doomed from the start being made by your sperm. Damn it took you 2 years to even plant a baby makes me wander if your mistress baby was even yours. If your low sperm count having ass forgot I wasn’t the problem you were. That’s why we had to take medications together so your swimmers could swim further up stream.” Madison says as she is standing across from him.

In a fit of rage Aiden jumps up and slaps her across the face. Madison hits the table hard with her hand and stares her ex-husband dead in the eyes. “Listen to me and listen clearly Aiden Greene, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! Make sure that you keep your messy family and mistress away as well. I don’t know what I expected from you though your own father cannot stand your mother and has had a mistress their whole marriage.” Madison says as she laughs and walks away holding her cheek. That slap hurt more that she wants to admit. Her ear is ringing. She walks outside and get into the car that is waiting for her. Inside the car Jayden is seething with anger. Because he saw the whole thing and heard the awful things that asshole said about Madison. If Christian weren’t listened and told him to stop, he would have shot that bastard right on the spot. Instead he just grabbed her and held her as soon as she got in the car. The moment he embraced she broke down and cried. “I want them to pay Jayden for everything. I need a doctor because my ear is ringing.” Madison said. “Don’t cry baby he will pay for what he has done.” Jayden says. What they didn’t realize was some one was recording the whole scene. Another media nightmare on the rise and then boom a loud crash happens.
