"Please." I let out a loud cry. He pulled his fingers out and slammed it back in. I jerked back, blinded by pleasure.

"Tell me, sweetheart." He shoved in deeper. "Who do you belong to?."

"I.." he withdrew and slammed back in.

"Who?!."

"I..you!." I cried out.

A sly grin slanted on his lips. "Say it like you mean it!."

"I belong to you, master."

"Good, Now open your legs wide and let me see how wet you are."

One reckless night.

One cruel game.

Her boyfriend's gambling addiction cost more than money, it cost her freedom.

He gambled with her life and lost.

Now she belonged to the deadliest mafia to ever walk the earth.

He didn't just want to possess her, he wanted to break her, to crush her, to f**k her and piece her back together then start over again.

CHAPTER 1
WINTER There were things people considered bad, the end, total destruction, things like losing your whole wealth or watching your boyfriend marry your best friend. For me it was Mondays. I hated Mondays!!. I hated myself for having to work on Mondays or any other day. And I hate those who loved Monday more. I dragged myself closer, crawling into the apartment that laid up front. I was barely 15 steps away from my door but that didn't certainly erase the possibility of me fainting on the stairs. “I hate my life!!.” I groaned It was the unflithy raw truth, if one were to spend a day in my mind they would either go crazy or go crazy and kill themselves, and yet here I am standing alive. I stalked over the stairs, my knees hurts, my legs and back too. I ached every possible where. thanks to my sweet and wonderful boss—i shuddered—who is apparently blind and can only see me to give the works. I groaned once again then inserted my key and unlocked the door. I needed to rest, I needed my bed, I also needed a warm bath and a massage but I will make do with some sleep. I pushed it open and stalked. The blinding light pinched my iris, I shut them then blinked severally. “Hello baby.” I stilled. I knew that voice. My gaze drifted to the man who stood in front looking all hot in a blue shirt and black trousers, his hair roughed and curled. For a moment I forgot to breathe, forgot that I was standing at the door, my back bended and drooling over him but he was mine, so I didn't have to shut away. “Liam!.” I mumbled. He pulled me closer into his warm arms. I didn't resist slumped there, soaking the warmth he offered. “Stressful day?.” “Everyday is stressful.” he laughed. “True.. True.” I drifted back, giving him a skeptical look. “You know you can join my company.” “No.” I slashed off his words. It was more than enough to have him. Liam was one of New York's rising companies. He was the top ten eligible bachelor, the eye candy. He was everything a girl could only dream of. A 27-year-old CEO who won an award for best company, he had fame, money and looks and that was enough to make me go down on my knees and thank the Lord. I had nothing! Not looks, not fame, not money, I barely survived a month. I was nothing but a poor rejected bastard daughter and having Liam was the only good thing in my life. I wasn't going to burden him with my stupid problems. “Why? You are efficient. You're worth it.” “No I don't. I didn't go to the university, I barely finished the basics.” I bit back my tears. I couldn't do anything, not with my mother deteriorating health. I had dropped everything to help her but no matter how many jobs I took, or how hard I worked I couldn't earn enough. She died right In front of me. In my hands, I didn't cry, I just shattered, then picked up the piece and went to work again cuz if I couldn't give a good life, at least I would give her a decent burial. “It wasn't your fault! Plus you took online courses.” I shifted and lunged into the couch. “Baby.” “Can we drop this conversation?” I plead. “I am tired.” He crouched to my level. “I'm sorry.” “You don't need to be.” He was just looking out for me. I knew that much but still!. I didn't need it. “Now let me ease your stress.” The glint in his blue eyes said all I needed to know And fricking no. He held my jaw inching closer, aiming my chapped lips. I fretted away. He stopped and hurt visibly flashed in his eyes. “Liam, I'm tired.” It was an excuse! A stupid one. Two years of dating, it was one silly excuse over the other. I had knee pain Period cramps Back pain Tooth ache Anything to avoid him touching me sexually. It's not like I didn't want him to, I did but… I swallowed back my words. “I'm sorry.” “You don't need to be.” He smiled weakly. “Now rest there while I get you something.” “There is nothing I had.” “Not you, I bought stuff.” I jumped to my feet. “You bought what?.” “Your fridge looked deserted so I thought I could buy something.” “Liam, you didn't have to.” “I did. You are my girlfriend.’ “I…” He didn't get it, it wasn't about him getting me gifts, it was me, my thoughts and my overly independent and insecure ass. I hate being a burden and this—this made me look like a selfish burden. “Just rest.” He vanished into the kitchen while I stood speechless. I didn't know what to say or how to tell him to take it all back. It might seem selfish but I can't keep stuff I know I can't afford. He hurried over with two glasses of juice with a plate of cookies. My heart flew to my lips. “Liam.” “What? Can't I get my girlfriend stuff?.” “I..” I rustled out a sigh and sank back to the chair. He extended the cold glass of juice which I took. I took a sip and my tastebud exploded in happiness. I couldn't remember the last time, I ate anything that wasn't noodles, rice and spaghetti and drank something that wasn't water or coffee. Probably years. I dug in, chewing on the cookies “Baby.” I hummed a response. “There is an event I have to attend tomorrow evening and…” I froze. “I was thinking if you could follow.” “What?!.” I muffled through my mouthful of cookies. I forced it down, my gaze glued to Liam. “I'm serious, you are my girlfriend. Plus I can't go there without a partner.” “No!.” “It will be fun, it's an event hosted for elite business men, the most successful men in New York and beyond. Taking you there would make the perfect impression.” “How?.’ I half screamed. “You are beautiful, and if I walk in with you by my side, they will envy me and draw closer, with that I can lure them to my company.” “f**k no.” I dropped the glass aside and stood. “Liam, I'm sorry but I can't go with you.” “Why?.” “Cuz we are different. You got everything and I… I would look like the wrong piece of puzzle, or rag.” Or someone that isn't worth living less of being with you. Or I would be considered a slut who swayed her to him using her body. “That won't happen.” He stalked closer. “As long as I am there, it will never happen.” “I..” “You are going with me, that's final.” I drew my lower lips in, biting down on it. “I am not taking a no for an answer.” I stared for another second. Liam had done a lot for me so even if I got shamed, I could take the hit for him. I puffed out a sigh of defeat. “Fine.” “f**k yes!!!! I will pick you by 7 pm tomorrow.” I let out a weak smile. It's just an event, just a few hours, what could go wrong?. I asked and I silently prayed I didn't get the answer. Yet the dreadful feeling that nudged my gut told me tomorrow was going to be the beginning of something unexpected, probably my uncanny doom.
