You're Mine!

Chapter 5 pt.1

Althea’s POV

Nagising ako ng makarinig ako ng kalansing. Nagunat ako ng katawan at tumingin sa paligid. This place is so familiar. Tsaka ko lang natandaan na nasa condo ako ni Rafael. Nakita ko na nasa kusina si Rafael at mukhang nagluluto. Nakakagutom ‘yung niluluto niya.

“You’re awake?” Narinig kong tanong niya. Nakita ko na lumabas siya ng kusina at nakita siyang topless and only wearing a pajama. Pfft! Damn! I was shocked to the core when I saw him like that. Agad kong tinakpan ang mata ko. “Uh, what are you doing?”

“Can you put some shirt on?” sabi ko. I heard Rafael snort.

“You’ve seen my body without my clothes. Para saan pa’t nagtakip ka pa ng mata?” Sabi niya. I rolled my eyes kahit hindi niya kita.

“Excuse me, nasusuka ako makita ang katawan mo kaya magbihis ka na! Bwisit na lalaking ‘to!” sabi ko. Narinig ko ang mga yabag niya at nagulat na lang ako bigla niyang taggalin yung kamay kong nakatakip sa mukha ko. Agad na bumungad sakin ang mukha niya. F*ck! This guy surprised me!

“Nakakasuka ba ako?” Nakangising tanong niya. This guy… F*ck him! Nagkapimple ba ‘tong lalaking ‘to kahit isang beses? Makinis ang balat n’ya and he looks like a Korean actor than a Filipino citizen!

“L-let me go!” I pushed him away pero walang naging epekto ang pagtulak ko sa kaniya. Ngumisi lang siya. Inilapit niya ang mukha niya sakin kaya napatingin ako sa mukha niya. Tumingin ako sa mata niya and I saw in  his clear eyes is my reflection. Hindi ko alam pero napatigil ako. Para akong nahihipnostimo sa mga mata ni Rafael. I can feel my heart beat beating so fast.

“Let me repeat my question… Nakakasuka ba ako, Althea?” Rafael said in his husky voice. He’s whispering so low. The smell of his aftershave and his familiar mint scent I smelled from him before lingers on my nose for a long time. He held my face gently. What is happening to me? To him? He caresses them so gently that his every touch leaves a tingling sensation. I can feel a familiar heat starting to build up inside me. I close my eyes. Althea, get a grip of yourself! You-

“Mhmn…” A sudden kiss from Rafael greeted me. Napadilat ako at napasinghap. Hindi ko inaasahan na hahalikan ako ni Rafael. But this kiss is not the kind of kiss that lasted for a few seconds. It’s not also those forceful kisses. It is not hurried and full of emotion. I can’t even stop myself from responding to his kiss. He let go of my hand and held my waist and his other hand on my back. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back with the same intensity he is giving. A moan escaped from our mouths.

“Althea…” I heard my name between the moans he let out. We look like we’re drunk—the same as that day. I don’t know what to think anymore. My mind says that I push him away, but my body says otherwise. Also, there is something deep in my heart that started to resurface. He gently laid me on the couch. He pulled himself from me and looked into my eyes as if he’s asking permission. This time I was the one who kissed him and wrapped my arms around his neck. He kissed me back, this time a little wild. He positions himself on top of me.

His kisses traveled down to my chin to my neck.

“Ahh... Mhn..” I moaned when he sucked on my neck. His hands started to roam around my body. When his other hand found the zipper of my dress, he pulled it down until—someone knocked on the door.

“F*CK!” He immediately pulled away from me. Tumayo siya at lumayo sakin at dumiretso sa kwarto niya. Narinig ko na naman ang pagkatok sa pintuan. I steady my breathing at umupo ako. Inayos ko ang sarili ko at huminga ng malalim bago ako tumayo para pagbuksan yung kumatok. There are four people outside. Three of them are not familiar to me, and the other person is Mike, Rafael’s cousin.

“Hey Althea,” Bati ni Mike. I gave him a  small smile.

“Mike… Is there something wrong?” Tanong ko sa kaniya. Winasiwas niya ang kamay niya.

“Wala. Wala naman.” Sabi niya. Tumingin ako sa tatlong lalaki na kasama n’ya. They are all equally handsome, but why are they here?

“And…” I am waiting for an explanation. Tinignan ko si Mike. Agad din naman niyang nakuha ang gusto kong sabihin.

“Ah, Althea… Eto nga pala ang mga kaibigan namin ni Rafael,” Sabi ni Mike. Tumango ako. Nakita kong ngumiti yung isa. He looks so harmless and relaxed. Also, he’s the type of guy who gives the princely vibes.

“Hi, I’m Janillion Rivera. You can call me Jan for short. One of Rafael’s close friends. Nice meeting you, Althea.” Kinamayan ko siya.

“Uhm… I’m Alvin Aquino. You’re so beautiful, Miss.” He held my hand and kissed the back of it. Agad kong binawi ang kamay ko. I smiled awkwardly at him. He’s the kind of guy who has the vibes of a playboy. And I wouldn’t say I like that kind of person.

“Hi.” Bati ko. I looked at the man who looks like a Greek. His smile is soft at the same time manly. He’s giving a vibe of gentlemanly but a hint of unruly and wild. Nakipag kamay siya sakin. Napakunot noo ako ng maramdaman ko ang paghigpit ng pakikipagkamay niya sakin kaya agad kong binawi ang kamay ko.

“I’m Yiannis Ralph Andino. Rafael’s close friend. You can call me Ralph instead. Nice meeting you, Ms. Althea,” sabi nung greek-look-a-like. Tumango ako at tumabi ako para makapasok sila.

“Pasok kayo, nasa kwarto si Rafael at nagbibihis ata,”  sabi ko. Umupo sila sa sofa. Kung saan muntik ng may mangyari samin ngayon-ngayon lang ni Rafael. I can feel the heat on my cheeks. Stop thinking about it, Althea! Get your head straight!

“Althea, you’re Rafael’s friend?” Tanong ni Alvin. Tumingin ako kay Mike. Nagkibit balikat lang siya. So, hindi niya pa sinasabi sa kanila.

“I have a guess,” narinig kong sabi naman ni Ralph. Siniko naman siya ni Mike.

“Guess, guess ka dyan! Alam mo kasi ikaw tumulong kay Rafael mamili ng singsing,” sabi ni Mike. Nakita ko na natawa si Ralph.

“Singsing? Para saan ang singsing?” Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ni Alvin. “Magyayaya ng kasal si Rafael? Kaya ba niya tayo pinapunta dito para sa bachelor party?”

Binatukan naman ni Mike si Alvin. “Anong bachelor party ka d’yan! Hoy! May asawa ka na! Bachelor party pa ang nasa isip mo!”

“I think I know what is happening here,” sabi naman ni Jan.

“What is it Jan?!” Impatient na tanong ni Alvin tapos tumingin sakin pagkatapos ay hinawakan n’ya ang kamay ko. “Please tell me, miss, beautiful?”

“Keep your hands off my wife, Alvin.” Nakita ko si Rafael na naka sandal sa hamba ng pintuan ng kwarto niya. Mukhang naligo ang loko. Anyways siya na bahala magpaliwanag.
