Murder Mystery

Last night was the best. This morning was even more glorious. Ben's face was so cute and peaceful. He held me tight all through the night. He was the most amazing guy I had ever met. I tried to get up to take a shower but Ben pulled me back to his chest. "Don't go," he whispered. He began to kiss my neck and nibble on my earlobe. "I need to take a shower," I pleaded. He suddenly shot up off the bed and scooped me up in his arms and carried me into his bathroom. He gently placed me in the shower. I was wearing a nightgown I put on late last night after we had the most amazing s*x of my life. He turned on the showerhead and the water was lukewarm. It still felt cold to me though because I had just woken up and left the very comfy warm bed. "BEN!" I yelled. He was completely naked and just walked into the shower. He placed his lips on mine and pushed me so we were both underneath the water. I was so unaware of anything but his touch right now. He moved his hands to the bottom of my nightgown which was now stuck to my wet body. He lifted it up slowly and up over my head. Ben hadn't closed the shower door yet so he threw the nightgown on the floor and slammed the shower door closed. "God, you look incredible," he whispered. He kissed me eagerly once more and then lifted me up so he could wrap my legs around him. He pushed himself inside me and I let out a loud moan. "Oh, Ben, yes f**k me," "Sky," He pushed into me harder and faster. I tried to hold myself up by placing my hands on the wall behind me but it was no use. He was pushing me upward over and over it was hard to stay in place. He was so passionate last night but today he ferocious and hungry. He kissed my neck and my breasts. Sucked on both of them and then nibbled on each n****e until I called out his name. After our incredible shower, he helped me get dressed and made me breakfast. He told me Lily would be dropped off later and he wouldn't go into the office until six to do some late-night work. One of my classes was canceled but I didn't tell him. I just left and went over to my apartment. Kim and Melody were studying on the couch in the living room. "Omg hey," Melody shouted. "FINALLY!" Kim shouted. "Girls, I need your help," I said somberly. They both dropped their books so quickly and ran to me. "What happened," Kim said eagerly. "Tell us." I was contemplating whether or not to tell them. I looked at their determined and listening faces and got nervous. How do you just say the words? Here goes nothing. "I think Ben murdered his wife," "What!" they both shouted. "I think Ben," I started to repeat. "No, we heard you but what do you mean, like how," Kim demanded answers. "Well, the thing is I don't know but I need you two to help me out, please," I begged. "Of course we will help you," Melody replied. Kim ran to the couch and picked up her laptop. "So what is his wife's name?" Kim asked. "I don't know," I answered. "Well look up Ben Richards car accident," Melody shouted as she pulled me to the couch. "Okay, okay, I found something," Kim said and so she began to read. "Michelle Richards age 31 died June 6th from an apparent car accident. She leaves behind a young daughter and husband." "Is that is," I asked. "Um, that article was short but I found another one," Kim said so she began to read that one too. "Car accident, late at night on the night of June 6th by Freeman Highway. The car brake line was cut and no other evidence was found. The death was ruled an accident nonetheless. No suspects were ever questioned even though the police did spend time investigating the husband." "So, the police did suspect him but couldn't make it official," Melody said. "They knew the brake line was cut so why didn't they keep investigating," I said. "Um, Sky," Kim said softly. In all my years of knowing Kim she never spoke so softly and caring. "He is a rich guy, right?" she said. "He could have paid people off to back off and stop asking questions." "Do you believe that," I asked Kim. She stayed quiet. I looked over to Melody and she was also quiet. "Do you want to look at the other articles," Kim said. She handed me the laptop and I scrolled through the websites. They all pretty much said the same thing. A lot of sites made it seem like Ben was involved and he should have been looked at more seriously. The evidence of foul play was there but no one did anything. Did he really cover it up? I finally landed on an article that had pictures. There was one of the crash sites and the car that was flipped over and wrecked badly. It had flown from the highway into a grassy area nearby and stopped when it hit a tree. That seemed like a horrible death and it must have been so scary to know you couldn't stop. Looking at the rest of the pictures, I finally stumbled upon a picture of her. Michelle Richards, she was so beautiful. Long black hair and light green eyes. My heart was pounding in my ears. She looked so much like me. Her eyebrows were thinner and her bottom lip was plumper than her top, unlike my full lips. It was only a picture of her face but I say the resemblance and her eyes. That was the part that seemed to match the most. "Well gang, this murder mystery isn't going to solve itself," Melody cheered. I looked at her and smiled slightly. I wanted to cry but seeing my friends being so supportive and caring was nice and kept me from breaking. I can't give up now. I have to find out the truth. I have to know if the man I love is a murder or just an amazing loving man.
