Chapter 13
Selena, the moon goddess, POV:
I knew I had to tell her something. The higher-ups brought me to them and asked why I helped her. I told them she had to get away somehow, right? They made me stay there to watch what was going on. Laura impressed them, so they decided to give her six powers and to let her have her memories back. But slowly, she will start having flashbacks of her past. Of course, she will freak out a little, but she will have Jasper by her side. Until then, my sweet children, until we meet again.

Unknown POV:
"So, did you see them together? You said you were watching them, so did he go inside with her or not? If she remembers him, we are screwed. There isn't any way we can grab her now." I know I scared the poor guy, but he said he would do anything for me. He told me once that he loved me so much he would take an arrow for me. He has proven that for me time and time again. Now it's time to prove it to me once again. I need her. I've heard she has powers of the future. I need to get to her, to befriend her. Maybe then she will come to my side, and she can tell me when I'm going to have a mate or a war in my pack. I had an alpha mate. I slowly poisoned him until his death. No one could prove that I had done it. Now I want more power. I want this girl so I can look into the future and know who is coming after me. I know Dunkin will do anything for me. Yes, we sleep together, but only when I want it. It's by my rules. I'm the alpha of the warrior wolf pack. I have everything I have ever wanted, but one thing, and it's the girl that sees the future. I will get what I want, and if I can't have her, no one will. I always get what I want.
Miller POV
I really think that Cherry is way over her head. She's the alpha of our pack now since Alpha Trek is dead. Someone poisoned him. I was very loyal to him; I was his beta. Now I am Cherry's beta. We f**k every now and then. She's alright in bed, but I'm still looking for my mate. Once I find her, I'm cutting all ties to her. I'm trying to help her get to someone, even though I think she's way over her head. Jasper is a badass alpha. He's going to end up killing her over his mate. Things have happened between them. She's not in a coma anymore. She stays at her hotel, making me wonder what happened between them. I had an idea. If I can find out what happened, then maybe I can make this work. I'm really nervous about these things. I don't want to end up dead before I find my mate and have a few pups. So I decided to tell Cherry what my plan was.
"Okay, here's my plan. I'm going to find out what happened between them. Then, I will keep them apart as much as I can. She will start hating him for whatever he's done to her. She will end up rejecting him, and then you will be able to grab her." I hope she was buying into this because it's opposite to what I'm going to do. Of course, I'm going to find out what's going on. My plan is to get them back together, then let them know what is going on. We will see if she will buy into it.
"I think that's a good idea. I want you to flirt with her, make her fall in love with you, and once that happens, bring her back here and let me do the rest. I'll brainwash her into thinking she never belonged to him in the first place. Let's do that instead because if we kidnap her, then he will come after us. I think that is a good plan," she walked over to me, putting her arms around my neck, kissing me. My wolf was growling. But if she's going to give it up, I'm not going to say no. She was easy. She has slept with over ten men since the alpha was murdered. One day, I'm going to find out who did this to the wonderful alpha, and I will do the same to them. I pushed her down on the bed, tore off her panties, and had s*x with her for a few hours. Once I was done, I left the room, showered a few times, then slept in my own room. I needed to figure out how I can get close to Laura and how I can get them back together without Cherry knowing what I'm doing. The next morning, I got up, had a plan of my own, took another shower, got dressed, packed a bag, then left my room. I told Cherry I was leaving for a few days to the hotel. She smirked at me, knowing what she thinks I'm going to do, then I turned to leave.
I hope this plan works because if it doesn't, we are both dead. I think my plan will work. Getting them back together is going to be hard, but I think I can do it. Maybe I will find my mate there. Who knows?
