Chapter 16

Gusto ko lamang ang mag ikot at mamasyal sa mall ngunit iba ang gusto ni Matthew. Dinala niya ako sa mga mamahaling tindahan at pinapipili ng mga gusto ko. "Sobra na 'to. Ang mamahal pa nila. Tara ng lumabas."

He shook his head. "I'll bring this to the car. I'll be back." We left the bodyguards at the car dahil ayon dito ay mahigpit na ang security dito sa mall na ito kaya hindi na namin kailangan ng bodyguard.

Lumabas ako ng store na iyon at naupo sa malapit na fountain. Madaming tao dahil nalalapit na ang araw ng mga puso.

Nililibot ko lamang ang mga mata ng napansin ko ang isang store na malapit sa akin. Mabuting magtingin ako ng ireregalo kay Matthew habang hindi ko siya kasama ngunit may bumangga sa akin.

"I'm sorry," ani ko kahit na sila naman ang bumangga sa akin. Humakbang ako pa kaliwa ngunit ganun din siya. Nuong sa kanan naman ako ay ganun pa din.

"Excuse me," I look at them this time.

"Your Lorraine, right?" tanong nuong babaeng nasa harapan ko. "Yes, why?"

The girls move aside and it shows Niña. "Come with us. Let's talk outside." Hindi ko man gusto ay wala na akong nagawa lalo na ng hilahin nila ako. 

Nag matigas ako ngunit naramdaman kong bumabaon ang kuko ni Niña sa akin. "Just walk ng hindi ka masaktan." 

Sumunod na lamang ako at dinala nila ako sa labas ng mall sa may parking.

"What's up with you and Matt?" Niña asked.

Wala akong oras magtagal dito dahil baka hinahanap na ako ni Matthew sa loob. Baka maiwan niya pa ako o mag alala pa siya.

"Si Matthew ang tanungin mo, wag ako."

"You b***h! Just tell us!"

Tinignan ko lamang siya ngunit nagulat ako ng hilahin ng isang babae ang buhok ko. "What a real bitch."

"Boyfriend snatcher!" Niña said to me.

Hindi ko alam kung saan ako nakakuha ng confidence pero sinasagad na nila ako. "Why, are you still together? The last time I check he said he's your ex because you cheated on him."

"You slut! How dare you talk to Niña that way." Iyong babaeng bumangga sa akin kanina.

"I am just stating the truth. You're the ex who cheated on him and now you want him back." Sagot ko pabalik dahil iyon naman talaga ang nangyayari.

Her face is turning red now. Seems like I trigger her by my words. Well it's not my fault but truth hurts.

"You don't know the whole story!" She said then slap me. Hindi ko ineexpect iyon kaya hindi agad ako nakagalaw.

Iyong bumangga sa aking babae ay tinulak ako ng malakas dahilan ng pagkakatama ko sa wheelstopper dahilan ng pagkakaungol ako sa sakit. Nagsimula na silang pag sisipain ako dahilan ng lalong pagkawalan ko ng laban.

"b***h!"

"You slut!"

"You're too ugly to be with Matthew!"

"It should be Niña."

Buong katawan ko na ang masakit. Hindi ko na din alam ang gagawin ko para protektahan pa ang sarili dahil tatlo silang sumisipa at humihila ng buhok ko.

"Remember this day as a warning. Matt is mine!" Ani Niña bago bitawan ang buhok ko ay iwanan ako ng sampal.

Ngayong wala na silang tatlo ay hinang hina na ako. Pagod at hindi makagalaw dahil sa sakit ng katawan. Sa dami ng bugbog at p*******t na nakuha ko sa parents ko ay hindi pa din talaga sanay ang katawan ko. Nagbabalikan na naman ang alaala ng p*******t nila sa akin.

I tried to reach for my bag to call Matthew and I did it. After two rings, he answered.

"Where are you?" Panimula niya. Rinig ko sa boses niya ang pag aalala sa akin.

"A-at the parking lot.. second floor."

I growl because I tried to move and my foot hurts. "Are you okay? Why are you there?"

"J-just faster. Please."

"I'm coming, baby. I'm coming." I ended the call and tried to sat down. I close my eyes because my tears are forming. 

Matthew's POV

I almost run towards the parking lot just to go and find her. As soon as I saw her at the floor looking weak I scoop her.

"Baby, I'm here.. Can you hear me?"

Hindi na ako nag dalawang isip pang dalhin siya sa hospital. I can feel her body shaking. f**k!

She fell asleep. I saw her cheeks wet and I know she cried. What happened, baby? "Vince, I'm coming in 5 minutes." I said to him when he answer my call.

"Lorraine?" I tried is she's going to answer but she didn't.

Lorraine got treated and Vince is already waiting for me at the emergency room. She didn't have much brushes but her messy hair, red cheeks and nail wounds telling me that she's beaten up by someone.

"Matt, she needs an x-ray her hips are swollen same as her feet." I nodded at Vince.

I followed them to the x-ray room but I stay outside. I should not leave her alone. I should follow her when she said let's go home. This is all my fault because I leave her.

"What happened, Vince?" The result is now here. "She's fine. Just swollen hips and foot spring. Once she's awake she can go home."

I tap his shoulder. "Thanks, man." He nodded.

I look at Lorraine. Her foot has bandage and her hips are fragile. I don't know what to do to her anymore.

"Senor, we got the cctv copy." It was Keane. I asked him to check the cctv at the parking lot.

He hand me a laptop and press the play. The video starts with two girls holding Lorraine both arms and followed by Niña.

Habang pinanonood ko ang video ay hindi ko maiwasang hindi magalit. Hindi ko dapat siya iniwan mag isa duon. "File a case against all the people involved in the video. I don't care if they want to settle it down. I want them to take responsibility. Tell them that no one can ever harm my Lorraine."

"Yes, Senor."

I won't let this pass. Even if it's Niña, she needs to know that she doesn't have the right to hurt Lorraine. She's mine and once it's own by an Alejandre no one should ever touch nor hurt her!

I already file a case against Lorraine's parents and they are still under searching because they hide after a police tip them about me filing case to them. Coward!
