“Why do I hear screaming? Did we get the shipment? Why do I hear sirens? Did someone get hurt? is it me, wait am I bleeding? Where is Gabriel? I need to know what's going on?” Alexis thought
“Get her to the hospital and call Gabriel and tell him to meet us there!” Samson screamed
“Why? we don't need her and she's not important.” Blondie replied
“Boss needs her and if she dies he will kill all of us now call him!” Samson screams getting in the car
“Fine.”Blondie replied rolling her eyes
Samson rushes Alexis into the hospital screaming “ young female looks to be in her twenties has multiple GSWs to the abdomen and has been unconscious since picked up” . Alesis opens her eyes slightly and sees nurses running around what looks like the operating room then everything is black and silent again.
An hour later: after surgery
“What the hell happened, I was just talking to her before she left with yall. I made her wear a safety vest. How did this happen?” Gabriel screams running into hospital
“sir you need to calm down and tell me who you are looking for.” The nurse said pushing Gabriel back
“I'm looking for Alexis Salvatore, she's my wife and this is my hospital. I need you to get your hands off me and tell me where she is now!” Gabriel screams turning red
“Well she just got out of surgery i will take you to her after they put her in her room but for right now i need you to call other family members to sit with you.” The nurse replied
“Fine.” Gabriel said sighing slouching in his chair
Twenty minutes later
“Hey tiger, I wish you were up so we could laugh about how Leo lectured the men about how important it is for them to get a big box of chocolate donuts with chocolate filling in them waiting for you when you come home.” Gabriel said holding Alexis’s limp hand chuckling
“Hey how is she?” Riley asked walking in the room
“She's stable, the doctor said she's just resting, she should be up soon.” Gabriel replied
“Ok that's good. now how are you feeling?” Riley asked
“I'm good just waiting for her to open those pretty eyes again.” Gabriel said
“You don't look too good, you should get some rest, take a shower and eat something. I'll be here and when she wakes up I'll call you.” Riley said
“No, I'm good, I'll rest when she's up.” Gabriel replied
“At least go get so…” Riley starts
“I said I'm fine, I'll wait for her to wake up!” Gabriel screams
“Ok then i'll go back to the house and watch Leo.” Riley said
“You go do that and while you're at it bring some clothes for Alexis.” Gabriel snaps
“What you need to understand and get through that thick skull of yours is i'm not one of your little minions so u can get your ass up and do it yourself.” Riley says rolling her eyes and slamming the door
“Can you guys stop screaming? My head hurts.” Alexis groans
“You're up!” Gabriel screams smiling
“Yes i am bu…”Alexis starts
Gabriel leans over Alexis on her hospital bed and kisses her softly cutting her off and she sits there startled until she catches on and kisses him back raping one arm around his neck and the other in his messy hair. Gabriel breaks the kiss and says “I've missed you tiger”.
“Ive missed you to” alexis said looking into his eyes
“Wait, I need to get a doctor to check you.” Gabriel said getting up
“Yes but can't it wait a little?” Alexis asks patting the other side of the bed giving him puppy dog eyes
“Fine but only five minutes.” Gabriel said laying back down
Gabriel gets into the bed and wraps his arms around Alexis and puts his chin on the top of her head. They lay like this till they have fallen to sleep.
“Mr.Salvatore i'm here to check on Ms.Salvator and see if anything has changed.” The nurse said
Gabriel lifts his head and whispers “She actually woke up about twenty- five minutes ago. I'm just letting her rest the only thing she said that was bothering her was her throat so I gave her water but that's about it.”
“Ok sir just press that button on the wall when she wakes back up so we can send in some food for her and her friend Riley dropped off some clothes for Ms.Salvator i'll bring in the bag with the food when you're ready.” The nurse replied
“Ok thank you.” Gabriel said laying his head back down
20 minutes later
Alexis gets up from the bed and reaches for her phone and checks the time then leans over to kiss Gabriel on the cheek and presses the red button to get the food and clothes.
The nurse walks in and hands the bag and food to Alexis. Alexis walks over to her personal bathroom and washes her face, hair and brushes her teeth, then she puts her hair in a messy bun leaving two strands out in the front, puts on clear lip gloss. She puts on a pair of grey jogging pants, a black crop top that says “bad girl” and a pair of white socks.
Alexis texting Riley:
Alexis: I'm up if you want to come see me and you can bring Leo.
Riley: Ok be there in twenty.
she crawls back into bed and eats her food till she feels a strong hand around her waist and a kiss on the cheek. she turns her head and says “Hey you, are you hungry?”
“No, I ate.” Gabriel said crawling out of bead and heading into the shower
“Well that's not what Riley and Samson texted me.” Alexis said with sass walking over to the bathroom
“When did you and Samson become cool?” Gabriel asked
“During the shipment before I got shot and didn't change the subject, answer my question.” Alexis said firmly raising an eyebrow
Gabriel walks out the shower with a towel around his waist, water dripping from his hair and rolling down his chest. he walks over to Alexis closing in on her as she steps back into the wall and puts both arms on either side of her waist on the wall and says “Who do you think your talking to like that?”
“You sir who else.” Alexis said
“Why do you care so much?” Gabriel asked with a cocky smirk on his lips
“I only care because you need to make sure you eat food with your medication,you're gonna have to get used to it.” Alexis said looking up at him
“Is that the only reason?” Gabriel asked tilting his head looking at her lips
“Yes.” Alexis said
Gabriel lifts Alexis up by the thighs and she raps her legs around his waist as he puts her back on the wall And asks “Are you sure?”
“ Yes.” Alexis said nervously bites her lip
Gabriel leans in to kiss her, lifting her chin up and she wraps her arms around his neck. Gabriel walks over to the bed still carrying her and lays her down on the bed,Alexis takes one hand running it down Gabriels chest to his towel and pulls it and with the other hand in his hair.
They soon hear the door swing open and Leo running in.
“Hey Awexis I hope you are feeling good. I brought you your favorite Chocowite donuts.”
