Taking Over

“Well it's time for your meds and bed if you want me to be the boss for two weeks not knowing anything and have to take care of you.” Alexis said leading him to the bed sitting him down and handing him the meds
“Fine boss.” Gabriel replied sarcastically
Alexis gets in the bed and rolls on her side texting Riley telling her about what's been going on the last 24hrs. Alexis soon falls asleep warm and relaxed. The next morning Alexis wakes up to a warm strong body holding her and she wasn't scared for the first time in a long time she felt safe.
Soon after she gets up gets in the shower puts on a short black spaghetti strap v- neck dress with tall black thigh high leather heeled boots her hair in high bun gold and black eyeshadow and a red lip, she then preps Gabriels meds breakfast and a quick note that said to take it easy to day. She then heads downstairs and calls one of Gabriel's men to get her one of the cars and threads to work.
an hour later after work Alexis makes her way to the warehouse where she has a meeting with a vendor about an upcoming shipment. She stands up from the desk and shakes their hand and asks “What is your name again?”
“Amin also known as the tarrafior, what's yours?” Amin asked
“Alexis Salvatore Gabriel Salvatore’s wife is that a problem for you sir.” Alexis asked lifting one eyebrow and crossing her arms
“No just asking because we’ve never heard or seen anything about you.” Amin replied
“Yea we kept it on the low because he was still going through the divorce with his baby mamma.” Alexis said
“Now let's get down to business what was the deal again he didn't tell me out of all the things not to tell me.” Alexis asked
“He informed me that he was looking for Rocco Flinch.” Amin replied
“Damn he works fast how is he tracking him so fast doesn't he have other s**t to do?”Alexis thought
“Ok and I also want to find out who shot Gabriel I think Flinch found out we are looking for him and tried to take the heat off him.” Alexis said
“Well I'll get someone to look at the cctv and I'll have my men see if they can track Flinch.” Amin said
“NO you make sure he is found. I don't want him hurting and trafficking other innocent girls, so u will find him no matter what do u understand.” Alexis screamed pointing her gun at his heart
“Yea I got you. you're just like Gabriel trigger happy asses.” Amin replied
“Yea now get out. I need to make a call and tell blondie to come in here.” Alexis said
Amin walks out closing the door behind him and Blondie walks in.
“Hey could you get Victor to go check on Leo and Gabriel and to make them or take them dinner and give Gabriel his meds.” Alexis ordered putting in paper work
“I don't know who you think you are, just because Gabriel made you “his wife” for a couple weeks doesn't mean you get to boss everyone around.” Blondie replied
Alexis walks over to her and pulls her gun out of the hulster pushes her on the door and puts the in her stomach and releases the safety and says “actually it does want to know why because he recently told me he loved me and that he trust me so i’d watch what comes out of that little mouth of yours.”
“He doesn't love you or trust you, you know last week he slept with me and told me how he loves how good i feel .” Blondie said
“Yea if that was true then why would he leave me to take care of the mafia? Why was I the first one he looked for after he was shot and had a heart attack? if that's true then why would he tell me he wants more of what i give him and he loves how good i taste? if he didnt love me why would he give me all this to be comfortable in HIS office why would he tell me he wants to marry me and have more kids with me. explain that to me? ” Alexis said tilting her head to the side and pushing the gun feather
Alexis moves the gun down to Blondie's foot and shoots her in the foot and says “Now that you know your place go do what i said and get that foot taken care of.”
Alexis picks up her phone and call Gabriel:
Alexis: Hey. Do you have anything else done before I finish up the paper work and get a drink?
Gabriel: Hey mi amor. I do actually i just got a call that one of our shipments came in earley i need you to get a group of yall to go get it but you can come home and change first co i can give you something.
Alexis: Ok and I have Victor coming over to bring you and Leo some food and give you your meds. I'll be there in an hour.
Gabriel: Ok see you soon.
Alexis: See you.
Alexis finishes some paperwork for twenty minutes and leaves to the parking lot and gets in the car and slumps down in her seat and thinks “Was he really with her before he got shot, why would he come to be and be all over me after being with her? I don't know why he wouldn't go be with her because she has beautiful long blond hair,light gray eyes and beautiful curves.”
An hour later
Alexis walks into the penthouse and gets in the shower washes her hair and brushes her teeth. Then she gets out and puts on her black lace bra and pantie set, curls her hair and does her make up, as she finishes she hears the door open and Gabriel walks into the bathroom and puts a hand on the small of her back. Alexis feels a volte of electricity down her spin and looks over to him in the mirror.
“Hey, when did you get in?” Gabriel asked
“Like thirty minutes ago. why?” alexis replied with an attitude
“Remember i told you i wanted to give you something before you left for the shipment.” Gabriel said
“Well what is it because i have to finish getting dressed if you want me to make it on time.” Alexis snaps
Gabriel pulls two jewelry boxes out of his pocket puts the smaller one on the sink counter and opens the longer one and pulls out a long gold chain with a red rose and maple leaf. he reaches around her and puts the necklace on her
“What's this?” Alexis asked turning around looking at him
“It's a necklace, the red rose and maple leaf mean love in Italian.” Gabriel replied
“Why are you giving it to me?” Alexis asked
“Well i bought i so we can prove that you are mine when you go to balls with me, meetings and shipment pick ups.”Gabriel said
"Balls what do you mean balls?" Alexis asked
"Every year a different mafia hosts a Charty ball and this years our turn that's another thing i wanted to talk to you about. You have to pick a location theme and what charty you want." Gabriel replied
"And your just telling me this now." Alexis slaming her makeup brush down and turning to look at him
"Well i never really do it because i didn't have a girl that knew about the mafia that i trusted and now that you are taking the roll as my wife you need to play your roll the right way." Gabriel replied
"So when does this have to be done by?" Alexis asked
"Next month." Gabriel said
"So in three f*****g weeks!" Alexis screams
"Yes." Gabriel replied calmly holding Alexis's waist
“ Anyway.So what's in the little box.” Alexis asked
Gabriel grabs the small box and puts it back in his pocket.
“What is it?” Alexis asked again
“Nothing, I'll give it to you later.” Gabriel said
Alexis rolls her eyes and continues to put on her protective vest and over it her black long sleeve bodysuit and a high waisted skirt with lace on either side then she puts on her black platform pumps and slides her gun holster up her leg.
Alexis walks out the house and heads over to the dock to get the shipment
with the crew. they all walk over to the edge and see people with guns drawn. she runs over pulling her gun out and shots fire.
“Call Victor and tell him to get his ass to the warehouse now!”
