Chapter 8

Lily pov

I check if everyone is asleep and I enter my sister’s old bedroom. I walk slowly, Chris looks like is asleep. I lay down beside him and he turned around.

“Hey baby”

“Hi, handsome. I say that I will come”

“You did.” He says and he kisses me. I miss him so much.

“I missed you baby”

“It’s good that you are here now. Is the best surprise that ever had” he hugs me tight

“You are the best that ever happened to me,” he says and I look at him.

“Am I dreaming?” I ask and he smiles

“Then I’m seeing the same dream. And it’s a beautiful dream” he says and I bury my face in his neck. We slept like that and early in the morning, I sneak out to my bedroom. My dad is open to my s*x life but I don’t want to play with the fire either. I take a shower and then I get dressed. I went back to the other bedroom where Chris slept and I saw him getting ready too.

“You ready? My mom making breakfast”

“Yes, beautiful. One minute” he says and wears his sneakers. He stands up and walks closer. He kisses me

“I didn’t like that I woke up and you weren’t there” I giggle

“I need a shower and to get dressed too”

“When we go back to LA you will sleep at my house. You own me six days and nights”

“OK, I’m not complaining. Let’s go now” I say and I take his hand. We enter the kitchen and I see my dad has pushed my mom onto the counter and kissing her passionate

“Oh, God. Mom Dad, we have guests” I say and I walk to the table. I have used my parents to express their love in all rooms of the house.

“Good morning.” my mom says and we sit down. She blushed and my day had a proud smirk on his face

“How did you sleep, Chris?” My dad asks

“Good. Where is Leo?”

“He is out. Checking things. We say that there is no problem here. But he insisted on checking the neighborhood” my mom says

“Is his job. And Leo is very professional on that” I say and Chris agrees. We start eating and after a while, Leo walks in. My mom insisted on sitting down too and all five of us ate breakfast together.

When we finished I helped my mom with the dishes and then I took Chris and Leo for a walk in the city. The town is a small town near Florida so everyone knows each other. So Chris is safe and his presence will be unknown to the media. He just took some pictures with his fans and wrote some autographs and we were cool.

“How do you like so far my little hometown?”

“It’s beautiful and not so noisy like LA,” he says as we eat dinner in one of my favorite places. We talked and replaced the last days that we didn’t see each other. This Christmas was the best of my life so far. I couldn’t believe that a man would do a so beautiful surprise to me.

“You ready baby?”

“Yes, let's take my bag,” I say to Chris and I walk to my room to take my backpack. Friday today and we will fly to Canada for three days. Chris finally made me say yes to meeting his parents. I was nervous and stressed about meeting them. I still have but after six months in a relationship is a good time to meet your partner's parents. And he already knows mine so it’s only fair to meet them. I return to the living room and I see him at the windows to look outside.

“I’m ready,” I say and he turns around. He is so sexy even with a jean and a grey T-shirt. He walks closer

“Ok let’s go. My parents dying to meet you” he says and he takes my hand. We drive to the airport. Leo is of course with us, he never leaves Chris alone. He is with him until the beginning when Chris starts acting and they are good friends too.

“You think they will like the presents I take for them?” I asked him when we took off

“They will love them. But they don’t need it. They are excited that they will meet the baby” he says and he kisses my hand

“It’s the first time that I will meet them. I want to impress my boyfriend’s parents” I say and he smiles

“Why do you smile like that?” I ask him

“I never thought that I would like the sound of that”

“What?”

“I’m your boyfriend. You are my girlfriend”

“I know that,” I say giggling

“I like that. The truth is I was never been a relationship guy. But you make me now. And I like that” he says and I smile

“I’m happy that you like it. I feel the same way. In the beginning, I was hesitant to give a chance us. Now I am happy that I did it”

“It felt right from the beginning?” He says and he caresses my cheek

“I know right? We had so many connections and chemistry from the beginning. I never had that with anyone before” I say and he leans to kiss me on my lips. Sweet and gentle, every time he kisses me, every way he kisses me is perfect. Like daydreaming.

“I love you beautiful “

“I love you too handsome,” I say and I smile. I rest my head on his shoulder and I try to calm my nervousness about meeting his parents.
