Could this be real?

Cassandra walked to her car and Luke opened the door for her. "Thanks" She muttered under her breath."That's my bike right there," He pointed to a black harly davidson fatboy that was black with chrome everything. "I will follow you to the hotel to make sure nothing happens, but we do need to be quick." She got behind the wheel and buckled up and she heard the motorcyle crank up and rev up behind her letting her know he was more than ready to leave. "Okay asshole just hold your horses." Cassandra thought to herself. She backed out of her spot and started toward the hotel. She noticed the hair on her arms stood up and she felt like she was in danger again. "It's just your nerves, your just being paronoid." That's when she saw a flash of light before her car was slammed into. Her mind went in slow mode as the car flipped three times and landed on its roof. Then everything went black. "s**t, s**t, s**t" She heard a familar voice say. "How could this happen? I never even saw them coming!" the man's angered voice said in a distance. She felt pain started sinking into her brain and body. "I have kept her safe since I found her at the age of 10 after her parents car wreck and you TWO come in here and just like a freaking wrecking ball make a mess of everything!" That was the angry voice of her best friend Maria. She was scary when you made her a little mad but this was truly irrate Maria and even Cassandra didn't want to be on the end of that side of her friend. "It wasn't expected okay? I didn't even know she was my mate until the resturant.Trust me I was just as shocked as you are about this considering.... "his voice drifted off. She must have went blacked out again because when she was coming too again she heard her friend voice saying" I understand. I do. She needs to know everything NOW. It will be a big shock but she can handle it. Call me when she wakes which I think will be soon. I'm going to change and be back." What felt like seconds must have been minutes or hours. "Hey sweetheart time to wake up girly. We got alot to talk about." Maria was saying to her in a soothing voice. Cassandra felt something warm and wet pressing against her forhead. "There is my girl, it's so great to see you waking up and starting to move. You gave us quite a scare." Maria stated sincenerly. "Uhhh, I feel like i've been hit by a train." Cassandra groaned. "Easy baby, let me help you," she heard Luke say. She wanted to argue but she really did need the help her limbs felt really heavy and like lead. She opened her eyes and she seen what looked to be tears streaking Lukes face. "I thought I lost you before I even got to know you." He said to her gentle worry and campassion in his voice. Maria helped adjust the pillows before she sat in front of her in what to looked be huge U shaped couch. She looked around and saw blake standing off to the side with his arms fold and a pissed off look on his face. the living room area was as big as her apartment. there was a full kitchen, huge tv, all moderen looking furniture. They must have been on the top floor because she could see the bright city lights through the windows and a vase of white calla lillys in the middle of a table. "Hey sweetheart" Maria said lightly " How are you feeling?" "I got a headache, i'm thirsty and hungry." Cassandra said as her stomach let out a loud growl. "I'm on it" Blake said and rushed off faster than possible. Maybe she had a concussion or something. He came back not even five minutes later and said I hope this is okay I heated it back up for you. It was two slices of meat lovers pizza, a brownie, two tyanol, and the diet coke she had told him she wanted earlier. She could only eat about half of everything and washed down the tylanol with some diet coke. she leaned back to find three sets of eyes on her. " Okay, I know there was a car wreack but can someone please tell me what happened and what is going on." Cassandra asked looking between the three of them. "It was my fault Luna." Blake said. I was just leaving the resturant when I saw this black tahoe hit you. I should have been there to protect you and I failed. I am truly sorry." He was looking at his feet shame all over his face. "This isn't your fault" Cassandra said. "Do we know who hit me and how did i end up here?" "We actually do not know who it was. They got away and the car came back as stolen." Luke said. "I pulled you from the wreckage before your car caught on fire. You was covered in gas so, you are in one of my shirts." Luke said cautiously. "YOU UNDRESSED ME?" "Actually, I did" Maria said "I also grabbed one of your pajama shorts you have from my house." "How did you know where i was and what happened." Cassandra said narrowing her eyes at her best friend. "I left the club to find you and saw you in the pizza place. I went to go pay my tab out there when I saw you was getting in your car. So, I got a cab to follow you and saw the whole accident." Maria said in a rush of words like it was hard to keep them in. "After Luke and Blake pulled you from the car and it exploded we but you in the cab and brought you here to the hotel." Cassandra noticed her friend had on pajama's too. "How long have I've been out for?" Cassandra asked looking around the room. "For two of the longest days of my life." Luke said sitting in front of her holding her hand. "We have alot we need to tell you" he said looking at her friend Maria for confimation.Cassandra noticed that Blake had a look of concern on his face as he pulled up a chair to sit between Luke and Maria. "I don't really know how to say this but I need you to keep and open mind and I will answer all your questions. Okay? Can you do that for me?" Luke said pleeding with her. "Just spit it out already" Maria said with irriation lacing her words. "I'm trying to be gentle with her, this is alot." Luke spat back out at her. Cassandra put her hands up between the two. "Can someone just tell me what is going on?" "Everything you know is a lie and everything from now on will never be the same." Maria said getting straight to the point.
