ณ สุดปลายสายรุ้ง ในช่วงเช้ามืดของวันๆหนึ่ง ในขณะนี้พลอยนั้นกำลังขับรถมอเตอร์ไซด์วิบากสีเงินที่เนตรามอบให้ลงไปทางใต้ ผ่านเส้นทางลักลอบของเถื่อนด้วยความยากลำบาก จากเส้นทางที่ปราศจากการดูแลรักษา และเธอนั้นยังต้องคอยระวังไม่ให้ถูกคนขององค์กรโครนอสจับได้ เนื่องจากในตอนที่เนตรามอบรถคันนี้พร้อมกับบาโยเน็ตต้าเกียร์ให้นั้น เขาก็ได้บอกว่าโครนอสนั้นเปลี่ยนไปแล้ว คา'เมา ข่านและเหล่าผู้ติดตามของมันนั้นไว้ใจไม่ได้ เดินทางลงใต้ไป และหวังว่าเราจะได้เจอกันที่วาฬา โดยในตอนที่พลอยเดินทางมาถึงยังเมืองปาล์มนั้น เธอก็ได้ไปช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาสามคนเข้าโดยบังเอิญ ซึ่งทั้งสามคนนั้นก็ได้เล่าว่าพวกเขานั้นกำลังออกเดินทางไปทั่วทั้งประเทศในช่วงปิดภาคเรียน เพื่อเขียนหนังสือการเดินของพวกเขา และในเวลาเดียวกันนี้นัทนั้นก็กำลังไล่ออกตามหากระเป๋าสัมภาระของเขาที่เพ้นท์ให้เป็นของขวัญเมื่อห้าปีก่อน
