Tokuyu University is a school for martial arts that was ruled by the officials and the seven 20th century ranks, exclusive only for peculiars that are registered in the organization. They were peculiars with four classifications: body, mind, sight, and hearing. It was a school built for a purpose. Being a peculiar (tokuyu) isn't easy, the pain and struggle link within their name. They can't say no, they need to graduate to have a purpose and to be able to serve the country. One of them is Frezzilliana Hennie Vigo who isn't aware of her record. To enter a school without further knowledge was already difficult but that's not all, the problems and challenges come in sequence. It wasn't easy for her. All of her life, she's just facing minor and normal consequences, but everything that happens in the university is as strange as it is; such as the mystery of "ERURENA", the flower for an unknown purpose. Would she be able to solve everything if she happened to fall in love? Not to just a regular student but to a rank; mainly the 20th-century Saikō ranku (first rank). It is against the rule.
