I must be honest, one of the things I think is absolutely exceptional about this book is the fact the it was written mostly from the point of view of a human among werewolves. The innocence, cluelessness is enticing. Makes one imagine the what ifs… what if werewolves were real? What if they walk among us? Two, that this human is mated to a werewolf is another provocative touch. Beautiful, just beautiful world of fantasy. the headmaster alpha’s mate is a story of both werewolves and the few humans who are lucky enough to encounter them. It is romance, but has a little of everything.

Cloe Hancock, the strong female lead of the headmaster alpha’s mate. She was seventeen by the time she was suspended from school. Was very tall and pretty, but strongheaded and stubborn. She was human.

As earlier stated, Cloe Hancock is a no good trouble maker, very well known in the local high school. She was so stubborn that her teachers were tired of punishing her, but they couldn’t just let her go because she was deserving of the same things as other kids, including patience. She also had an inherent medical condition that made her a slow learner and sometimes, not too focused in class. She was easily distracted during classes.
In her most recent bad behavior, she’d been attending the chemistry class and this boy who was the most handsome and popular in the school was seating with her as her partner. She’d heard so many rumors of him being a great kisser, and like every other seventeen year old, under peer pressure, wanted an experiment of her own so as to verify.
Well, on this afternoon, she couldn’t control herself around him. It was an opportunity she’d desired for many months, and right there, he wasn’t just seating beside her, he was her partner. Cloe almost blew up the entire school that day, cos she’d been focused on getting his attention more than what was being taught. A piece of glass also imbedded itself on the handsome guy’s face, of which, he had to get a few stitches to treat and Cloe lost her opportunity.
It was not a happy ending for Cloe, but she’d survive. She was suspended for two weeks and grounded for an extra week. It was during this period that star girl dyed her hair, and also met a man so handsome that she froze in place at the mall. She hadn’t seen him approach, and when she opened her eyes after blinking, he was gone. She taught she heard him growl, but nothing, I mean nothing, could spoil the moment for Cloe.
She never saw him again even though she kept returning to the mall in the hopes of sighting him again. The worst was that her father got a mysterious job in Japan and she was to go to a far away burden school in the UK. She thought the school sounded like a cult, but pretty, stubborn Cloe Hancock had no clue. Nothing she did could stop her parents from taking her there, therefore, in surrender she was driven to Crescent Moon Academy.
She liked the building, but hated the environment. She noticed how exceptionally handsome the boys in the school were, as if they were hand picked. She saw things that made her think even more than the school was a cult… every thing was named after the moon and there were places she wasn’t allowed to trespass. Then she overheard a gossip where her sweet roommate was addressed as a little human wrench… What was with this people? Who was the handsome man at the mall? Why was she in a burden school when it was just two weeks to the end of school?

He’d found his mate almost too late in his life. He’d lived sixty five years and was about to choose a princess for a mate and viola, there was his mate standing in the mall. Now, he was at a dilemma, should he cut off his engagement with a powerful alpha’s daughter?
The Headmaster Alpha’s Mate Chapter Six:
Ceaser, Alpha Zander’s wolf was so anxious to return to the UK, where his mate had been sent to be protected. Yes, Alpha Zander had been the one to get Cloe’s father a job in the Colton Industries and send him abroad. He needed to protect his mate and her family, there was a war brewing among the werewolves.
I’m this chapter, he finally gave in to Ceaser and returned home. He was ready for all it would take to both protect and train his mate in the ways of a luna. He’d looked into her background and seen all she’d been through, he was certain that a bite from him in order to mark her, would correct all that was wrong in his life. But it won’t happen until she was eighteen.
Part 4: Conclusion
The headmaster alpha’s mate has a despicable and concrete storyline. The book captivates attention, has the ability to turn a reader’s emotions every which way. From alpha Zander’s life, we can learn courage, integrity and patience. He’d found his mate, she was human, and he still held on to her… decided to cut off all ties he’d had with another alpha’s daughter. He is an example of the kind of men we need in this century, I believe a reader could learn a thing or two from his character.
