Are you curious if reincarnation is true or just made out of imagination? How about experiencing it in a long book beautifully written in Chinese and eventually translated into the English language? If that is so then you might want to check out this awesome book entitled The Long-awaited Mr. Han.
Comprised of 3,588 chapters in total, this work of art was indeed intended for an interactive bookworm. It was simply amazing how the author came up with a long story with intensified plot twists.
Basically, it was obvious that the male lead’s name on the title whose name was Mr. Han. Based on the description in the book, he was handsome while the female lead was equally attractive too. No wonder the readers were hooked, probably because of how the characters were developed as they pushed through the great ending. The Long-awaited Han was the third book of the series.
What I really love about this, is that it did not contain rape scenes or violence. I could say that 13-year-old readers and above could add this to their shelves. I know finishing this one would require so much time so I suggest to brace yourself because this going to be a long exciting ride.

Part 1: Epic Characters and Highlights of The Long-awaited Mr Han
This urban romance started with a particular situation that happened to the female protagonist, an actress named Lu Man. She was caught in an awful moment where her younger sister, Lu Qi, and her lover, He Zhengbai were together cheating right in front of her face.
There was an immense betrayal that took place which broke Lu Man’s heart in two. The whole place was on fire, and she was suffocated and could no longer breathe but due to her anger she pulled Lu Qi into the flames together with herself.
However, something strange took place which Lu Man could not understand as soon as she opened her eyes. She found herself in a very familiar situation which was like a d j vu. Years ago, she thought she already lost her life in the fire but now she was alive and thought that she had a second life.
Out of shock, she look for a chance to escape and went out of the window. Knowing that it was too high, she swallowed hard just to leave that horrible place. And to her surprise, her whole body hit the ground and was lying on a carpet.
Little did she know, there was this hot guy half-naked with just a towel covering his lower body. He was none other than the male lead, Han Zhuoli who was the CEO of Han Media Company. However, even though he got that attractive look he had no girlfriend yet.
And it was the reason why Lu Man admired him from afar. She was not expecting that she would cross paths with this gorgeous gentleman.
Part 2: Discovering The New World of The Long-awaited Mr Han
But right at that moment, Lu Man hid inside the bathroom while the police authorities were outside looking for the suspect in the incident. The gentleman asked her what she was doing inside his hotel suite but she did not say anything and used her brilliance so she could get away from the issue. Knowing that Lu Man had a background in acting she used her talent to seduce him and kiss him on the lips. Like, Oh, My God! She really did it just to save herself.
As the remarkable chapters of The Long-waited Mr. Han continued, Lu Man told herself that she did not have to stay weak and useless.
Now that she was given another chance to live her life, she had to do it boldly with no regrets at all. She promised herself to emerge into something beautiful and confident. But when she let go of his lips, she was astounded when he wanted more of her.
He seemed to enjoy it and so she let him do what he wanted. Until the time when He Zhengbai was shouting her name outside Mr. Han’s door. She explained to him that there was nothing wrong with making out with that man and that she was being cheated on. After the commotion, Han Zhuoli found her very interesting and it was the start of their whirlwind romance.
Personally, I love their chemistry, it was sweet and spicy. And if The Long-awaited Mr. Han will be on Netflix I would never think twice to binge-watch it even if it would take me months or so. There was something with their funny yet swoon-worthy connection that got me so well.
It was freaking addictive and for a woman who was mistreated Lu Man is a great epitome of beauty and guts.
Part 3: Ride On The Pages of The Long-awaited Mr Han
The entire story of The Long-awaited Mr. Han was cute and quirky. Another great long read that I had during the Coronavirus pandemic. Lu Man and Mr. Han got me energized and even made me stay up late on my phone. Sorry but I just could not get enough flipping through the pages. All in all, I would give the author a 4 out of 5-star rating for this lighthearted novel.
