The army wasted no time in attacking earth and they did so with pleasure. They easily ripped through men and women, destroyed lives, and caused the ruin of properties.
Our main character is seen fleeing with his mother who gets trapped shortly afterwards. He is forced to watch as a monster approaches her. We are horrified for we know what is about to happen. But luckily, it doesn’t. The woman is saved by a mage, who is shortly joined by a group of mages that fight the creatures back.
That boy grows up to become our main character and he also develops the ability to do magic as well. But, life did not turn out so well for him. He became a raider- They are individuals that Hunt shadow creatures loot treasures and protect people.
But it is a dangerous job. But they are heralded as heroes and the target of enemies. It’s a job that inspires people but that is what being a leader is all about. But did you know? A raider’s heart beats the fastest when they are about to die.

Our main character and one which we cannot just help but love. Jaehyeong is a vibe on a totally different level. He was present when the monsters first came through the sky, and he witnessed his mother almost get killed by the monsters, and had it not been for the timely intervention of a raider, she would have died.
He grew up a raider, but he was of D-rank. He wasn’t also very prolific with Weapons as well and it seemed like the world was against him. Nothing was working and his skills were not so great as well. However, a man soon comes to him and offers him a dangerous job. Since Jaehyeong had no other choice, he accepted. He is soon reunited with an old friend of his and they join other people in the mission.
The mission was dangerous and unpredictable, but for Jaehyeong, it was also a chance for him to get more treasure for himself. He knew about the treasures that were hidden in the plane he was getting into and it was a good opportunity for him to become rich.
However, things did not go as planned. Jaehyeong soon realizes that he was Betrayed by the dealer who gave him the job. But before that, he found something that amazed him. It was the infamous eye of Odin.
Jaehyeong knew the eye would bring great things to him and since his system had been malfunctioning for some time, he was certain that he could gain something great from it. At the peak of everything going to mud, jaehyeong managed to escape, but he woke up in a different timeline.
