Part 1: The Plot of Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover

Secret Billionaire's Contract Bride: Ashton

Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover sees Adelaide as she is bombarded with the engagement of her ex-boyfriend, Ashton, to her sister, Corinna. Adelaide is shocked and surprised that the rumors she’d heard were true.

Hoping to leave unnoticed, Adelaide is unfortunate with her plan as she bumps into Damon, her enemy since childhood. The male makes it impossible for Adelaide to go unnoticed and in order not to seem pathetic or bothered, she blurts out that they’re engaged. However, rather than back up or refute Adelaide’s claim, Damon adds a little sugar on top and claims that they were off to get the marriage license.

Just like that, Adelaide founds herself married to Damon, her enemy who was also Ashton’s half-brother. Well, the official wedding was still a while away, but you get the idea. There was no running from it now, and to sweeten the deal, Adelaide’s grandmother has a few conditions and great rewards.

Basically, everything came to a critical point with Ashton and Corinna getting engaged. The crazy and upsetting part is that their parents supported the crap despite knowing the connections that were already made between Ashton and Adelaide as well as Damon and Corinna. It takes a lot of guts to use your own hands to sow strife within your family. It doesn’t matter if you have a favorite kid, what happens if the kill each other? Rich people are crazy.

The author uses the crazy plot and achieves a lot with the reader’s emotions. Really, is there anything like a sibling fight? or parents enabling the said fight?

The characters are random and work kin perfection with each other. But the chemistry between Adelaide and Damon is sizzling. Meanwhile, the latter is still hiding a secret.

Part 2: Main Characters of Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover

Adelaide

Secret Billionaire's Contract Bride: Adelaide

She is a young woman who has little time for nonsense, but still gets nonsense thrown her way. Take her ex and her sister for instance. There’s also the fact that her father thinks she would do well as the third wife of a sixty-year-old man.

In Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover, Adelaide proves that her sister is nothing but an ant where she stands. Without doing much, Adelaide somehow crushes her sister’s expectations. She deals with the scheming whore and doesn’t break a sweat.

The betrayal of Ashton does take a toll on her emotion, but it really helped that Damon was there to support her. Even though she’d went with him and gotten their marriage license on an impulse, we see that Adelaide truly wasn’t bothered by it. Neither did she do it just to hurt her sister.

From the sequence of events in the opening scenes, one can quite clearly see that the person Adelaide called her enemy was the one she subconsciously depended on. An enemy wouldn’t corroborate your lie and help you out of a situation like that, not to mention that no one would ask their enemy for help in that kind of bind. But well, you never know.

Damon

Secret Billionaire's Contract Bride: Damon

He’s a man of many secrets, but not many could be hidden from Adelaide. She took up more room in his heart than she knew.

Damon is aloof and uncaring about the nonsense his brother and Corinna were up to. His only concern was Adelaide. While Corinna had left him for Ashton because of the inheritance and wealth, Damon remained unfazed. Of course, this was probably because no amount of money could make him blink when he already has so much.

The man already has enough wealth to cover the skies, even the rewards set by Adelaide’s grandmother could do nothing to faze him.

Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover is an awesome tale of betrayal, friendship, revenge and love. It’s particularly amazing for the precious characters. If you like it and want to read something just like this, then see the next book.

Part 3: Opinions on the Story of Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover

Secret Billionaire's Contract Bride: Corinna

Sibling fights are always messy, because they seem to have majored in ‘all the different ways I can piss off my sibling to death.’ It is a known fact that siblings tend to know you best and can use all that they know to push you to the brink. However, in this case, we see how low a human being can get. Everything changes when you bring in your sister’s love life to play with. All bets are off, and anything can happen.

The question seems to be ‘how far are you willing to go in order to win over your sibling?’ Corinna would clearly go pretty far. This fight soon becomes a fight for life, meanwhile Addie could only bemoan her sister’s viciousness.

Can’t exactly say what most intrigues me about Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover, but the author certainly gives a bountiful variety to choose from; the thrill and suspense is exactly the type of thing you want to put you on the edge of your seat. The Characters are pleasant, not limited by their dynamics or connections. But maybe details on the setting could’ve been more extensive.

The themes of the novel are pretty good, so there’s nothing to complain of in that area. Maybe the conventionality could use some work, but otherwise, it’s every recipe for an immersive plotline.

There’s a lot to be learned from the story too. No doubt, all those people trying to one-up their sister or brother, will find this book informative. Just kidding, you shouldn’t learn bad things. If you sibling pisses you off, a smack on the back of their head should do it (unless you’re younger). Don’t go quoting me though.

Part 4: Hot Chapter from Secret Billionaire’s Contract Bride: Marrying My Enemy’s Lover

Chapter Eight

Secret Billionaire's Contract Bride: Adelaide and Damon

Adelaide thought Damon tasted like a glass of sweet red wine, like fresh fruit and saltwater. It was a dizzying explosion of emotions. Damon tasted like home, and it took every ounce of her restraint to pull away from him when their lips parted.

They were both gasping, staring at each other, and a vicious hunger could be seen in Damon’s dark eyes. Adelaide wasn’t sure if she was drunk off the wine or the kiss, all she knew is that she wanted more.

Licking the bottom of her lips, she chased the last remnants of his taste, and his eyes watched her every movement. She saw the hunger in his gaze intensify and she smirked. There was a challenging glint in her eye, and she took enjoyment in teasing him this way.

Damon’s lips twitched into a sly smile, and his fingers wove around the back of her head. Adelaide gasped as he pulled her to him. Their lips crashed together for another kiss, and she let out an involuntary moan.

Like a raging inferno, Damon was consuming everything in his path as he drank her up like a man dying of thirst. Adelaide felt the desire growing within her with each kiss. They couldn’t tear away from each other.

Damon ran his hands over her body, his hand grazing her bosom before settling on her hips. Meanwhile, Adelaide’s hands slid down his chest, slowly making her way to his waist, trying to press herself closer, but he wouldn’t let her. Damon’s grip tightened on her hips, holding her still while he devoured her mouth with hungry kisses.

Adelaide broke the kiss first, gasping for breath as he buried his face in her neck and inhaled.

Take a peek at the next awesome story.
